Had some issues with my 12 year old car starter so I brought it into Visions 170 street location. Ace customer service guy James Mack diagnosed and fixed the problem in no time. Thx James. Great job!

I dealt with Sean, he was easy going and held the last of an on sale tv. I upgraded when I got there and he gave me a discount on the one I did purchase. He also helped me load it in -40 weather. He explained everything I needed to know, I am happy with my purchase so far. Thanks for the easy purchase.

I always gets the best deal and service from Bruce for over 20 years. My families and friends are happy that I referred them to Bruce.

I bought Tv Samsung 75" QLED, Not my choice at all. Sales man trick me, saying that is no different on model QLED and NEO QLD, which NEO was My original choice.
With in 30 days I returned Qled faulty screen missing parts. I ask for NEO QLD. Pay extra money from my pocket +- 800 $. Guy never change paper when I upgraded TV, also paying way more of my 1st transition, he never sent any info to lander. So the 2nd transaction day was only visible at the Vision store. Lander have no clue that I change TV.
They charge my account extra 1000$+ on missing payment 20 days late because some lazy guy didn't do his job correctly. Lender never new that I replace TV. Avoid this place at all cost, bunch of scams bags are working up there.

I had some excellent customer service from Jables with my Pioneer Receiver VSX534. I recommend seeing him for anything that you need from Visions, he is very down to earth.

Had a great experience purchasing our TV's recently. Our salesperson was super helpful and he went above and beyond, the best help I have ever had purchasing anything really. I would highly recommend going to this location.

Jables was extremely helpful and patient in finding us what we were looking for within our price range. He took his time explaining and demoing the different features of the TV’s and soundbars. Pat was also extremely helpful in setting us up with a warranty and delivery that worked for us. Would highly recommend coming here for your electronic needs!

Had a 10" 1000w sub/stealth box installed in my truck and and very happy with both the base and the service in car audio. I also buy my tvs from here exclusively. Always recommend to my friends.

I wanted to share with everyone how incredible the Visions folks are based on my recent experiences. I had an issue with a TV that needed to be replaced, and not only did the sales manager Pat go to bat for me at the TV manufacturer to expedite the replacement process, but he was able to replace my TV with an even better model than what I purchased originally at no extra cost to me!

In addition to that, the installer team Sean and Neil came by to my home twice to make sure my installation was as good as possible since the new model TV mounted to a different height on my wall. After the first install the height wasn't quite right, so at my request Sean and Neil came by again out of courtesy to make my install as perfect as can be!

I can't recommend Visions on 170th Street highly enough, just the best people to deal with! My thanks again to everyone who helped me out!

Great service from the Home audio team. I got all the information I wanted about the new speakers and Cambridge Stereo Amplifier I was interested in. Boxing Day specials were good and allowed me to add extra warranty. Steve O made sure I got all the wiring and added components to connect all my equipment. First let me tell you I love Visions. I have shopped at Visions for decades now. This particular store on the westend did not hold up to other Visions I've been to in the past.
Sales people were like vultures, then disappeared when you actually needed assistance. They weren't very knowledgeable and I had to pull up the flyer online to show them what I was looking for. Even once I showed them the advertised item, the price was wrong and we had to go through a whole ordeal to sort that out. I felt more like I was treated like a thief instead of a customer. The store was cluttered and products were misplaced everywhere. I realize space is an issue when you sell as many products as they do, but instead of waiting for the next customer to pounce on, the sales staff could do a better job at keeping things sorted and in their proper place so customers don't have to hunt for items that the computer says are in the store but they "can't find them".
The next time I go to a visions store I'll go out of my way and go to the one in Clareview. Cleaner store, more organized, and sales associates actually know and understand their product.

Always the place to go to for deals on electronics. Very helpful staff as well. Been a customer for 10 years and ill keep coming back, customer for life.

My spouse and I recently purchased a wall mount for our TV from Jabels, he was exceptional, so much so we decided to go back and buy a new TV. We made sure to see him, hands down worth it! His knowledge was exceptional and really explained things in a way we could understand. We left with a TV we never thought we would buy, and couldn't be happier. Jabels customer service was next level. If you're on the fence or worried go see Jabels, he will help ease your mind.

