I was in the store a few days ago, and the young lady at the register was very helpful, and polite. She offered to get a salesman to help me with my order. We need more people like her in the workforce.keep up the good work ethic, and helpfulness, it’s nice to see that it still exists. I believe her name is Brittney. I’ll be going back again for my Christmas shopping, I love a store that has friendly, outgoing employees

Recently purchased our second Samsung Frame TV from Nathan at Visions in Sherwood Park. The TV can speak to itself in it's own product reviews, the purpose of my review today is to talk about the extraordinary costumer service we received with Nathan in Sherwood Park. He was knowledgable in his field and walked us through every step of the purchase, set up and even loaded it up himself into our vehicle. We will definitely be returning for future purchases.

I went to buy a laptop in edmonton south shop, they are out of stock and they check the system and told its available (2) in sherwood Park store. Then I called the sherwood park store and book a laptop and they lady told.she would keep one for me. Then I travel all the way to sherwood park store and she told that's a mistake.it took me almost 45mins to reach the shop through the peak traffic time.if it's her mistake why she wouldn't call back.
Worst experience and you guys are unprofessional.won't deserve any ratings.

Bought a t.v and a few other small items. Nicholas helped us the entire time and was very knowledgeable and patient with us.

Great prices at Visions. Unfortunately customer service, which is critical in any business, lacks very much at this location. Will not shop there do to this.

Very accommodating, kept me in the loop on the progress of my installation.

Installer was very honest and said the previous installation, done at the same store in 2018 was very very poorly done.

He made it right and showed me how.

Was able to buy 4 year warranty on everything purchased, so hopefully no issues arise.

But overall very happy with everything

Was in today Steve Orr helped with purchase of car stereo equipment. Was very helpful and easy to deal with.

I can't say enough good things about my shopping experience at this particular Visions Location. Steve made shopping a pleasure - Friendly, Knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor- which I very much appreciated.

I bought TV from this location and they did not do price match as per their own policy. One of the store employee lied to me that they have different price in store and online so they did not give me extra 15% off of the difference.

Friendly people but Terrible service! Phoned store to question if they had an item on hand, sales person said yes. Drove from out of town to find out they did not have the item but something similar. Disappointed. They then asked if I wanted to order correct item, so i did. Told 5-10 days. Phone each week and got different answers, from (two weeks in.) item still hadn’t been shipped. (Four weeks in.) item shows shipped but can’t be traced. (7th week in…) told item discontinued and come get my money back! Ridiculous! Will never shop this location again, nor recommend it to anyone! Terrible experience and Visions did not offer any type of compensation…after waiting 46 days and then no product.

Went in for an amp for my truck, I don't usually write reviews but I talked to Steve in the automotive audio department and he was amazing. Went over my setup with me and helped me with every question I had. Wouldn't go to any other Visions in Edmonton.

Went in to sign up with Virgin mobility as the company was highly recommended by their admin, Michaylla. Delt with Binu, he was awesome to deal with & exceptionally helpful. Ended up looking at TV's. Again Binu was extremely helpful & very knowledgeable. Brought home an amazing TV at a very good price. Would highly recommend the Sherwood Park location.

Great staff, friendly, courteous and very professional, I have been dealing with Nathan for a few years now and he exhibits patience in taking the time to explain the product I am interested in. Very personable and pocess a wealth of knowledge about each product in his store.

We went and saw Nathan at sherwood park Visions yesterday Nov 13 2021. We Had no idea what we needed or anything but knew we wanted stuff to do a movie theatre room in our basement but nothing to costly.
Nathan greeted us and right from the get go gave us SO much information plus things we had not even thought of. Best part he was not pushy on anything just offered us different options and the pros and cons of each different type of set up. We ended up going with a home theatre package and projection screen that worked for us, great price and will sound amazing. We will never go anywhere else from now on.

Dealt with Nathan on a new home theatre package for a room under construction. He took the time to understand our needs and explain the options available to us. He is very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. We ended up buying from him and he made the whole experience enjoyable and stress free. I would encourage anyone in the market to go have a discussion with Nathan. We will be back for all our future electronic purchases!

Niceck in car audio has been second to none for many years for me. His product knowledge and the knowledge he has about the actual installs and how components work in a vehicle is astounding. He works tirelessly to find me the best bang for my buck and to educate me on the products I am buying and future lineups coming to the store. I have come to nick with some pretty absurd questions in the past and he has always had the patience to help me work through any issues I have. He even helps me in other departments like when I want to buy a t.v. Or laptop he is there to get me the best deal possible. Keep up the good work guys.

