The great experience with Darlynton Nonju. He helped me out with viper remote that i lost, of my Elantra car. He is helpful as well as he is extremely humble. I am sure store would make good amount under the supervision of such person. Bout a tv with my buddie today, just wanted to say the store managers a great guy, inspected the tv, worked a extra 10-15 mins past his shift to help us inspect and load the tv into our vehicle! Was super patient and helpful
Salesperson is very pushy trying to upsell me. Went there for a sale item kept saying it wasnt good. Refused extended warranty several times, kept pushing it. Just about pushed me out the door to Best Buy.
Come in last day of sale they were out of stock lots of items was able to order at sale price and speakers came within a couple weeks. Also came in looking for a "diode" and they were happy to help.
The staff at visions were incredible. Helped us buy a fridge and Randeep was amazing with helping us find the right one for us. Thank you visions for such a great experience. Will definitely be back
Despite limited stock and salesman knowledge I purchased a ball Dyson for a fair price. I think. Was told 7 days for delivery. I called them today 2 weeks later and it is hung up somewhere in Edmonton. Was told next Tuesday maybe next Monday. That's 3 weeks to receive my purchase and automotive and autobody take 2 days or less. Sometimes more but seems rare. How am I supposed to feel? Not great right now.
Joseph has been my go to sales for the majority of my visions shopping experience. Incredibly knowledgeable especially with T. V’s and always ensures I get the best deals, cannot recommend the visions experience enough.
My son and myself went to Visions to look at electric fire place and walked out with a surround sound system as well, they gave us a surround sound plus the electric fireplace. Gave us a great deal, will shop there again.
The manager (Bart) talked me into a JL 12W6 sub and I am completely amazed at how it sounds. He did not steer me wrong, was very knowledgeable, and got me a great deal on it. Very impressed with both the products and service there. Highly recommend them!
Staff was amazing with finding what I came in for, even so far as to give me the demo model as it was the only one left in store. Fantastic service and will definitely be doing more of my purchases through them.
I got my P1000 from here and the staff were absolutely amazing to deal with. But id like to shout out one employee, Jared. From day one he helped me as much as he could, answered all my questions and millions of phone calls. And to top it off, during the two month waiting period he would call in and keep me in the loop on where my camera was and if there was any changes! Im not the most patient person and that really eased my mind! Thank you again Visions!
Haven’t gone there in 10 years. I use to spend a lot of money on car audio there then they hired new people and there service let’s just say wasn’t good… now with the new owner they really care and shine like they use to in there former glory days.
Highly recommend going there for any electronic needs great staff and super helpful. I’m glad to say I’ll be returning to buying from there once again
Worse service and no help. Always have to go somewhere else to fix things. Extra warranty is just how they make extra money. This happened with 2 things I bought. Never will be back again
Waste of time and money. If you want to go to a place where they respect your time and money, look somewhere else. Worse customer service, run by clowns, wish they had negative ratings. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL
Parking lot was empty which scared me off a bit. However after coming into the store I was able to find exactly what I was looking for and the staff were very energetic and helpful. I'm surprised they don't get much business, this store is great!

Definitely do not recommend taking your vehicle here. 100% satisfaction guaranteed my right foot. Originally talked to Billy, who quoted me on an installation. Then talked to Darylton two days later, Billy was not in. Darylton then proceeded to tell me that that price was false, they cannot install for that cost. We negotiated on an in between price, book the installation in. Live an hour away, dropped the car off the night before for installation. They call me the next day saying they don't have the speakers in stock for my installation. Then causing me to have to waste time, fuel, money on picking up my vehicle and getting it delivered. They finally get the speakers in, drop it off for installation again. Darylton calls me at 4: 00pm, asks me a question about the install. I ask him if it's done, he says that they are almost finished it. (Almost finished installing 4 speakers and a sub) I show up two hours later it's still not done, wait around for another hour for them to finally finish the install. While I am waiting in the show room I watch a customer walk into the back and stand there with the shop door open talking to the installer for 20minutes while I painfully wait for my vehicle to be completed. I tell the installer when he takes my vehicle out of the shop, next time to wait until the job is done to talk while you have a customer waiting. They then proceed to threaten to call the RCMP on me for trespassing because I told their installer to talk on his time not mine. Horrible service all around
I bought bluetooth ear buds for surprise for my wife salesman showed me a great set and they were on sale so I ended up purchasing them 300 dollars later not being told can not return for an exchange and they would not fit my wife's ears so my loss they pretty well more or less told me to get out I bought thousands of dollars through there and they lost me as a customer so I'm to cancel my credit card from there as well your loss
Met with Bart when purchasing a new TV - lots of knowledge on product and a great sense of humour. Him and Manny (floor manager) stayed late and ensured the product was in great condition upon sale.
