They didn't accept defective airbuds for refund which my husband bought and asked him to contact the manufacturer, poor customer service, never going to buy anything from Visions again.

Such a great experience! First I called the store and spoke with Nick to discuss what air conditioners they had and his opinion of them and he was so pleasant to deal with. When I got to the store, he gave me the time I needed to decide which one I wanted and once I paid, he brought the air conditioner out to the car AND put it in the vehicle. Keep in mind this thing is very heavy so thank you Nick for all your help yesterday! 10/10 service!

My go to place for electronics. All salesperson wanted to help, especially Nicholas. Great customer service, all information is given befor purchase, plus your warranty turns into store credit when expired.

We had a great experience at Visions Electronics in NE Calgary. We dealt with Vincent and he was fantastic. Was not too pushy for the sale. Knew his stuff. Handled us with respect and answered all our questions clearly. He dummied down his answers for us as we likely are not in the know with today's technology. Very patient and gave us a smoking good price for our home theatre system (Samsung TV and stereo). Thanks so much Vincent for your help and I know we'll be back to buy more stuff and tell our family and friends.

Went to Visions on Sunday and was helped by an associate named Vincent. Store was quite busy but he was super helpful with all the questions that we had and gave us time to decide and think over our choices. Was not pushy at all. Walked away with two tv's and a soundbar and would definitely go back just to chat with him more about tv stuff. Super personable and helpful. Would shop here again because of him.

I have shopped at Visions for years. They are knowledgeable and have good product selection. Ken in particular provided excellent customer service at this store.

When it comes to my electronic needs Nitin is the person I trust. He always demonstrates above expectation customer service and excellent product knowledge. I got washer and dryer, a TV and home theater system from him. He explained each of the product with great details their pros and cons to help me decide the best for my family needs.

We ended up buying the samsung washer and dry through Robert at the Vision On 32ave. Robert was very knowledgeable, easy to work with and was able to accommodate us with installing it within 1 day of purchase. Go see him for any of your electronic needs! We will sure be back in the future.

Purchased a new home, got all my electronics through Visions, My sales agent was Sumeet, he was 10/10, made sure i got everything i wanted and prices where competitive even handled some returns, if you need electronics he is guaranteed to be your guy. Never review on these things but he was so helpful had to leave a 5/5, Thanks Sumeet!

I bought a phone from Visions to find out that it is an open box and someone else has boight before and locked it with his username and password. It was unfortunate experience. When going back to original plan with Bell, they refused to owner what was on the plan and this experience ended up costing me more money on my existing plan. Dishonest crew. Not recommended

My husband and I came into the store and a worker named Harold was extremely helpful. He said that he was new there, however, he was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us with everything we needed. This place is quick to take your money, but rather slow at offering customer service.

They feed you what you want to hear to make a sale. But when it comes time to deliver, it conveniently isn’t at all what was said or promised to you.

Save tour self a hassle because a “lower price” isn’t worth the headache these guys are going to give you.

I love this place to visit whenever I am looking to buy any home appliances at best rates. The staff is very talented, I was assisted by Manoj and Nitin and they summarised things and their functions so well that you will definitely make your mind to buy that thing. I personally have purchased so many electronic appliances from this place and believe me their rates and offers are unbeatable. Definitely will give a visit shortly.

Picked up a Q800T TV at a very reasonable price. Although it’s their jobs to put on a smile and make a sale, these guys really made you feel confident in your purchase. Took the tv out in front of me and together we turned it on and inspected it before taking it home. Two thumbs up for the help I received from the Manager and who helped me with the purchase.

I went to find a camera last week at Sunridge NE. The person told me that they were out of stock but there is one I could pick from NW location. I paid the full price for the brand new (not open box) and drove more than 20 km to the Crowfoot NW location. As soon as somebody approached me, he mentioned that it was an open box. I called the guy at NE whose name I believe is Parth to tell about what happened. Rather than apologizing for not telling me the truth, he tried to insist that as long as everything is in the box, it is considered as the brand new.so, I ended up getting refund from the store which only wasted my time and the time of the NW staff. However, the staff at the NW location handled the situation calmly and with patience. I won't recommend Sunridge Vision Electronics.

We (hubby and me) spend a week to find best store and best person for renewal our cell contracts. And we find it! Visions Electronics must be proud to have employees like Mr Karan. His knowledge, professionalism, his passion and his attitude is top of the line. Our city will be much better with more professionals like him! Thank you Mr Karan!

Hey folks, recently purchased a laptop from this location and was helped almost exclusively by Manoj (may have been a manager? Can't recall) who I found to be a very knowledgeable tech enthusiast who went well out of his way to help me find what I was looking for, and provided a great customer experience in a tech market where that's increasingly rare.

Bought a TV that was not advertised as a "refurbished" or open box. To my surprise when I went to put my email address in the smart TV an email address was already there and was last used in May when I purchased the TV in June. Was told just to delete the email address and it will be like new.this is the first time I have ever reviewed anything. Will be last time I buy anything from them. Not trust worthy.

