Visionary Centre for the Performing Arts

When i brought the guitar back.the guy claimed that the guitar has small chip and he accused me of doing that. I rented it like that, but they continued to blame my then charge me for the unviable chip.its a rental guitar not brand new.for me i do not recommend this place knowing that they have bad customer services

Our daughter has loved her summer 1-week classes and her performing arts class very much! They involve all of the children in the class very well and the plays are quite good considering the ages of the children!

Our daughter is taking piano classes and we are so happy on her development. Personnel not only focus in lesson content but also in student abilities/talents. Monica is super awesome with kids and great at teaching piano, she always finds the best approach for her students. I highly recommend this place for development of artistic/musical talents!

My son has been taking piano lessons at this location since he was four. We love the professionalism and the atmosphere. Chelsea has been an amazing teacher, especially during Covid. She has always been engaging and created excitement for our son with these online classes.

Our son's bass teacher is a really good fit, laid back but engaging. Also appreciated how Visionary Centre for the Performing Arts pivoted to allow online lessons when the pandemic began. We've actually continued with that option, as it's more convenient.

I have my kids (11 & 7) in guitar lessons and it is great. They really enjoy being there. They are learning the instrument and already making plans to do band lessons next season.

My son started taking guitar lessons last year and at the start did quite well. Being 5 years old he eventually plateaued and began struggling. To make things worse, Covid hit and lessons resumed online. To no fault of the instructor, my son struggled more due to the distractions around him and not being in a classroom setting. We just started lessons again in September, however still not progressing, the instructor gave recommendations that led to him taking piano instead. The school was more than accommodating thos switch and my sons instructor has been extremely patient and understanding.

If you are looking to get your child into a music program Visionary Centre for Performing arts is the place! From solo classes to group sessions, they have it all. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. I love that there are classes for all levels. Highly recommended!

My son had registered in program that was to start in February and last until June. However due to covid, his classes were cut short. He had only attended 3 or 4 classes. No one from the company had bothered to email me or call me regarding classes continuing or being refunded.
It is now October, and I’ve been trying to get some answers for 3 weeks, and no one had bothered to get back to me, until today.
To my further frustration, this company does not seem to keep track of student start date, attendance, nor any payments.
They are telling me that my son had attended 10 classes out of 12!
How could that even be if his classes were to continue into June!
It’s unbelievable that a ‘company’ could be so unprofessional when it comes to matters such as these.
If I would have known beforehand that they kept zero track of anything, I would’ve asked for documentation of all the classes, plus attendance schedule. The only paper trail I received from this school was my receipt alone, attached with nothing else, no written document for what it was for, who it was for. Nothing. Just a flimsy receipt. This company is a cash grab.
