I have found the Okotoks store and staff to be very professional, courteous and well informed. They have been able to answer my questions and explain product features clearly. Their after purchase services (returns) is very efficient. I don’t get the feeling I am being “sold” when dealing here.

Doubt I'll be back, the salesman had 5 too many cups of coffee. He was a hot mess and talking at lightspeed. I'll source my audio needs elsewhere.

We've gone to okotoks visions electronics twice now. The manager helped us get a TV and Man-Kin helped us pick a dishwasher. Both times we got excellent customer service. I would highly recommend going there for your electronic needs!

PUBLIC WARNING: Purchased a $2000 86" LG TV. Customer Satisfaction 30 Guarantee. TV broke 10 days later. Was told I cannot return for replacement as I am missing the most important piece. The Box (paper box)! I was not warned to keep the box. There was NO label on the box to keep the box. The store video manager looked deep into their web site and found a clause which says if ANY packaging material is missing the Customer Satisfaction 30 Guarantee is over. I was referred to LG for support. They sent a Tech out 5 days later. TV working fine for the 5 minutes he was present. TV started acting up again after he left. I have video and images of the issue but they are not accepted as evidence. I do hope to resolve this issue but becoming unlikely. I would recommend Costco No Hassle Return

I went into Visions in Okotoks on Boxing Day with a pretty limited budget and some specialized requirements around a TV and other entertainment equipment. The team not only provided great service on the floor and at the counter, but, went the extra mile to help me maximize the budget I was working with and help me get the best value possible without pressure to overspend. They were super honest, very accommodating, and were dealing quite well despite the large and loud crowd there that day.

Huge shoutout to Dan, Bridgette, Sandi, and Callum for going the extra mile and providing top quality service that day. I will definitely be back because of the great experience you made possible!
