Don't buy a command start from visions. Not even 6 months old and I have had to take it back in twice to get it working. I am also waiting over a week to get it back in.

Good people good customer service they accommodate your needs as quick as they can. This is a place I will always come to if I need any new car audio or home theatre system.

Extremely pleased with the service I received at this Crowfoot location. Shabi, Dhiren, and another staff member whose name I don't recall, were all very kind and pleasant to deal with. I had purchaed a monitor and had to return it for an exchange and they went out of their way to make the process quick, convenient and easy. Everytime I have shopped at this store it has been a pleasant experience (I wish I could say the same for other Vision stores I've dealt with over the years). Now I only go to this location and the service is always great. It's worth the drive.

They had the sonos equipment that I needed, it's to bad it was getting shipped in 10 - 14 days. Young sale guy was very nice!

I have had lots of dealing with Visions Crowfoot in the past. Zaheer has always been stand up guy, man of his word. This last time Raj Sahans was who I was sent too for my new auto stereo upgrade. What a mistake for me for sure.the BIG up sale, promises not kept then I would need to spend more money to get the sound I was promised. Not good! This trip I spent almost $2000.00, had to make a second appointment to get the app tuned and still told to come back or wait 2-3 hours. Would not recommend this store for car audio!

Bought over $4,000 worth of electronics for my new house from Visions Crowfoot. Salesman's name was Greg English. May be the best customer service I've ever received! Knowledgeable, courteous and answered all my questions and concerns, and also price matched the competition twice after purchase. Mark was the installer, and again I was impressed. He could have installed my 65" TV, bracket, soundbar, and speakers blindfolded! Thorough and Knowledgeable! If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Very impressed with Visions customer service!

I strongly recommend this place in particular a young guy by the name of Glenn! This guy figured out a trunk latch issue I had with my JDM in 45 minutes while Nissan charged me double what Visions charged me at $206 and had my car for 2 days and couldn't figure it out. Let that sink in for a moment, Glenn at Visions solved an issue that a room full of "expert" and overpaid mechanics at Country Hills Nissan never figured out and he did it in less than in an hour. He found out the part number for me which then I ordered and went back to him to get it installed as the rear bumper needed to be removed and it's quite tricky. If you decide to go to Visions make sure you ask for Glenn. In the end Country Hills Nissan charged me more than if I would've gone to Visions and got the part.

Product is great. Customer service doesn’t exist there. They don’t return phone calls. They don’t approach you in store to see if you need help in car audio, they don’t accept payment over the phone. Building in desperate need of renovations.

No longer a good place to find deals. The equipment is low grade junk. And store policies rule. Employees don't seem to think for themselves anymore, just a bunch of robots.

The store was dirty, and the boys were noisy, they ignored me as this was the second day, I came in to look at TV's. The price was higher than the day before and more than if, I had bought it online. The guy helping me was rude and rolling his eyes. The guys took forever to get the TV from the back, and when I got home there was a sticker on the screen that still there, as it is hard to take off. I will never shop there again. It made me give 1 star to post, I wanted to give zero.

This is actually for a online order but it did start with this store. I called this location to ask if I can get it sent to store and received the 15% discount from a sale price that was lower, but was told I need to go online for it.well.just don't buy anthing. Online they honored the 15% discount, but I couldn't get the item sent to store. I wasn't home to get the delivery, and it was sent back to Ontario. Ok, I had to call numerous times to try to get it me, kept getting cut off saying no representative available, along with numerous times them emailing with no response. The online represented just kept indicating I can get it sent to store - but calling this store, and online it indicates it can't be sent. I finally said just give me a refund. For a expensive item this is terrible. After almost two months I have to call them numerous times to get my refund.still working on it. DON'T SHOP HERE for expensive items! Going elsewhere will save you a lot of problems.and your hard earned money. Buyer beware.

Great place to buy electronics, Zaheer was very good to deal with! I received a replacement TV under the Visions warranty! It went really well and was dealt with in a timely fashion!

I walked in with my mind made up on what tv I was going to buy. Josh approached me and was really friendly. He allowed me to purchase the TV and pick it up the next day. The next day he opened the TV and tested it out to make sure it worked before I walked out with it. He helped me load it into my parents van. Overall, it was a pleasant and easy experience. I'll be returning to this location to give them more of my business.

