Went into visions today for some bluetooth speakers, the sales rep John was extraordinarily helpful. John helped me find my speakers, gave me a discount and I left very happy. Well done.

Always ask about visions return policy before purchase, they are always confused about their return policies everyone has to say something or other and get ready for 15% charge to keep the item back in stock, had a hard time to return …. Thinking twice before making purchase from here again.

This is hands down the best visions around. The guys are always awesome. I think the best part is the warranty. Of you don't use it, you get a credit. If you do use it, they fight to make it right. I had a sound bar that died but because I had the warranty, they pushed to get a whole new system. You guys are the best.

Purchased a new LED TV from Visions Airdrie. Very kind staff and knowledgeable. Was able to get the best deal I could find purchasing a sound system with the TV as well. Highly recommend.

Similar experiences to others below. Terrible customer service if you ever need to go back for something. Bought a printer that turned out to be the wrong one I needed, they would not accept a return because I had opened the box. That was it, all items were still there in the original packaging, just the tape on the box was cut and they would not allow me to return or exchange. Will just head to Best Buy next time.

Couldn’t even get 1 of the car audio guys to take 3 mins to disconnect my mono amp…. Just needed it unhooked…. Leaving the wires and cables and everything else in the vehicle…and everything was bought from visions Airdrie…. Guess I’ll be going somewhere else to buy new gear for my next vehicle

Purchased computer speakers from here and they were damaged. When I came to return I met with Jon who blamed me for the damage. Worst customer service I have received do not buy products from here they are damaged and they won’t return it!

My experience shopping here was absolutely wonderful! Naveen was the sales manager who treated us very well, as my wife and I shopped for various items. Patiently he took the time to see what our needs were and what we were looking for in terms of a new TV and laptop computer.

Today we went back to return the laptop and he took care of us very professionally and with graciousness. We were able to make an exchange with another one and happily went on our way. I highly recommend this store, and want to give a big thank you out to Naveen.

Went in looking at options for speakers, phono preamps, etc. The salesman Karim was trying to sell us more than what we needed assuming we didn't understand. He then was willing to play around with the price like used car salesman. He topped the whole experience off by attempting to pressure us to use credit cards "or more than one even" to make his sale.

We did buy a fantastic set of Kanto speakers for a great price but not from visions - we'll personally never shop there.

Tried to buy multiple office monitors. While speaking to sales person, the manager turned up a stereo 40 feet away to a level I could not ask questions of the sales person. I simply walked out and bought at Staples. Loud music is welcomed in my life but rude behavior is not.

Carlos in the home audio department was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I am so glad I drove out here vs going to the location in Calgary. Great employees working here, I did my research before going TV shopping and the Black Friday prices were definitely the best here overall.

We go a good deal for a great product. While at first I was hesitant about the salesman, he turned out to be very helpful and honest.

Went in for something specific. The sales person ignored me and decided to help another man instead. Happened twice. When I finally got to ask my question, he wasn't helpful at all. Either he didn't want to help a female. Or I gave a "don't talk to me" vibe. I guess I'll be shopping at Amazon.

I stopped in for a subwoofer for my car, I knew exactly which one I wanted. Matt gave me couple more options and let me listen to those. After purchasing the subwoofer I wanted, Ramon took it outside to put it in my trunk. Unfortunately, the dual sub was too big and didn’t fit in my mustang’s trunk. He took it out of the box and tried to get it to fit, but it didn’t work out, so we went back inside for a smaller one. Matt took the smaller one out for me and this one also didn’t fit, so we had to go with a single sub. The guys were great and I really appreciate their time, it was a lot more hassle than I thought it would be. Thank you so much guys! Matt, I installed the sub, even though it’s not what I originally came for, I think it sounds super awesome, I don’t want it to be any louder, it’s perfect! Again, thank you Matt and Ramon, I really really appreciate your guys’ help and time. Definitely will be back.

Visions Airdrie is always my go to store for any sort of electronics! Mr Karim Butt is the man, super friendly, 100% honest and goes the extra mile every time! His customer service is next to none! If you need anything electronic this is the man to see!

