Visions has always been and will be my go to for my needs. Kerry is a staple to the store and to the community. He has never given me a poor product recommendation or failed to go above and beyond what i would consider an acceptable level of service. If there is ever anything you need or are considering, don't hesitate to give them a chance to earn your business. Would give 10 stars if it were possible.

We bought our second TV from Vision and we are very happy with the service. They have great Black Friday and Boxing Day deals. Great collection of appliances and electronics. Workers are knowledgeable and helpful. They handle customers very patiently. Today Matthew helped us to choose right TV and he seems quite knowledgeable. I just don’t like there warranty money back policy. Basically you will get store credit if you didn’t use your policy in 5 years. For store credit you should apply online after 5 years and one month. Workers helped you to put your purchase TV in your vehicle.
I hope will get good customer service if required in future. Excellent location with many parking spots available.

Bought a TV from Kerry two yrs ago. I come back in just kinda looking for some surround sound speakers and what not. Kerry recognizes me right away and remembers my name. Common bro! If you go to anywhere else but Visions in Lethbridge you're making a mistake. My washer and dryer are starting to sound pretty sketchy. See ya soon Kerry!

Do not buy from here. Went there to see about a tv when i asked if they price match and beat there price by 15% as advertised around their store he came back with a price that was over the price match by $100 then question me about HDMI ports why I would need them with hostility.

Brutal service - ordered a TV, given a tracking number that doesn't lead to anywhere. Try to get a response and wait on hold with an "estimated wait time of 6 minutes" an hour later the call disconnects with a message that let's me know not enough support agents are available and to try again later. Just deliver what was purchased.

Asked for a roku tv, Sales guy said they don't carry any, told him I'll look elsewhere, says we have the best selection though and I laugh.
Got what I was looking for at good ol wally world. At least your sales guys tell good jokes when Walmart has what I'm looking for and visions doesn't.

Wasn’t acknowledged even though employees saw me come into the store. The girl was sitting on her phone at the counter doing absolutely nothing. Walked around trying to find what we were looking for, and when someone finally approached me, very little was said and not really seeming like he wanted to be helping me. Honestly really just didn’t not like the vibe he was giving, that if the item was not $50 discount, I would have walked out without completing the purchase. I am not comfortable returning to the store if that is the service I have to chance getting again and would actually pay full price instead of return to the store for any item.

I bought an amplifier / receiver for my home entertainment center and the salesperson said that it would transmit to my Bluetooth headphones. I started reading the manual at home and it does not. I'm disappointed

I would like to say that Blaine was very calm and patient with me as I needed some education on the new technologies. Ultimately, I've had my 55' smart tv for 2 weeks and I'm very pleased. When you need a smart television go see him! Very knowledgeable and highly recommended!:)

I bought a reconditioned camera and asked which memory card I should get. They suggest an 128GB one so that's what I got. Got home and discovered the camera was broken and on top of that the memory card was the wrong size for the camera. It was quite disappointing, but the return process was easy and fairly quick.

The Visions guy didn't show up? I called the store and was told "He is on his way"? Three hours later I called again and was told he'd arrive at 3: 45, and. (wait for it) He didn't show up!

If i could give less i would. HORRIBLE customer experience. Expect me to drive 1.5 hrs each way not once but twice to drop off my tv for warranty work, at which point the guy said ill probably get a new one. So i have to drive 6 hrs, and go without a tv for possible 3 or more weeks for them to just give me a new one in the end anyways. Why not waste absolutely everyones time and expensive gas for nothing?

I brought my subs in for a service because they fell under warranty and I got a call back saying I could either grab a new set or have an in store credit. I paid 380$ for the set and ordered new subs in which they failed to order for me on two occasions and after four months I decided to just buy a deck. After coming in a new guy named Dave decide to only give me a 200$ credit ripping me off of 180$ or I take back some subs that I no longer need. A very disappointing interaction and I think I will be taking my business elsewhere from now one.

Daniel O'Hara was outstanding in all areas of operation. He and his staff know their product and are attenuative to customer needs. I'd forgotten about visions as an option for an electronic store, moving forward this will be my first stop.

