I have never had issues on the past with this visions. I have purchased phones, tablets, vehicle sound systems and have never had issues. I went this past Saturday to purchase a JVC TV that was listed for $399. I was greeted by a sales guy pretty quickly after walking in. I told him what I had came for, he verified on his computer that he had one in stock. When he came from the back he said they had one but it's missing the controller and power cable- fair enough. I then asked him if he had any other 50 inch tvs in that price range, he laughed and said definitely not, the next cheapest would be an LG at almost $600. I wasn't willing to spend that so I went out to my vehicle to look more at other stores. I then seen a Hisence 50 inch for $428. I sent my daughter in to inquire- she spoke with the person at the customer service desk and that person confirmed they had it in stock- great, I guess the initial employee didn't want the sale- I'm offended they even put his name on the bill of sale. The second issue I had this visit, when I was being rung through the person at the top told me I would get this electronic screen cleaning kit as a bonus- there may be an extra $3 charge but the cost of the product is $30. I agreed- why not, it's only $3. Upon getting back home I discovered I was charged the full $30 for that product- something I would have said no to at full price as I didn't need that product.

I just called these folks to ask about putting a basic new deck into my old jeep (they have some Kenwoods on sale) - they told me it would be $300-$700 in labor to just put in the new deck. I asked him if I heard him correctly and he confirmed that that was the estimate for the install cost alone, not including whatever stereo deck I was putting in! For a full system upgrade/install, I could understand - but just pulling the old radio/cd player and plugging in the new one - Wowza! Come on guys thats a totally wild quote! Visions has always been the place to go for electronics in Calgary. Are you trying to convince folks to shop elsewhere!? Hope that was just the "new guy" answering the phone and he was just way off base.

I met OM within store for a warranty transfer. He did that within 1 mins no questions asked.

The reason why I am mentioning above is, this was not even the parent store I bought TV from. And the reason why did not go the parent store was the sales person I have been in touch with provided me with DELIBERATE misinformation. Not just that he did not pick up the call nor even called back!

Steve is a great guy to deal with, his sales approach is not high pressure which I really appreciate. I am in the process of replacing all of my appliances and I look forward to going back to Visions for the rest.

The store was short staffed, but they were very helpful, I was lucky that they have in the warehouse my receiver so in 2 days was ready to pick up

Literally ordered a camera here from out of town and it was shipped extremely fast I Literally got it next day. Super impressed with their customer service.

Visions crowfoot have had good sales on a lot of home theater speakers and systems lately, however their home audio listening rooms have been closed for the last month or two so I can never go and listen to a sound system I want to buy. I have visited on three different occasions weeks apart and have not yet been able to sample any home theater systems. I do enjoy shopping at this visions, however I won't buy anything without first listening to it.

I was helped by Jordan, sales rep. Amazing service, very easy process. I would highly recommend visiting this guy for your electronics needs.

I've shopped at Visions many times over the years and recently was looking for a couple of TVs. I do a lot of research before I even enter a store so I tend to know exactly what I want, I just feel like they try to push you a little too much into another brand which I suppose they do because maybe they get a better commission or a bonus or something. You also have to work harder than it should be to get the best price, and when I say I don't want the extended warranty it's because I mean I don't want it. I don't want to have to sit through 15 or 20 minutes of being told why I'm going to regret it basically. Sigh. I know that they get a tiny bonus for pushing those warranties and sometimes they do make sense, but most of the time they don't. This recent experience I did work out a good deal but the wait was too long and I ended up just picking what I wanted up at Best Buy for the same deal I made there and they had the product in stock. The people at Visions are definitely more knowledgeable I find than other electronic stores so if advice is what you need, it is definitely worth checking out here.

Please don’t buy here. Vision is scammer. I purchased laptop last June 25 2020 and they add on that 369.99 on top of my payment that I can’t refused. They said I can get that money after two years. To sort up I have an email that I have the credit of 369.99 but when I came to the store the manager Sage told me that I can’t used that credit If I will not buy minimum of 739.98.

I bought a camera here and they tried to sell me the extended warranty or insurance, promised that if I dropped the camera and scratched or damaged the lens they will fix or replace it. I went back and I was told the extension that I paid is only for factory defects.be careful with this store.

I went here to pick up a tv, that I had bought from another store.