The Airdrie store sold an installed a radio that worked with Android Auto about 1 year ago. Up until last month the system worked perfectly and I was very pleased as per my previous review. For some reason the phone no longer connects to the radio for maps. All I get is a notification that it failed to connect. I live an hour away from the store and was driving by yesterday, so I dropped by the back service entrance hoping that someone could look and see if maybe it was a cable issue or a setting on my phone. A person came out and asked if they could help me. I had all my receipts etc with me and started to explain my problem. The technician said you need to book an appointment. I asked can't someone just take a quick look.no you need to book an appointment and leave with us for the day. I asked what if it is just a cable and he responded, "You can buy a new one in the store" and turned away. I was simply incredulous at the lack of customer service.

I was in recently and bought and tv and sound bar. The staff was extremely helpful and helped me find what would work best for me, even when I came back to swap out the tv because I grabbed one that my wife deemed too big;). Always will to work with you to get you the best price they can. I buy all my home electronics from here and the service is always top notch!

Great service and very knowledgeable staff Will was quick and friendly with helping organize install of remote car starters working as a team with Karl. If you ever need a new cell phone or plan upgrade I highly recommend Karl. Extremly knowledgeable and quickly had us all set up with new phones and plans and was able to find us a bunch of savings.

Not happy, yesterday we purchase a new TV for our bedroom was sold as new one.witch wasn't We think that it was a return. TV was not wrapped as they are. Could only find 1leg we turned the box upside down and found the other leg. Poor service. Not even said sorry. Also we first got one in July for the bedroom Could not get it to work. WE WERE NOT TOLD IT WAS ANDROID OUR SON COULD NOT WORK IT Now we have a 40 in we can't use.we also purchased the extra warranty for 99.99. But say we can't get the money back for 5 years. We got a new TV elsewhere so will not be shopping there again. Poor Service Colleen.

Our ice maker was not working anymore which was still under manufacturer warranty, after sending the documents to the manufacturer for replacement they rejected the warranty cause of a model number error on the receipt. I went to Vision Electronics Airdrie, Karl Gruendel listened to my complain with the warranty; then offered me a new replacement from his inventory. He went above and beyond the call of duty with the replacement! Very Satisfied with the service received at Vision Electronics Airdrie. Kudos Karl!

Extremely happy and satisfied with the excellent service we recieved from Karl Gruendel. Both times we went Karl was super helpful, kind, and explained everything we needed to know about crossing over our phone plans. Karl got us some great deals, and we are thankful for who he is! Went in with my boyfriend to ask a few questions about a car starter. William was able to answer all our questions and provided amazing customer service. As someone who works within costumer service, William exceeded my expectations.

The staff at the Airdrie location provided knowledgeable, unpressured assistance to my husband and I when we were looking to purchase a new TV. After our purchase, we had a very unfortunate situation with our new TV before even using it. The Manager, Jon was quick to respond to our calls and emails the same day and reassured us that they would try their best to help us out in any way they could. Jon was completely honest with their processes and talked us through what to expect. At the end, they managed to get us a new TV, delivered, and installed without any problems. Throughout the whole process, their whole team (specifically Jon, Kevin and Karim) went above and a beyond to ensure that our needs were met while being kind, honest and respectful. I'd have to say that if you have any issues or problems, being honest and respectful is the key. They definitely demonstrated that to us during our whole experience. Not sure about other locations but the 32nd Ave store Never seems to have in stock what they advertise only way higher priced models.

I've been a customer of the Airdrie Visions for about 5 years now and have always had great service. I've dealt with automotive, home theatre, and smart home at this location and have always ended up happy. The staff all work well together and obviously have a good time and enjoy their work. Shout out to Matt G and Naveen S for going above and beyond.

Deals are great but read the fine print or they will swindle you. They will say just about anything to get a sale and you can't believe them.

We went to Visions Electronics in Airdrie to buy a new laptop & monitor. The sales associate, Jonathan, was ready to help us as soon as we needed it. He knew what he was talking about & explained the different types of laptops would best suit our needs. He gave us a great price & we are definitely going back for our next purchase.

I almost purchased a camera that couldn’t video record, but Johnny boy was there to sweep me up in his tender, and knowledgeable arms. Also Ramon was pretty sweet too

I called this location a few days ago and the employees were extremely nice and helpful. One guy stood out to me because of his service over the phone. William helped me with the questions I had in regards to a possible car radio. I will definitely prioritize this Visions location over any other one.