We dealt with Bipin at the Crowfoot location, and it was a very good experience. He was very professional and answered all of our questions. We purchased a high quality TV for a very reasonable price. We would highly recommend Bipin and this Visions location to anyone.

The sales team is just amazing, they go above and beyond to understand your needs, but I would recommend to schedule your install with anyone other than Glen, he is a total failure as an installer and would say let's rip the system out rather than fixing the issue. They could have been a great team but Glen is a total failure and the store manager's inability to find a replacement is another failure.

Car Audio - Talked to Gary and he was fantastic. He clearly knows his products and provided multiple price conscious options. Previously I had been to Westhills and Macleod locations and was very disappointed. Firstly, Westhills did not have a lot of options in stock. Secondly, when I went to Macleod I spoke to Matty (sp?) and asked for a quote to install my speakers. He did not provide any options for the price and was adamant that it had to be 250$ to install. I then took the exact same speakers to Gary in Crowfoot and he quoted me at 130$ immediately and explained what the cost of everything was. I have no idea why Matty would try something like that, I brought the exact same speakers to both places. Highly recommend if you are going to a Visions, you go to Crowfoot.

Unreal Service! Zaheer at Visions Crowfoot is knowledgeable, honest, respectful and will always give you a great deal. He listens to what you need and won't steer you in the wrong direction. Best service I could hope for.

Put simply, the best customer service I've had the pleasure of experiencing.

Zaheer helped us with a television today (a Sunday) and we drive a small car. We were expecting a week plus for delivery, but he arranged for their installer to follow us home with the tv, as we left the store. His extensive knowledge and honest salesmanship made for a confident purchase. He was frank about which features we should care about given what we were looking for in this particular purchase, even when that meant suggesting something less expensive!

We had bought an open-box model, and after getting it home we noticed a small issue that wasn't seen at the store. Zaheer helped to make it right immediately, and we are so appreciative!

We will be coming here all our future electronics purchases, no doubt!

Went in for car audio and saw Gary. He was extremely helpful and made sure the process was smooth and I was taken care of with the best customer service. Gary made sure to be transparent and delivered high quality sound system for my car. Would strongly recommend this visions branch as the friendly atmosphere combined with good service and excellent price was a no brainer for my purchase.

Visions and the Crowfoot store especially make shopping for electronics pretty painless. I have never ever in my life shopped at a store that properly honored their price match/price guarantee. But visions has price matched every time I bring in my receipt. No questions asked, no trying to weasel out of the price match. Just an honest price match policy.

Careful with any Extended warranty they do not honor the rebate. The service I got at the time was great but better to buy from a retailer that likes to keep loyal customers

I called the crowfoot outlet to make an inquiry about a product and the return policy. The person on the phone was a little rude. I was told they don't accept returns. I must say, there's a nice way of saying it but this person wasn't nice at all. I have never bought from Visions and this guy just gave me another reason to never ever buy from them.

I have dealt with Zaheer at this store many times, and he gives the best service and always has a smile.

Good place, bought TV's, car audio over the years here. Competive pricing and good location. The manager when I was last in was great, really helpful. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars, store could be a little better organized, don't have everything listed on website instore even if it says it does, not all staff seem to know this. Probably just holiday rush.

I went in to Visions today looking for a bluetooth speaker and there best employee Gary was very polite and did everything he could to help me find the right product for me. Visions car audio is by far the best place to get you vehicle suited up with the best of the best sound systems, when I got my truck audio installed Gary was one of the best employees to help me find what was best fit for.my music style and the best bang for my buck! If you visit Visions in Crowfoot, go talk to Gary he'll get you sorted out with what you need and you will NOT be disappointed!

So, I rarely write reviews, but every now and again you come across an individual that warrants attention. In this case I was lucky enough to be helped by Sheldon at the Crowfoot store. I purchased a receiver from him, among other things, and began setting it up in my home. When I went to connect an external device, things did not go as planned. I called up Sheldon to look for guidance, and he spent at least two hours with me on the phone diagnosing the issue. He could have told me I was on my own.

He walked me through everything; he was patient and extremely knowledgeable. That on its own was extraordinary. He then involved the manufacturers rep and their team to help solve the issue; extraordinary on another level. Finally, he spent several hours in the evening on his own time researching what might be going on; that is service I'm not sure I've ever received before. Going forward I will make every effort to buy my electronics from Visions, and in particular Sheldon.