I was greeted by about 3 people! As I walked in the store asking if they could help me. I was about to say yes and another guy, thinking he was the manager or something asked me, I told all of them I was here to pick up a tv, the manager jumped right in! And looked at my receipt to see which one it was. He then got the warehouse guys to have a look, took some time then the manager himself! Said that he would go back and see what was happening, it took them a few minutes but they found it. The manager thanked me for my time. They had it on a dolly and asked where my truck was and one of them helped me load it into my truck. The one guy started to talk to me, and we ended up talking for a few minutes about the tv programing that I was having problems with on the previously purchased one.

The store itself seemed almost twice the size of the other ones I've been too! They also seemed to have a wide range and lots of inventory as well.

It was amazing how the manager (think he was) was so involved and he was on and off the phone (probably with other people) while helping me out! Will definitely be back!

I’m not a review writer, ever. But this place has been beyond difficult. I’ve had multiple TVs kick the bucket inside of 2 years, spending over $1000 on products in the last 3-5 years. Now they will not honour my warranty because I unsubscribed from their emails. I did this so I wouldn’t receive catalogues in my work email every week. So Despite the fact I have all my receipts, which say I have a 2 year warranty, they have turned me away. It’s an interesting business practice, but one everyone should be aware.

Disappointed to be taking my business elsewhere, but maybe I shouldn’t be.

Tried selling me an amp I wouldn’t need. Never had a good experience here. Told me my 500 watt amp was 300 and it wouldn’t work for my set up. Went to 2 other places and was immediately told they were incorrect and the amp is 500 and 1000 peak. Works fine for the set up and was trying to over sell me things I wouldn’t need.

Go down the road to ARA auto accessories. Much better service and pricing.

Been here a ton of times dealing with Ryan, Adam and the boys at car stereo. I have always been treated extremely well and my questions have been answered. Thanks guys for all the help and patience as I have built my dream system in stages.

The best place for Car Audio! The people working there know their stuff and are very understanding and caring. I recommend this location because one of their employees there was the best, he knew everything, and he was super helpful! Walker is his name, and he'll be an excellent service! He deserves a raise!

I was wrong because i am not listing to my classroom and shop in this visions. The cell phone salesman so rude and not polite.

My other classmate want to buy the cell phone and got same bad attitude. The cell phone salesman show not care on his face.he looks like don't care his job.

However, the price in Bestbuy is higher than Visions Electronics.
We deside to get some happy sales person and get the happy shopping experience. Finially, we match the price and got it in Bestbuy.

I feel so bad.visions electionics hiring this kind of people for their sales person. It will be hard to run their business because this kind of salesman getting salary from visions electionics and helping other competitor.

HYPER MEGA HIGHLY RECOMMEND.make sure to see MEHDI in the car audio section. I needed a remote start and new stereo. He gave me the BEST DEAL and was super helpful, knowledgeable and honest. The install was quick and easy AND I am SUPER HAPPY!

I went there for remote car starter and there was a huge line. The server was very apologetic and got me sorted out within minutes once my turn came up. Cool place.

Service was very good and Mohamed was good to deal with.bought the extended warranty and was told if not used you get refunded which is an incentive to buy. Only problem is that you have 90 days after warranty is over. That part is not told to you and it should be.

Extremely unhappy with Visions Electronics.
I purchased a laptop in January 2020 to use for school, and it worked fine until September 2021. I immediately took my laptop back into the location I purchased it from as I was having issues with WIFI connection. Luckily, I had purchased the extended warranty and was reassured it would be taken care of in a timely manner as I require this laptop for school. It is now November 2021, and my laptop has been with Visions for over two months with no certainty I will be getting it back anytime soon. This is extremely frustrating as I have been left without a laptop for months now and not a single employee can give me a timeline of when I will get it back or alternative options for the mean time. I'd appreciate this issue be resolved before I am finished school however, I have no faith in that happening.

I can count on great info from the Remote Truck starter I just bought to the Fridge my wife's looking for.

They wouldn't honor the price shown on their website which expired 11-24 (today is 11-18). I even showed them a screenshot taken from their site. Staff said "that price was only yesterday, we changed it back"
Terrible customer service

Went into the store to pick up some cables and a charger. I was greeted quickly and helped find the items I needed and directed me to products on sale to save me money! Great service and nice looking store.

I purchased a TV in November 2019 and the sales guy assured me that I had a two year warranty no problem and my receipt said two year warranty so I figured I was covered. Well guess what happened the TV stopped working suddenly! I called there repair company Visions uses in Calgary and they asked me too email a copy of my receipt so I did. Much to my surprise they said I was not covered? So I called the customer service number for Visions and they also said it wasn’t covered under warranty because I unsubscribed from an email list even though on my receipt it doesn’t say anywhere that that’s the policy. I asked for a call back from a manager and that was 3 weeks ago! Saturday October 29 I went to the store and spoke to a manager and he said nothing I could do for you sorry it’s our policy. I have been a Visions customer for over 25 years and that’s the treatment I get when something goes wrong wow! Please don’t trust your sales guy and ask the questions about your warranty so this won’t happen to you. I will be taking my business elsewhere and will tell everyone I know about my experience so hopefully it won’t happen to them.