I want this to be seen by everyone. Worst customer service ever. Very unhappy how they treated me.i upgraded my car stereo, Speakers and remote starter. They don't have a proper knowledge what on what module to put to make the steering wheel buttons to work.i have two functions on one button and at first they told me everything would work but next thing i found out is only one functions work on the button. People be warn: if someone has 2014 Nissan Sentra and want to upgrade their stereo make sure they put the right module in fist place to make all the steering wheels button to work. And when i upgraded my speaker i also told them to install an amplifier. They did that but i changed my mind before the installation date about the amplifier to replace that with Hertz instead of soundstage.they didn't let me charge that so stuck wit soundstage.and for the speaker couple of mouth later one of them went bad but i had to take it to the head office near Chinook and finally the head office told another VE shop to change it. About the remote starter i wanted VIPER so they installed it but found out my car won't start in first try via remote so i took it there 4 or 5 time and they said it wouldn't happen in-font of them so they can't do anything about it. (this is like saying have a heart attack again in the hospital and we will diagnose you). In the first place the salesperson should know what products works for which car or not. So, i finally took it to the other store and they replaced it with cheaper remote starter but never got the difference back. And the other day i took my friend to Purchase a vacuum cleaner from them cause i had 180 off but when we actually was paying for it we were told that if the vacuum doesn't work we can't return it, we have to return it straight to the company. I think no one should buy anything from here.i am never going to this location or never buying any products from VE again. (if they give it for free also i won't get any products)

Very bad experience here. Very bad customer service experience. Bought TV 2days ago, picked up yesterday. When i got home unboxed and plug in only to see distorted screen.took it in today only to be told by Nitin who says he is the Manager that it was I, the customer was the one that "squeezed" the screen and they will do nothing about it. I'll never recommend anyone I know to this location. Some of the guys there, Ferran Capco that don't have any ounce of how to relate to customers.

Purchased an air conditioner on line. Received an order number so I thought they were shipping it. Then I got an email say they can't ship they are going to refund my money.they didn't want to ship because the shipping cost were to much. They refunded me then two days later they took it back out And didn't tell me why no phone calls or emails from them Now I can't get ahold of anyone. Sent emails tried to call numerous times one answer. Terrible service

The people are great except to the guy who is selling parts his response to my question is “sarcastic “ I asked his help on what should I buy to connect a sound bar with hdmi arc that I purchased in other store to my tv with out hdmi arc. He’s reply was “Go back to the store where I bought the sound bar and asked the people work there. Good thing the lady in the front help me about my concern.

I went in to buy a new tablet and I dealt with Gary and Manoj.
These 2 made my shopping experience amazing. Manoj was able to guide me through not only for a tablet but new cell phones as well with unbeatable prices I couldn't pass up. I would recommend them.

I bought a denon avrx4500 reciever from them. I also bought vision warranty for IU1505 for $150. The reciever had sone issues so I brought it to them in on 5 October 2020. I was told minor ussue and will be fixed in couple of weeks. I followed up and I was told it need some parts from China. I got this back on 26 feb 2021, in damaged condition. On seeing service slip i found out they only changed couple of resistors and I was lied about China parts. For the Damage they said they can take it back for repairs but can't tell me how long its gona take. Basically, that want reciever for another 6 months and refused for any replacement or loaner. Neve buy from them.

Had a great experience here: bought a TV and a new stereo-deck for my car. Sukhmin, on the auto-side of the store, helped me find a great deal for both purchases.
I ended up exchanging the TV for a nicer one and had to bring my car back as I noticed the airbag light was flashing after the stereo install. Resolving both the TV exchange and the airbag light issue was painless.

Went in today and got a sound bar that was on sale and Nitin gave us an even better deal on it with a 5yr warranty. We had other questions and he helped us with everything and gave us some extra pieces we needed for our TV that we bought in 2020. Highly recommend the store and will be back for sure.

They didn't have the TV I had already pre bought a few days earlier, but immediately arranged for the Airdrie location to put one aside for me to pick up.

Went in looking for a new phone and was helped by Maroj (hopefully got the spelling correct) and got myself the perfect plan and phone in a very quick time.

By FAR the worst experience I have ever had at visions. I called earlier today and spoke to a girl that told me that there were 6 of the tv's in stock that I wanted. I went in this evening to pick it up and asked about a price match as walmart and amazon have it listed 100$ cheaper than visions sale price on it. The guy called his supervisor over to look at it who was immediately very rude. He started the conversation when he was walking over by saying "We don't even have those in stock" and continued to argue with me on price after I had told him I phoned earlier to check stock. There is a sticker on the door when you walk in. Price match plus 15% difference, he just seemed more interested for me to order on Amazon than to help me out with the sale. I have purchased all of my home audio and tv's from there, Both my vehicles have an aftermarket head unit, speakers, amp's and subs from Visions and after this experience I will not be back!

The manager Nitin told me I’ll get the cash back after 5 years
When the 5 years over I ask Nitin if I can get my cash back he told me it will be store credit I was very disappointed I said okey I’ll Take the store credit
When I received the email from head office it’s minimum purchase of $799
It’s it unacceptable

Initially the service was good but when I called to ask a question about the remote starter I had installed (cost $570.) there wasn't anyone who could help. Made me stay on the line for over 20 mins and still no one cared to pick up the phone. Totally disappointed with this company.

They have extremely piss poor attitudes and respect for customers. I spent 45 minutes standing around and every person I spoke with had lousy attitudes. I highly don't recommend them