Terrible experience at Lethbridge store and customer service. Our tv broke, only being a year and a half old and they would not honor our warranty, and blamed us for everything. Manager at Lethbridge store was very rude and also Jim the customer service manager, they were ignorant and not helpful at all. Will never be shopping at this store again. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Visions has always been my favorite store, and Dan at visions made it even better; setting me up with a fantastic home theatre setup. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and Dan made it so much easier explaining every detail throughout my purchase even going above and beyond making sure everything was to my liking. Hit and miss on the staff some are great others. I just walk away and try again with a different one.

But tons in stock and often the only place in town for that kinda stuff.

Better then Wally world or the Lowe's depot.

To date, my experiences with the Lethbridge store have been very helpful. The staff went out of their way to meet my needs regarding a warranty issue and I ended up buying a couple more items. Even though I had a little difficulty explaining what it was I needed, it was like they read my mind and had it ready for me in no time flat. I'd like to give a big shout out to Joshua, Laura and Jim for helping me with the warranty on my TV; you guys are AWESOME!

This is my go to place for home audio.
I seen a much more lower price on a speaker at a different store across the country. I inquired about the price match guarantee they have. The salesmen looked at me with out hesitation and said no problem. Not only does he say no problem but I'll double the warranty. My go to place for any electronics.

I go here to buy a fridge, five employees unpacking one fridge, I'm trying to get their attention, nobody will give me the time of day. I think to myself okay I'll give them some time to unpack the fridge, finish what they're doing and then they'll be able to attend to me, boy was I wrong. I guess I'm going somewhere else to buy my fridge. Good job Vision's! Usually you can't even go in the store without being attacked by 10 salesmen when you don't even want to buy anything, now today that I actually want to buy something and I can't. I would not be impressed if I was the store owner.

I must say the customer service was remarkable. I purchased an energizer doorbell camera and the locking screw was missing. I called Visions on Friday and spoke with Josh and he was able to track one down that would arrive on Tuesday. I stopped by the following Wednesday and was able to pick up the locking screw that was missing. Josh went above and beyond with customer service.

I am very pleased with the car stereo department. They meet my needs but didnt go up and above for me. Which i figure we could have done more to my ride if their was deals being tossed around but they where just happy to end my purchase at my stereo subs amplifier.

Had a problem with getting an HDMI cable to work in my TV. Bestbuy just wanted to sell a cable with no solution offered. Went to Visions and Owen and Joshua listened to my plight, sold me a cable and gave me the correct solution to make it work. I’m so pleased with their service and I will recommend to friends and family and I’ll go back there again when I need to.

Went in for some car audio. Staff helped me build my own system being flexible with options and what my desired result was. Made me aware of the pros and cons of each component and the available options. Took their time to make sure it worked for me. Worked out a deal and I headed home with a few boxes of toys. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Purchased an entire theatre sound system with extended warranty from the Lethbridge location. The price was reduced within days of purchase. Upon my request, a gift card was given for the difference. Tried to redeem the card and they claimed it expired. Gift cards don't expire in Alberta! Tried to get the defective sub speaker repaired or replaced under my purchased extended warranty - they refused stating the ext warranty was for only a single component and the sub was not it. Slick salesman, liars and cheats. They even took the gift card from me so I can't try at another location. I bought thousands of dollars worth of merchandise from this outlet. Don't go to Lethbridge people. I have complained already but no Vision's representative cares.

I would like to thank Colby and Erik for their fabulous customer service. I find that Visions Lethbridge staff goes above and beyond for mobile phone plans. They have taken wonderful care to find me the right plan, the right phone and for the right price. I have no complaints at all only praise for the mobile phone team!