I recently purchased a car audio deck from the crowfoot Visions. I was looking to get a touch screen deck with apple car play and a back up camera installed. Gary helped me through the whole process and gave us a great deal on a pioneer deck. Everything from the purchase to the sale when smoothly and I have already been back to purchase a computer monitor, which Gary helped me with as well, I ended up saving over $60 on the monitor compared to the next best price I found.
Will definitely be purchasing from this store again!

It is relatively small store looks more like warehouse. Staff were helpful. It wasn't busy on Sunday afternoon.

I was at the Crowfoot branch in Calgary today and Gary was beyond amazing. He was patient with my indecision and very knowledgeable about the products in the store. I eventually bought a TV that I am happy with but the best part of my shopping was the excellent customer service by Gary. I would definitely recommend.

I was on the phone with him, and he answered all of my questions - extremely friendly and confident at his job - then when I came in, he guided me through a number of different options all at different price points, wasn’t pushy at all, and had a great vibe to him! 10/10 would recommend visions crowfoot! I’ve been coming here for all my car audio work for 7+ years and every time they’re great!

Very knowledgeable staff. Was in there buying car speakers and the sales men when through a lot of brands with demos of each of them and a bit of background information on the brands. Super friendly and helpful, will not leave you wandering around the store. Go to visions in crowfoot you will get treated right!

Excellent, friendly service. I have purchased numerous items from this location over the years and have been very happy with the products and advice received.

They take advantage of people who do not know about the products the sell. They are clearly on commission and will deceive you to make an extra buck. Make sure you know exactly what you want to buy before going into the store. Pick out your product on their website before going to buy it. Do not ask them for product advise they will deceive you and upsell you.

These guys are always super helpful and kind even for the small things that are not super expensive sales. I love going here as they often have great deals and a clean showroom. No pressure sales too. Great job Visions!

After doing some online research, it was clear to me that Visions had the best price for my son's new earbuds - by over $50! I called our local store, and was told they had 15 in stock, and would keep 1 at the till for me. Visions online had an additional discount and one for self pick-up. Great! However, 30 minutes after I placed my online order, I received an e-mail that my order was unexpectedly cancelled! I went to the store with my proof of purchase and the e-mail - none of the staff could understand the cancellation. Not only did the salesperson, Dhiren, honour the online price, he also threw in the discount. All the staff present were polite, attentive, even humorous, especially noticeable as it was a last-minute purchase just before closing on a Friday night. My son and I were so very impressed, and we will definately be back. Excellent in every way!

I recently came to Visions Crowfoot in search of new tower speakers for my home stereo. The salesperson I dealt with was Ali, who was very knowledgeable and understanding of what I was looking for. To make a long story short, he found me exactly what I was after in a pair of Atmosphere T6 tower speakers that have fantastic sound. They may have cost a little more than I was expecting to spend, but after listening to my stereo now they're worth every dollar. Thanks Ali!

Went in looking for car audio. Not enough staff, waited 15 min before anyone could help. When someone became available, they immediately began talking about the cost of modules, etc before he even mentioned anything about the actual stereo. Very unhappy, won't be going back.

Called around to Bestbuy and Source looking for a Lifeproof case for my iPhone 12 Pro and couldn’t find one. Called Visions, they had one left and put it aside for me. Im pretty sure it was the last one in the city. They are always friendly and willing to go out of their way to help you.

Service was friendly and fast. I wasn't shadowed through the store which I appreciate and when I was ready for help, it was prompt. Even though I bought a TV on sale, the sales person gave me a further discount on the item as well as on the extended warranty. This is the second TV I've bought from Visions and I will definitely recommend.

I have been going to Visions in Crowfoot for over 10 years now for all of my electronics. Ryan Immel is always there to assist and ensures I am buying the right product for me without overspending. I had a great experience here. Was looking for an original Galaxy Watch, not only did they have one but they also beat Best Buy's sale price by 15%.

I just moved to Calgary 6 months ago and had never heard of Visions, but I would definitely come back for a laptop or other electronics shopping.