VISIONS Sherwood Park
My son was looking for a headset for his PS5. Salesman recommended SSG7.1 retailing at $249 and he would sell it for $98. I was also looking for a case for my Iphone 12pro, he found one in a color I liked, retail was $34.99, he would sell it for $29.00. Got back to car and son opened the headphones, the jack supplied with them is for a computer based platform (USB), NOT PS5 as we had indicated! Took them back into store and got full refund no problem. Returned to car and opened up Iphone case and discovered it was the wrong model for my Iphone as well. Returned to store and got another refund. Living over an hour from the store I'm quite thankful that we opened both packages before leaving the lot.
Visions Edmonton South
Stopped in to see if they had the case I liked in the correct size. Yes they did, again priced at $34.99, but salesman would sell for 24.99, $5 cheaper than the other location. He recommended screen protector, priced at $19.99 would sell for $10, I said sure. Put new cover on phone in car and it fit perfectly. Drove the hour and some home and opened the glass protector pkg and discovered the glass was already broken!

Visions experience was great. I was really hesitant on going in waiting for the super cheese sales approach, but Nathan was GREAT. Happy I went in.

I was at the Visions Sherwood Park Store earlier this afternoon to look at the TV that I have bought from visions on line. I also bought a Samsung Sound bar. I was helped in my decision making by Nathan Stamhuis. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the products sold at the Vision Store. I bought a TV and when I unpacked it found that it was damaged. When I returned it to the store the manager accused me of damaging it and did not want to exchange it.

If I could give them 0 stars I would but you have to put 1 just to submit the review. Avoid this store.

We rushed to this location to get our purchases in before the Easter weekend sale was over. We called ahead and Nathan was very helpful over the phone to set aside and hold some items for us.

Dylan helped us upon arrival and got almost everything we wanted at cost! Very happy with the concierge service from Alex at the Northside location that sent us here. And Dylan helped to execute the deals.

At the beginning I was excited to get my first car starter. I would only need it few times a season, but still excited.the following had a cell phone on the cover and it (BLUE-TOOTH - SmartStart) was the feature I wanted the most:

I went back (from out of town) several times. When I picked it up it would not start. After many attempts they took it back in the shop, more waiting. It only started on SOME of the attempts using the fob. Being frustrated I left. Following the instructions I had I wanted to set up my blue-tooth up and running. I failed miserably so back I went. They could not get it to work at all. From this point on I was not a valued customer but a problem to get out the door. They said to go work with the manufacturer. I needed the serial number off the starter. They said it was not written down sorry. Now it does not work from the fob nor the cell phone, $417.90 for nothing but problems. I DO NOT RECOMEND VISIONS ELECTRONICS FOR CAR STARTERS; FURTHER CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THIS DEPARTMENT IS VERY POOR as he came across as not wanting to waste his time. So I drove off with a fob which I discovered did not work when I needed it. It’s GARBAGE and a waste of money and time.

Always excellent service here, I've been a repeat customer for this very reason. Headphones, TV's, BluRay players, soundbars, earbuds, I've bought them all here.

I've never really shopped here before. My boyfriend needed me to grab some subs for him and other then the price of things seemed a bit high, higher then costco lol, the staff were super helpful and nice and it seemed like an alright place to me. Service is huge to me and on the service I received alone, I'd give them 5 stars but because I didnt like the prices of somethings they get 4 stars.

When in looking for speakers for TV but did not want to spend $500 for surround sound, so the salesman pretty much talked me out of buying anything else. He said the products were not good.

Big shout out to Nathan and Nick at Visions in Sherwood Park. Didn't know where to start with a home theatre system, they gave me a great deal and very very helpful!

We've lost count of the numerous items we've purchased at the SP location across the years; what is memorable is how helpful Binu has been whenever we had to make a purchase - whether it was upgrading our laptops, or just popping in while at Emerald Hills to pick up a USB cable. He has always been helpful; also, he is intuitive, since he is very patient, and listens to your needs before making educated recommendations - mind you, he also upsells ;) He is also quite knowledgeable about what you're looking for and its accessories, and importantly, he is very efficient. Nathan at this Visions branch has helped us on multiple occasions and we're always impressed with his professionalism and desire to get us the best product that suits our needs. We bought a new TV and Soundbar today and are very pleased, yet again, with Nathan and the entire staff at the Sherwood Park Visions.