Store is usually void of many customers and unwelcoming. Pushy salesmen trying upsell me to a price point I didn't want to pay no matter how much I insisted otherwise.and then to try and sell me a phone plan at the till. Sorry, but most of your merchandise can be purchased elsewhere or online where there's no sales staff following you around the store. Very uncomfortable and awkward experience at Visions.

I have been dealing with visions for the past 11 years and have never had a bad experience. My go to guy, Karim Butt, is very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to provide the best buying and service experience. He is very personable and I've personally witnessed how well he works with customers. Visions has a great employee in Karim.

Purchased and home entertainment system with a TV from NAVEEN at the airdrie location and I can't say anything but amazing things about him and the store. Everyone was so helpful and Naveen gave me the best options and the best deals on everything I wanted. Will definitely recommend everyone to use him. 10/10 service

Went to Visions in Airdrie for Samsung Watch. They actually had Stock and the Sales person Matthew Gedcke was awesome. So friendly and helpful. Will certainly go back when I need anything more.

Ok service, you better ask the right question or else they will sell you what makes the guy more commissions, and always ask about the warranty because they are very vague about it and when I went back because my tv was not working after only 1 year of having it there response was its not covered by the warranty for that kind of issue.

Spent $2K on a 75" tv and a samsung sound bar. Had issues and called back to talk to.someome and the recommended was to down grade the sound bar or hard wire the existing which wasn't an option. There is no customer support, when I asked what they can do to help and how this won't happen in the future they told me to nothing can be done and didn't flinch when I said everything will be returned. Visions is a joke and deserve to die out unless they get sales people and support that actually want to help instead of making monthly projections. Stay away from these people in Airdrie and Crowfoot

Karl G.was an extreme help and had a wonderful attitude with helping me and my wife upgrade her phone. We definitely recommend anyone who needs assistance to come to this location. Karl and Sage stayed after hours and offered great help and advice.

Store looks like a mess inside and hardly any stock. I asked for assistance and 15 minutes later I gave up and left. Staff don't seem to want to help you but have plenty of time to play on their phones.

I will absolutely never shop here again. I bought a PC here that was over $1200. I decided, "This is very important to me" and so I sprung for the warranty.

In the end? I made a career off that PC! It served and still serves perfectly. However, one day the unthinkable happened - IT BROKE! I was mortified. Customers calling me wondering when their orders would be done. Lots of angry people. I had to get my PC fixed and fast, and so I dug up my warranty, put my PC in the box and brought it to the store hoping they could fix it.

It began how most reviews begin at this store - nobody greeted me, practically nobody was there at all. I got the attention of the man at the counter and told him my issue. He looked at me like I had two heads.
"Um. We don't fix computers here"
I was shocked. "What? But I have a warranty! "
It turns out they just sell warranties for show basically and if it breaks, you're out of luck. They told me there wasn't anything they could do. I was shaking mad when I left this store. What a scam! How is it even legal to sell unusable warranties? Don't sell em if you can't fix!

I lost hundreds of dollars due to customers that cancelled their orders because it took too long to get the PC repaired. This is boycott worthy! I paid hundreds for it, and I lost hundreds for it too! I had to fix my PC myself by hand. Lucky I am a tech wizard. It now runs fine after all that. It took me an additional week to fix which cost me LOTS of crucial customers.

I still can't believe the obvious oversights going on at Visions. Their warranties are useless scams, do not buy them. Do not buy from Visions at all as a company.

Had wonderful service from Sam at the Airdrie store as we bought 2 cell phones today. We walked in and as he was occupied with a customer we were offered chairs as we waited (we are seniors). He helped us find the best phone plan for our needs and budget. We will definitely go back to Visions, their staff AND their sale prices made it easy to upgrade our phones. We even found a great deal on a laptop with Sam's help.

I came in today to get a DSLR Camera. At the door no one greeted which is totally fine. Went straight to Camera section, waited for a while and no one was able to help (the store wasn’t even busy) the associate I approached was using his phone and was bothered when I asked him to help me. He then called his other co-worker to help me with “Instalment Application” as he cleaned his mobile phone in front of me and walked away. I made a mistake in the application and so it was not approved. He didn’t care at all and said “It’s not approved buddy” and walked away again. I was considering buying it upfront but with that type of customer service I’d rather go somewhere I am valued as a customer. Will never go back to this store again.