Bought a couple of Soundstage car speakers to replace my blown Bose speaker in my Mazda CX-5 front doors. Jacob, their knowledgeable sales dude, recommended these and he was right.very clean sound, excellent price, and good install. Very happy so far! Let's see if they last longer than Bose.

Verry poor customer service you want to check the product before you bought it and the associate insist.the lady at the frontline was soo lazy I was about to give her the product to check the price and she dont want to scan it and still pass it to her co worker on the floor.customer is already on your face and you ignore me.so sad coz this store is my to go visions but not anymore.

By far the worst Visions location and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Bought a Uniden R8 from them a few months ago and could hardly give them my money. On my most recent visit looking for a monitor, I walked in circles for 10 minutes without anyone approaching me. I went and asked someone for help, of course "it's not my department". Waited for another individual who spent some time looking for what I wanted (provided specs I required) and they could only find me things that were totally the opposite of what I needed. To finish the story, I went to best buy and was in and out within 5 minutes. Will not be back.

I was helped by a very knowledgeable staff memeber Jason dunn, who helped me understand and get exactly what i needed. Highly recommend this store. If your not sure what you need you will be in good hands with jay. Ps the rest of the staff was awesome as well.

It was amazing experience dealing with Bruce Lee. I advice anyone who interested in purchasing a TV to call and book an appointment. He’s the right sales to deal with.

If you need anything at all electronics, Visions is your place! Specifically, ask for Jables at the West end location! Always top notch customer service, knowledgeable, and super helpful! Non-judgemental and will always take care of you even after you’ve left with your purchase. This is the only place we buy our electronics and refer all of our family and friends there too. Visions is my go to place for all my Electronics, they are extremely helpful and usually have the best deals I’ve seen. I go to the West End store to see JABELS as he makes me feel comfortable and is very knowledgeable regarding most of not all products in the store.

Went in for a 50-55” TV in the $500 and under range. The sales manager Pat St. Amand was more than just helpful, he was suuuuper informative. Helped me find the biggest bang for my buck. Although I ended up spending more I’m glad I went with bigger size and better resolution as I’m a big movie watcher!

He also helped me find a decent sound bar and sub for under $200. Even gave me a discount on the warranty. Overall a fantastic experience and would definitely go back to buy from the legend Pat.

Having recently moved from Medicine Hat to Edmonton, I needed from TV mounts for my new house. Went to Visions as my experience with them in the Hat was always exceptional. At this store, while I got the initial welcome from one employee who directed me to the appropriate area and who to ask for more info, the second employee seemed entirely uninterested.
Giving 3 stars, because I don't know if it was just the one guy either just sucking or having a bad day, but it was definitely a worst experience than I used to from Visions. We will see what happens in the future.

Customer service dude Austin was a great service, straight up, kind not “pushy”, considerate and good business etiquette… spoke good English at least. Did what he could to discount me with better pricing …our family business, Shaws Enterprises Ltd. (Head office Nisku) …we know good business etiquette, service is the bottom line which in my books we are losing these days, ”out there “ … per say. Walked into the West Edmonton Visions looking for an adapter for my TV. Was approached immediately and helped in succession and coordination by THREE people. I walked out of there within half an hour - with the adaptor on order - suggested cables I could need AND a new TV stand loaded into my vehicle - (wouldn't have even looked for a TV stand there without prompting!) I was so impressed with the amazing customer service and the knowledgeable and helpful employees... I went back 2 days later and bought a sound system as well. You run an amazing operation Pat! A HUGE Thank you to ALL you Visions people that made my theatre upgrade completely painless. Every such shopping experience should be so easy.

Excellent service from this Visions today! The manager, Jamie, personally assisted me with getting my 89&79 year old parents car remotes fixed. He was very kind and patient with us, kept me informed of issues and potential extra costs. AND THEN (drum roll please!), he covered the additional unexpected work required, which was a HUGE blessing to my parents on their tight budget. I will definitely come back to this Visions for any electronics I need in the future! Great experience (we got to hang out in the massage chairs), thoughtful and thorough service, and genuine kindness!

This is a nice location but out of the way can’t see it from the road if you don’t know it’s there should have a sign upfront on the road to help you out. James is a great guy and very knowledgeable, helped out quite a bit.