Avoid at all costs. Purchased an aux adapter as my car at the time didn’t have an aux input. Asked if the quality of sound was poor if I could return the item. Sales staff told me yes. I asked, even with the box opened? Sales staff said yes. Quality of sound ended up being terrible, went to return the item. Got the same gentleman in sales who refused to accept my return. I was so confused because he had literally helped me the day before and told me I could return it with an open box. When I actually came to return it he became rude, condescending and argumentative. I asked to speak with a a manager who let me do the return but I still left feeling so uncomfortable after having the salesman raise his voice and argue with me.

Excellent customer service, Nathan and Nick really went above and beyond to find what I was looking for. Considering how busy I know the holidays are they were very helpful and extremely knowledgeable.

Visions worked with us to get the best deal on our TV and computer monitor. They beat out Costco's price by over $150 and couldn't be happier with this product. If you need electronics do your wallet a favour and go see the fellas at visions. Locally owned and operated as well!

Bought a tv there took it out of the box and it was smashed took it back and was told that it was my fault that tv came out of the like that. They then made me wait a week and a half to get a new one will definitely not be going back for anything. Their managers were rude and degrading to me.

I went in to buy a new tv, two wall mounts and blue tooth headphones. The service was incredible! I talked with Nathan and was very impressed with how well he knew the products, his ability to help with any questions I had and that one on one interaction made me feel very comfortable with the products I was purchasing. Being that it is a month later, Nathans recommendations were all 10/10 and I am very happy with my purchases!

Bought some Kef LS50 speakers from Greg. He was very patient as I tried numerous speakers and different styles of music. Very accommodating. Would definitely buy from him again. The store is clean and well laid out.

Nathan at this location delivers the best service we have ever received. He is AWESOME! He is very knowledgable and is there when we need him and not in your face aggressive. I hired Kal to hook up my new Yamaha Entertainment sound system in my home through the Visions store on 170 Street and 104th Ave! Kal was very knowledgeable with the Yamaha installation. He was, organised, efficient, quick plus he was very professional. I would strongly recommend Kal for installing home sound systems and full home entertainment systems. Stan

Nathan at Sherwood Park was fantastic. Took all the mystery out of the different TV codes and what each meant. We purchased a new Samsung. Would highly recommend the store and Nathan.

Sales guys here neglect you as soon as they discover you are applying for financing. I really felt tossed around and neglected. It was embarrassing and insulting for me. I hope they treat everybody else fairly regardless of their financial capability. Someone ought to teach their guys a lesson.

I bought a TV online, and picked it up from this Visions the next day. Got the job done! There's an excessive parking around the store, so it's easy to park close if you are buying something big. There's lots of attentive staff around if you have questions, mostly young men with some very snazzy haircuts

Purchased a 75" tv from here and the service was fantastic.
I already knew which tv to purchase as I had gone through the reviews but Nathan solidified that for me between my 2 options.
Nathan was awesome, and highly recommend him and this location! And also recommend the hisense g8 Qled 75" tv. Fantastic for the price!

I had no idea where to start with TV's. It's been years since I needed to buy a new TV so I knew little of the current options. I had many questions and I took a long time but the person helping me was amazing throughout.

I was walked through all the options from most to least expensive. And every TV is setup and functional so it's easy to compare.

I ended up going with something middle of the road and I'm insanely happy with my purchase.

I had never been in a Visions before and I was very surprised by the selection they had. I always pictured Visions as being more a place for car audio but I was wronh as they have everything you'd expect to find in an electronics store.

Not very knowledgeable on car audio and most stuff is overpriced. Still come for sales once in a while however for car audio in particular the smaller shops are much more helpful.

Went to buy a TV and this older grey haired guy kept following me around the store and asking if I needed any help.
I said no 6 times but he just kept asking, It was like he was just looking for a reason to stand very close to me and it made me VERY uncomfortable.
I mentioned it to the cashier and they said "Yeah, Greg does that. "
Well Greg shouldn't do that! Can somebody please let Greg know?

If your going to this visions i recommend you ask for Greg Dillion. He was amazing. Running all over the store to get us the best deal on a tv. We got an amazing deal and he was 100% of the reason why. Highly recommend!

Our salesperson was Greg Dillon and he provided exemplary customer service to ensure our new TV was set up and working perfectly. Greg even went so far as coordinating with our cable provider when we ran into technical problems. All of our future electronics will be from Visions!