Lied to multiple times about the delivery of products I ordered and already paid for, as well as what is returnable. Received little assistance when I came to a problem with items not working. Wasted time and money, go to Echo audio instead.
After 14 years with my old acer laptop, that I barely turned on because it was next to useless, I contacted Levi letting him know I was in the market for a new laptop to use for my home business. We went to school together for years so I trusted him to help me find what I needed without just trying to make a sale. He asked me all the right questions and found a laptop that would best suite my needs. The second screen definitely comes in handy for what I needed and I didn’t even know I needed it before Levi made the suggestion! Shipping was faster then expected and I was able to have it picked up right away (I’m in FSJ). They made sure the right person was picking it up for me with photo ID and other verifications.
I’m super happy with my purchase, although I’m still computer illiterate and learning more tips and tricks everything day. Definitely recommend Levi and the team at Visions for all of my future electronic purchases!
It was worse for me and my mom. We went inside and the staff told us that we can't bring our bags to the store and tols us to put our bags close to the door. I walk out and put my bag in our car and then I saw some people wearing there bag inside the store. It was worse I ask why we need to put our bags there, but they never answer my question.
Absolutely horrible experience. Was informed to come pick up a laptop i ordered online and when I got there was told it was mailed out to me. When I did get it.it does nothing but freeze up and shut down. Will be returning this computer and shopping elsewhere. Horrible experience especially when you are paying good money.
I just want to say I have never been in a visions but I was so glad we did. We have bought and returned 2,75’ TV’s in the last month (not from visions) as what you see in the store is not what your getting at home. Manjinder was amazing. Totally listened to what we were looking for and spending and turned on any tv we asked to see and explained things to us so we could make an informed choice. Overall was an amazing salesperson. Did his job without being too pushy and giving us our space to make our own choice. We came home and hooked it up and it is exactly what my husband couldn’t find in the last 2 TV”s. Everyone at this location was very nice but a huge shout out to Manjinder, you did you job exceptionally well. It was a great experience
Never get your car starter installed by these guys. I had nothing but problems and the technicians are not knowledgeable enough to trouble shoot. First they say that it’s the remote that’s faulty and had to order a new one which made me suspicious so I bring my second remote which debunked that theory. After that they say the whole command starter is faulty. On top of that, the assistant manager stated that they don’t have the similar product on site so I can pay another $200 to upgrade. I think if you make me run around than as customer service, you should upgrade for free. Now I have to wait for them to ship a new one from Edmonton and schedule another appointment. Let’s see if this is another lemon.
Bought a Visions MyCar remote start last year. Starting with the key fob works but the app works intermittently; sometimes not for weeks at a time. Went in to visions three weeks ago to get it sorted out and the guy said to make an appointment. Waited three weeks for an appointment only for the same guy to tell me that we have to call MyCar when the app doesn’t work. I asked him why he made us make an appointment and wait three weeks to tell us this and he said “you said the key fob doesn’t work, and you told me that this morning when you dropped it off”. No, both times we mentioned the app has been working intermittently. It’s worked for one week in the past month. Huge waste of time. Rude and dishonest staff in car audio. I do not recommend this product or their services to anyone.
I went in to get a sub and amp and I was met with great customer service when I walked into the car audio department. Knowing Corbin from going to school together makes everything a lot easier when knowing what to purchase in my vehicle. I trust his expertise and opinion on different products they went outta their way to make sure I was looked after and at an amazing price will 100% be going to Corbin and visions from now on. They are very easy to deal with and I feel they always have my best interest, rather than just try and get a sale out of me which I really appreciate.
Staff was super greedy trying to up sell me on Tvs when I came in knowing exactly which model I wanted. After the sales representative couldn’t up sell me he let me stand there waiting for 10 minutes while he helped another customer. Went upfront and complained to a manager and seconds later finally a second sales employee came out and properly helped me.
Writing this review from the new HP laptop that I bought at Visions! The sales people were incredibly helpful; ensuring that I had the right specs for what I needed & at my budget with a great financing plan. I highly recommend this store, as the sales people are very friendly & knowledgeable about their products.
Staff are educated on products and professional. Pleasant and non pushy purchase environment. Great value on name brand products. Enjoyable buying experience.