Was very kind and tried everything possible to get a CD stereo for our Camaro but unfortunately it's impossible to have one installed in it. Still awesome place!

You guys are misleading people! We've purchased Tv 3 years ago and purchased as well a 3 years warranty for $299 you guys said that we can claim it or use it to purchase if nothing happened to out Tv within in 3 years, only to find out that we can't used it unless we could come up with a purchase for worth of $300. You guys never said it before otherwise i will not purchase a 3 year warranty! You guys want us to spend another $300 in order claim it that's crazy!

Ordered a monitor last week of June, they said 2 weeks.
Called after 2 weeks, they said another week and a half.
Called after a week and half, they said another few weeks.

The customer service representative was very helpful. I knew what I wanted the very excellent Hisense U8855 ULED 4K TV. He recommended a certain 4K high speed cable to ensure I get the best 4K resolution which I also bought. He also got a dolly to transport the tv to my car. I was in and out of the store with the purchase within 10 minutes. I also asked him some tech stuff about Amazon Firestick and some other tech questions. He told me there is no burn in with this tv as it is ULED. There was only two in stock and it is the last day of the sale on the product. I am very grateful and appreciative for excellent assistance. Thank you Customer Representative and Visions for having a very delightful experience with the purchase and assistance.

Bought 8 Apple Airpod Pros as gift for staff. Found out later from one staff that her earplugs were used and broken. Her package was not shrink wrapped and only taped up on the sides. I enquired at the store and was told there is no exchange and I should have examined the packages carefully before accepting them. Lesson I learned: Expect to be scammed and make sure you scrutinize your purchase before leaving the store or better yet, do not go near this place.

Second TV I've gotten from this store. It's James then Steven you're looking for.
First TV was a great deal second was a good deal.
Will be back when it's time for an upgrade. I believe it's a Canadian company and if you find a legitimate lower Canadian price for your purchase they'll match it.

Best electronic store in entire city! They have great deals all the time. They got everything from steam irons to OLED TV's at the lowest price. The sales staff consists of the most knowledgeable people, especially when it comes to appliances and cellphones. It's good to see the teamwork between the staff when it comes to financing. They want to ensure you walk away with the best deal. Although I do miss the young fellow in the glasses that used to work there, everyone at this store is great and provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend this place!

I have dealt with this Store and the same salesman - Bruce Fang for many years and purchased alot of our electronics there. I have always been treated fairly and in a professional manner.

In addition I have found Bruce and this Visions Store to be Very Helpful, Knowlegable and Customer Centric.

My daughter and I went in to have a look and came out with 2 tvs. The customer service was one of the best experience I have had. Ours salesman Jables was so nice and helpful. It was a real pleasure to do business with him.

Well.today was an exceptional day! I rarely shop at Visions because of bad service and pushy salesman tactics. Today, I was actually treated like a customer with a sense of importance to what my needs were and not something I didn't need, like those pushy salesman of the past. This gentleman offered alternative solutions rather than just trying to sell, sell, sell, and it saved me $$, not to mention a decent price on a alternative product, a SoundStage Sound Bar, awesome sound thank you!

I always buy ALL my electronics here. Bruce and the boys are the most knowledgeable in town, and always have the best prices. There's no need to shop anywhere else, these guys have it and beat everyone else's prices!

I was very pleased with the customer service I received at this Location. I buy all my electronics and appliances from Visions now (only from this location) because of one employee that works here; his name is Pat. He has been so helpful, kind, accommodating and always tried to get me the best deals possible. I always buy all my appliances from him. I will definitely be purchasing more in the future. Thank you Pat.

I phoned in just yesterday for a Sony head unit to be put on hold so I can pickup after work today. After research and thought I was very excited to make the purchase for my vehicle. I spoke with Taylor over the phone and he said he would put it aside for me to come grab.

Upon arrival (after driving from other side of the city) he said someone within his team must have sold it. We tried contacting other stores within Edmonton with no luck.
He mentioned he will contact his supplier to see if we can get it earlier, or get one transferred from a different store. He didn’t seem too confident that it would happen.
Now I will have to wait months to get this unit for my car, that’s IF I can get one.

This was very unprofessional and I will no longer be shopping at visions. I recommend you do the same.

If by chance he is able to locate one I will be glad to resume shopping at visions and to spread a good word to friends and family.