Jesse was my sales person and he exceeded all of my expectations. He gave me personalized service that was unbelievable. He directed me in the right direction for the product I was looking for and definitely understood the merchandise he was working with. I was more than pleased with my service and am looking forward to working with him again.

I purchased a ;TV ON LINE January 16 2021. It is now Feb 6yh 2021 and the TV has not shown up. I have made inquiries on Customer Service and they are not helping me at all. They give me a Canada Post tracking number which does not exist. I would not ever buy from this company again. They are not helpful. So apparently $200 plus is lost because of this.disreputable company

I recently had an issue with my LG TV. Zaheer Jetha was quick to have someone come out to check on the issue and determine my tv needed to be replaced as per my extended warranty. I'm very happy with Zaheer and the service at Visions Crowfoot!

We purchased a TV at Visions today. Sahil was helpful. He took the time to listen to what we wanted and asked what our budget was. He took the time to explain all of the differences between the products and gave us the best product that best matched our budget and needs. This Visions store has been our go to for all pandemic electronic needs including, most recently, the purchase of a 65 inch Sony TV. I know absolutely nothing about big old colour TVs but didn't need to. Store manager, Jesse Young did. This super pleasant guy has facts and figures at his finger tips, he's warm and honest and doesn't up-sell a product. He listens to the customer and provides superb service with a smile that kind of cements the confidence to spend some serious dough. And we love what we took home. Thanks Jesse and Visions for making these four aging eyes happy.

Had a great tv a sony bra 65 a8h which I am looking forward to watching. The salesman had everything else I needed.

The car accessories installation sales/tech team either tried to scam me, are completely incompetent or both at this Crowfoot location. I purchased a remote car starter and booked the install for my 2003 Honda CR-V from Japan (RHD). Shortly after I dropped it off I received a phone call saying that because it's a JDM car, everything is different and it will cost $200-$300 dollars more if I want it installed. They also said it already has an old remote starter in it and they will have to charge extra to remove that also. I assured them that the wiring was not different and should be exactly the same as any other CR-V, infact Idatastart makes a T-Harness for this generation of Honda which makes the install simple. They continued to be rude and ignorant and insisted I'd have to pay a few hundred more dollars if I wanted it so I asked for my keys and left.

I then booked an install at the Macleod Trail location. They had it installed in short order. I asked the friendly tech when he called to let me know it was done if he encountered anything different with my JDM CR-V that gave him any trouble or if there was an old existing starter in it; he said "no difference, its a basic install and there was no other starter in it".

I really appreciate the honesty and top notch customer service at this location. I've always liked Visions Electronics for this reason and have purchased many items over the years because of their great customer service. I will continue to support Visions, but never the Crowfoot location again. I don't normally write reviews but wanted others to be aware. A big shout out to the Macleod Visions and thank you kindly. To the Crowfoot location.shame on you.

Always impressed by Visions Crowfoot. For Black Friday they went out of their way to locate what I needed which involved a purchase there and two others at the Airdrie location. Fast forward to today where I had to return one of those items because it was a christmas gift and wasn't what I'd expected and there were absolutely no issues (thanks Zoé). Then they found me what I needed (on sale!) and helped me with getting my new phone into it's new protective case right there on the spot (thanks Dan!). Highly recommend Visions, and especially the Crowfoot location.

Clean store easy to get in even on boxing day and qe went to 3 stores and visiions still beat best buy so go there now

Worst customer service ever. I went into the store to order a few items on Nov. 22 and was told over the phone before coming into the store to order that it was in the warehouse and would arrive in a week or so. I didn't receive a call for my items. I called them each week to inquire, as it was a Christmas gift. Everyone kept saying it is coming and may be here in a couple days or next week. Dec 24th, I call and I'm told that the item is ordered but may need to be reordered because for some reason the system doesn't trigger them to send it or it's been misplaced. I'm wondering why no one bothered to check and look into this the last four times I called. Maybe because my order was too small and not worth their time. I had to make a trip back into the store to cancel the order and the sales associate doing the return was blaming the person who placed the order and on the pandemic. There was absolutely no ownership. The item was in their BC warehouse and they couldn't get the item to me in over a month. At the same time, my husband and I ordered a TV mount online and it came three days later. I am extremely disappointed in Visions and next time I will definitely take my business somewhere else. The online store provided delivery expectations than the store.