Worst costumer service ive ever seen in my life.bought a brand new 65”tv from them got home pluged it in and half the tv dont light up. Not a scratch or bump in the tv and box and they will not take it back or refund my money. Now im short 750$. I wouldnt recomand anyone to shop there, manager Bart Greven basiacly laugh in my face with a smile on his face saying nothing we can do. A BIG 0 STARS for this place and all the employees

We went there to get a proper gaming laptop on sale and the guy darling gave us the laptop with no gaming specs as he knew what we were looking for but instead sold us Msi which probably profited him. Would not come back again. Awful Experience.

Dropped off my car at 10 am for a remote start installation, came back at 4: 30 pm thinking its already done, but no, they let me waited 5 hours only to find out they cant install, theres something wrong! I ask about updates how much longer it would take, they said they dont know? ! So just gave me a refund and waited another hour to put the car back together! And the other employee ask me if i could wait outside coz they are closing, they said its nearly done, good thing i insisted to stay inside other wise ill freeze outside waiting! Very unhappy! Costumer service sucks!
Called to confirm if they had a uniden R3 reconditioned unit which they said they did so I came in after work to have them say they can't find it even thou the computer says they have it, asked to work something out on a new unit and they will not even budge. Hoping we could work out a compromise for there miss information not a chance. Better to shopping on line at least the online dealers have what they advertise.
After a $1150 quote for repairs on speakers and a new deck put in only half of the requested repairs were completed. When I took it back for them to correct their error, they charged me close to $500 more. I'll never take my jeep back there. Try Echo Audio Video instead.
Best place in town for remote starters! Got nothing but overpriced quotes around $700 to $800. Visions gave me $340 taxes in, including installed. Still blown away from the prices here.
First I just want to say Robert the Salesperson we had was Beyond Fantastic! The young lady at the counter was also Amazing.that’s where it ends. Manny the said “ Floor Manager “ when we first went in was dealing with my Girlfriend at the audio counter about a Car Starter! The Boxing week sale flyer was on EVERY counter in the store HE STATED if we wanted to buy HE would honour the flyer price on the car starter which was a Viper $398 on sale saving $250! So once she started to ask if it would work in her sons car he politely told her he’d have to get a different sales associate to answer those questions and then another Young man cane whom I believe was Nigerian but I’m not totally sure but he was Fantastic and very Knowledgeable! So while she was talking to this fellow about the said car starter I walked over to the TV section as I was looking for a 32” TV for my daughter for Christmas there was a Non Smart in the flyer for $98 great price right? Regular price was $118 only a $20 difference and DEF not a deal breaker! So as I was walking around I struck up a conversation with Robert. He told me he was Fairly new and said if I had any questions he’d do his best to help me out! Now in my past I was Sales Manager & General Manager for a Leon’s Furniture store as well as a Honda Power Sports & Marine dealer so I’m no stranger to how commission sakes work! So we decided we’d buy the Tv and also Robert did a great job showing me a Pair of Pioneer E8 wireless earbuds also on sale tho not in the flyer also purchased 2 wireless security cameras! So as we get up to the counter to pay for these items I explained to Robert that Manny had stated when we first came in He’d Honor the sales flyer prices early if we bought tdy.first I just want to say the thing that bothers me most about what I’m about to explain is I’m not mad about having to pay an Extra $20 on the TV could careless what made me EXTREMELY MAD was the fact this Manny FLAT OUT DENIED have ever even talking to us in the first place AND THEN ARGUED WITH ME AT THE FRONT COUNTER! I quite LOUDLY told him I knew it was him as he was wearing a very Distinctive sweater with very bright colours! He still denied saying he DID NOT speak to myself OR my Girlfriend so not only did he then call me a liar also my Girlfriend! I then stated he’s GREASY and was acting VERY GREASY and to just walk away before Robert loses his sales! I told Robert if he would have just stated “ I’m sorry that’s a Deal crashed under cost only meant for the sale days” ID HAVE BEEN FINE! I repeatedly told Robert I had no issue paying the $118 for the tv BUT would be addressing the Greasy sales Tactics of the MANAGER who’s supposed to lead BY EXAMPLE.so I guess that’s how he wants the general public to see him! I left feeling VERY mad not sure I’ll EVER shop there again and that’s a shame as Robert and Other Staff were all AWESOME!
Very poor service. Worst place on getting your car remote start installed. You can even see that they just reply on the good reviews here. They dont care about the unsatisfied customers.
