We engaged the Visions folks at the St Albert store to mount 3 TV’s for us. Two of them were on tile fireplaces. Everyone we spoke to, including Dennis and Ben, were very professional and accommodating. The Visions installer, Neil, arrived promptly, was friendly and communicated clearly with us. He mounted the TV’s to give us the best viewing angles while hiding most imperfections from the previous owners installs. The store also gave us a couple of power cords after ours were lost in transit. We highly recommend Visions St Albert and and have already purchased from them again.

Great place to shop in person and they also price match, making it affordable to shop there. Great service from the staff, a notable staff member is Davin at the St. Albert store, who made sure that we went home happy with the products we purchased. I will definitely come back!

The in-store staff are extremely friendly and super helpful. They would not let you leave until you are completely satisfied. Davin is one of the sales representative at the store, who was very accommodating during our visit. Needless to say I will continue to shop at Vision electronics.

The wireless ear buds I purchased two days ago ended up defective. Today I went in to exchange them and spoke with the manager who was understanding and super helpful. I was able to exchange the defective item and receive a partial refund.

Previously.

I went in looking for a pair of wireless ear buds I had seen listed for $8 on the Visions website. A steep discount from the usual price of $149.99. When I enquired, the salesperson tried to discourage me from making a purchase, citing that they had had a significant number of returns. Hence why the discount. Dude wanted to upsell me to a set of ear buds that cost around $90.

When I asked about my second choice which was pair of wireless ear buds made by the same brand on sale for $12 from $58, I get told these are not high quality and not a good purchase.

Most interesting is on the Visions website the first set of ear buds has 24 reviews with an average of 4.3 out of 5 stars. Also, the product carries a one year warranty.

My second choice is rated 4.0. Also a one year warranty.

Normally I trust Visions. Not today.

If for some reason the $8 ear buds fail over the next few months I'll be happy to update my review. For now, I recommend being very careful when visiting this location. Trust the website ratings over the salesperson.

I needed a new laptop for school and Davin provided me with a ton of information on each option which helped me choose a laptop that best suited what I was looking for. Great customer service!

Jayson and Rhys went above and beyond for my car speaker needs, not only did they answer all of my questions very professionally and informative which is what I need for a beginner installer but they also were able to give me great deals on the speakers I was looking for with a 4 year warranty. Great guys will continue to shop with visions because of the service they provide.

Dealt with John when picking up a solid Dyson a few years back, still to this day it works like brand new. He did everything he could in helping me get the perfect vacuum at a good price. Following up recently he helped me obtain a new tv, at an amazing deal! He's responsive and quick, very efficient worker. So happy to have gone through visions st. Albert & their awesome employee. We have received the most exceptional customer service and products over the past few years from John at St. Albert Visions, when I accidentally contacted him on his day off he still gracious answered all my questions and provided me with the best options for a new tv for our new home. 10/10. Will not buy our electronics from anyone else.

Bought a few things from here and was impressed, each time, with the customer service & cleanliness of the store.

Note about online orders: I ordered and paid for something online, then picked it up in the store. This was one of my fastest shopping trips ever, I don't think I was in the store for longer than 3ish minutes! Give this option a try if you're lazy and don't want to browse shelves.

Recently purchased a Sony 75¨ television. Sales rep Ben was a great help, knowledgeable and competent. What really impressed me however, was the delivery and setup. Neil and Jayson were on time and utterly competent in the setup of both the tv and stand. Patient, knowledgeable and most pleasant, they made what might have been a significant emotional event a pleasant learning experience. On top of this, they were polite, good humoured and neat, picking up all evidence of their presence possible. Neil and Jayson alone are worth purchasing with Visions St Albert so positive was our experience with them.

Visions has great products, great prices and great service. I have always had a 5 star experience with them.