Ordered a record player on black Friday, was told would receive notice that it would be in Monday and the latest of Wednesday. Come Monday of the next week (as i had gotten busy) was told to hold tight and i would receive another call.never happened following up to 2 weeks later i had called again and was told that they never had put in the order in the first place, then being drug along was told I could receive an un used floor model for a discount of 20% (which i thought was fair as it was already on sale from black Friday). Came in to a “ghost town” and was in what i felt ignored by the manager/store owner himself (ROB), so after twisting by the way side trying to find help finally was credited and on my way, noting the player had a strange clunking of plastic before i had left the store. I get home to a player that was totally boxed up unprofessional with the belt not secure and the rest of the plater just tossed in, no needle protector either. Promptly returned the unit to be credited 10$ less then what i paid on discount price, this is what pushed me to write this short story. So keep my 10$ visions in hope people will read this and be a bit weary of your service across all your stores. This was a supposed to be a Christmas gift. I ended up ordering the same model off of new egg for the black friday listed price as they price matched me to best buy’s listed price! Came from Ontario in literally 3 days and it came packaged so much better then visions! Way happier overall.

Morale of the story is they can be that cheap fix for some situations and a pain for the rest, bought a jvc head unit few years ago boxing day, replaced it out of my car and use it as a garage unit works awesome! But don’t let them be your first choice in a place to get your electronics! Especially with how fast some other companies can ship stuff! Talking about you NEW EGG! Plus poor service is never Fun.

Came in to buy a sharp Tv and surprise surprise they didn't have it and told me they couldn't get one in for months! But they were happy to point me in the direction of a Samsung tv that was more MONEY with some of the worst reviews on the site trying to say it wasn't so bad. It was a classic case of having a sale items and no stock then followed by pushy sales men that just want to up sell you I've Been a loyal customer of visions for years when I lived in Calgary sad to see such shady sales reps Ive never had problems like this in other stores

Having moving to the area recently with a long past experience with Visions in Calgary I was a bit apprehensive of a new location. I have made some purchases (within the last year a few). I’ve been very pleasantly surprised dealing with the sales staff. Then I bought some wireless speakers and was unable to make them work. Today they sent one of their service guys. He also had trouble making it work but finally was successful. Throughout the time he was here he was very pleasant and work through the problems. Very friendly, intel event and very pleasant. Words to describes this gentleman. Five stars for sure. I can see a long relationship with Visions now in Lethbridge. Thanks.

One of the installation people (I'm not sure if he works at the store or if he's a contactor) prayed upon my older friend and tried to take her VCR and DVD player, telling her that they won't work with her new flatscreen TV. His name was Ryan and he told her he would take her VCR and recycle it for her even though it works perfectly fine with her TV. Luckily she wanted to get a second opinion and didn't let him take it. I can't believe Visions would employ such predatory individuals!

Went in with a question about installing my car radio deck. After talking we identified that I needed another peice, he went to the computer found it. It was not in stock so he said I'd have to buy it online. So I asked what specifically the item was and if I could take a pic of it he said "sorry no, you'll have to look it up yourself" then got up from the computer.

The staff were knowledgable and exceptionally kind, taking the time to discuss my shopping needs. They also have a price match by 15% of the difference policy. Also not the largest store (compared to Best Buy) but their TV selection is particularly strong.

I recently purchased a Fridgedare Air fryer from this store. Before completing the purchase I specifically asked the clerk I could not return i if my wife did not like this item I could return i. I as told I could within 15 days. I returned it 3 days later. I was then told I could not return it because i used the fryer. Absolutely no where on there receipt or elsewhere in the store policy states this.
How does one know if an item is satisfactory unless one tries it out. Looking at an item tells you nothing that cannot be done in the store.
Under this policy the return policy is useless unless told beforehand and posted publicly. Be aware of purchasing any appliance under this policy
I was never told of this policy until my return was refused

My girlfriend needed a new cheap laptop for work. We went in and it was hassle free. They didn't try and sell us anything we didn't want or need. Pretty painless operation, in and out in minutes. I'd rather give the small guy my money and business. I'll be back to get myself a laptop before Xmas. Thanks guys.

We purchased atmos speakers and receiver and we were having trouble running it with our TV. So the salesman sent us stuff to try and fix it. He was very patient with us, and genuinely happy to be at work. We will buy from there again when needed.