I bought a car stereo that ended up defective. Completely hassle free exchange and great service! Too many people only leave reviews to complain, so here's a positive shout out to Visions online and the Airdrie staff. Well done!

Absolutely terrible! Went in and asked a salesman if they had any 1440p 165hz monitors. Hey searched and said the have on. Hey quickly boxed it (it was a display monitor). Went home to find out it was only a 1080p 165 monitor. Shady business practices.

No one greeted us. No one seemed to care for our business. When it came time to check out my friend got helped by one clerk as three others talked behind the counter. I was standing close enough with stuff in my arms and then made eye contact and gestured I was ready to check out also, everything short of verbally saying I'm ready to pay. It wasn't until my friend was done when they decided to notice me as I stepped towards the register my friend was just at. They joked it off as if they thought we were paying together. Not sure how they thought that as I stayed back as my friend paid for her purchase. If it wasn't for a Christmas gift I would have just left it and went home.

The product I wanted was not there so they checked other stores found the product and I got it

2 stars because staff is usually knowledgeable, but outside of that, be VERY ready to be ripped off with their prices. I went to check on banana plugs, and they were outrageously more expensive than absolutely everywhere else. Ordered mine from Amazon delivered to my door next day for 20$ instead of their 80$, same quality btw. Their prices are hugely marked up and they will always mark it down if you ask because they prey on the ignorant consumer that doesn't do any research before making purchases. But if you do, you will get a better price here. Know your stuff before considering shopping here!

Worst service ever, a guy named Matt “ car manager” have no idea how to treat people. Show no respect for the job.

I have been going to the Airdrie Visions location for a couple of years now. When I go in I always track down
Matt Gedcke. He helped me on a custom stereo for my Jeep. He found all the products I needed to have the best stereo. Extremely knowledgeable and always went above and beyond with customer service. He even gave me his personal cell number in case I needed anything. I have dealt with Matt many times over the last year as we have built my dream stereo. Matt is a solid guy and I would recommend him to anyone looking to get the best knowledge, friendly service and the best products.

Let me share my experience with visions in Airdrie 10/16/2020. I quickly run into this location to pick up a radar detector on my way home from work. I had my eye on a particular unit and knew what I wanted. It was the Uniden R7 and it is currently on sale for $798.00 also knowing that they have a refurbished model the A1R7 which is currently on sale for $698.00 I speak with Carlos and tell him which model I would like to purchase. He returns from the back with a box and before he hands it to me, I ask is this the refurbished model? He responds that it is not. (Interesting that he does not try to inform me that they even sell a refurbished model and I have to learn it from the website) I purchase the product and walk out.

Driving part way back to Calgary I look at the bar code and instantly realize he has sold me the the refurbished model and charged me full price. I call the store and he apologizes stating that he did not know and he would refund my money. Instead of turning around and heading back to Airdrie, I head to another visions location in Calgary. They knew exactly what had happened but unfortunately can not return the product because it will cause a inventory discrepancy.

I'm forced to turn back around to Airdrie to return the radar detector, I now have spent over and hour driving. I'm not very impressed by the time I return to Airdrie. I head into the store and all of a sudden they have the correct model but it is an open box.which is odd because I had asked Carlos if I had 30 days to return my product if I was not satisfied, he had explained that radar detectors were non refundable. So they try and make things right by selling me an oven box model and give me $50.00 off. No Thanks, I will buy my products elsewhere.

Asked to speak to someone in car audio. Left on hold for almost ten minutes. Then they took my number to call me back and never did.

Great place to shop for almost anything. Matt is very knowledgeable and always willing to help.

Nice electronics, tv's especially. Higher end models and higher prices compared to a store like Walmart. Great staff, not pushy at all.

Went in to buy TVs with my mom. Got knowledgeable service and $600 bucks off the sale price for buying 2 TVS. I spent more than I planned because I got a way better TV than I went in for at a great price. I just wish they wouldn't keep trying to sell me the warranty after I declined the first time.