Nice plate with good deals, but I wish they answer their phones faster! Tried calling the var audio section nobody answered for hours, ended up driving over!

W bought our last 2 TVs at Visions on Macleod Trail and received excellent service and pricing.
This weekend we had Visions install a remote car starter in our car. We had bought the starter at a company that went broke and we lost our money that we gave them for the install.
The gentleman that helped us out at Visions was Mehdi, an exceptional person. He understood our situation and went out of his way to help us out where the other company had failed us. Also, I had phoned two other places for a price to install the remote car starter and both were $60 more than Visions.
Thank you Visions, and thank you SO much Mehdi!

I bought a nice new OLED TV from Om at this store and he is the most knowledgeable sales team member I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I explained that I'm a gamer and I wanted a TV that compliments that. Om immediately knew which TV to show me and explained exactly why he is showing me that particular one and how it compliments games other than just looking great! But it doesn't stop there he did everything in his power to save me as much money as possible and when I went back a week later to purchase the warranty Om told me he wants to give me money back because the TV had gone on a better sale. I didn't notice that it had and I didn't ask for money back and Om said he just wants customers to be happy. Fantastic service and incredible knowledge from start to finish! Thanks a bunch Om!

I went to Visions to buy a drone. The worker was nos not having a good day and also didn't seem interested in helping so I left and buy the drone somewhere else.

I called Visions Electronics in 32 AVE today regarding information on how to finance a Home Audio package and the lady over the phone explained it to me in a very polite manner. I got excited as they offered a plan that can be financed up to 2023.

She said i can do it online and explained it to me the step by step procedure but she insisted it would be better to come in the store in person so she can help me out with pricing as well as discount.

It was so pleasant talking to her and she was so knowledgeable with the TV, the speakers and the bluray player that i was asking about, she even ask me if im with any cellular contract as Visions offers a big discount on new cellphone activation, she even told me that there might be giftcards i can take home if i get a new activation with their network provider or even they can take it out from any of my purchases.

It was a great phone call experience.
It's so rare now to get clear information over the phone.

I had a great experience today with Mehdi Hamzeh! He was so kind and helpful and he explained the product I was getting so nicely. I really appreciated his help today.

Very reasonable on sale prices but the staff that dealt with me during my pickup of my online purchase was far from being courteous and professional.

Great client service with a huge selection. Overall the store is very clean and well laid out, you do not need to work around a giant store getting lost in the aisles.
The individual that helped me presented himself well with no high pressure sale's. As a matter of fact he tried to save me money and sell me a TV that may have been more suitable to my needs but I was looking for something specific so I went with my predetermined choice.
I recommend stopping in and checking it out.

Recently got car audio upgrades purchased and installed at the Visions McLeod locations and could not be happier. Shout out to Mehdi and Stef for making the process super enjoyable:) Their enthusiasm for audio fidelity is very apparent, and it was fun to build up a system that did everything I wanted it to! Great service, pro quality installation, care and passion shone through.

I got my car stereo put in at the Southside location. Mike, Shawn and the guys were great. Very professional work. I'll happily deal with them again.

Had a pioneer head unit installed this week and it is a very professional job. Look's factory. The sales to install was a very enjoyable process. I ended up with a product I can enjoy for years to come. Thnx all.

These guys are awesome! They work with ya and they're super friendly. This place has all the newest and coolest electronics all at bargain prices. If you're in the market for anything audio or video, I would recommend trying visions first!

My cars remote starter had stopped working. I visited the McLeod store and received remarkable service from Madhi. He is very patient and pleasant with his customers. I only had to wait a very short time and he had it reprogrammed for me and I was on my way. If anyone has concerns with their car remote see Madhi for assistance. He is great!

We really appreciated the assistance we received fro Om. He was professional, thorough, answered all our questions (some twice - lol) and never once did we feel pressured. We ended up purchasing a T. V.to suit our needs and left happy:)

I had an issue with my remote door locks and command starter.went to see Matty.he is awesome. I would highly recommend him to anyone that has issues with these two things.he was the best salesman I’ve ever had the pleasure dealing with.he went above and beyond what I expected but then I read the reviews and he came highly recommend by other customers.and I totally agree with them.
