I recently visited the electronic store, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. Jainee went above and beyond to ensure I found the right products, and their friendly demeanor created a positive atmosphere. I highly recommend this store for both its excellent electronic selection and outstanding customer service.

Jakob was extremely helpful and friendly and was very knowledgeable about the equipment I needed.

Today I went to clairview visions on the hunt for a a/c. I was greeted by Mark when I walked in he asked if there was something I was looking for right away. He showed me a few they had but I wanted something with some advanced features. I use Alexa at home and he mentioned that they had units that work with my Alexa. Not only did he save me money on this unit as I had been shopping around at Best Buy, Home Depot. They also mentioned I could get a 2 yr warranty with it. I highly recommend visiting visions clairview for your electronics needs. Great service from Mark and the team! Thanks and I’ll be back for that 75” Sony Bravia we talked about when I get back from my shift up north.

Best experience ever! Visions northside Edmonton. I had the pleasure of both Jacob and Soni helping me make a choice and purchase a TV for my son. I let them know what he required and how much I could spend. Customer service was 10 out of 10. Helpful from beginning to end. Very kind and knowledgeable. First rate service from when I walked in the door to when they helped me load it into the vehicle. I highly recommend this store. Shout out to Jacob and Soni for being such great help. I had a great time at this location. Everyone was extremely helpful, and it never felt rushed, pressured, or even like I was a stranger. James genuinely took the time to make sure I had all the information and stuff I needed to feel comfortable and safe to use my amazing new camera right away.

Overall, one of the very best buying experiences I've had. This is particularly surprising when I admittedly have not shopped at Visions for a few years because of negative experiences I have had in the past.

I will have no qualms going back to this location though, and Visions has me as a customer again, just in time for some new car audio.

This location was amazing! The staff really went the extra mile to make a sale. Unfortunately my item was not in stock but they ordered it in for me. The staff member Alex was very knowledgeable about the laptop and had some tips to save money and really make sure it was the right time to buy to make sure there was no buyers remorse. 10/10 would recommend this location for all my electronics.

Not as much of a selection as one would expect. Wasn't approached by any salesmen, which was weird. Though to be fair I did look rough. Ended up getting the drone elsewhere.

Dont buy any of the extented warranties they say you get your money back but when you go to get your money they tell you that you have to spend the same amount as your warranty to get it back.

Visions has never steered me wrong! I went in first off looking for a tv in my budget and Austin was able to show me much more tv than I thought possible. Big shout out to Austin and the team at Visions for exceeding my expectations. Why go anywhere else? !

*sorry this was for the NW Store. 10421 170 st we wanted to see how the Buick install wnet as we have a limited edition supercharge sport car we need a touch screen and stereo upgrade to and clearly it didnt go well at this store unfortunately* Went to get a aftermarket stereo and speakers installed I even bought the double din deck from visions and all the parts. I first went into the store to inquire and get a quote the guy at the counter said he couldn't give me an accurate number because he wasn't even sure if his guys worked on Buicks and told me the installer would call me back. So a few days later I got a call and was quoted on my car he told me if I purchased the interface myself it would be even less so I did. Went in once I received the part to pay and book my install. The guy at the counter was again the one who doesn't know who I spoke to and wanted to charge me more than I was quoted so I said ok when can I book it in. He said I would need to leave the car all day after dropping it by at 8am and he couldn't guarentee it would be done by 6pm but was willing to call the south store for the install I said no as I live on the far northwest side. I asked to pick up my deck and I would install it somewhere else. Went to a place who was not only willing to help me they were significantly cheaper and they all knew how to properly do car audio quotes ans installs. I will never buy anything from visions ever again. Nor try to bring my other vehicle there which needs a car audio as well.

Mousum is great customer service at vision electrics. Introduce me with different models and in price range, Highly recommend him to see him again for more electronics, have a great day

Usually this place has been phenomenal. I came looking for a specific double din display for my car and the sales person was very pushy with the exact ones i wasn’t there to look at. I kept asking to see different ones but he didn’t seem interested in showing me any other ones besides the cheapest ones they have. Ended up caving and getting it. Haven’t been very happy with it. Next time i will just shop at a different visions.

It was amazing experience shopping at Clearview Visions store. Special shout out to the coolest guy Mousum who helped me through the whole process of buying a new 55 inch Sony Bravia Oled TV. He assisted me to find the best deals and answered all the detailed spec questions in an easier way and convinced me to buy this TV. So far I am in love with this TV specially for amazing picture quality. Thanks Mousum for your precious help and I would like to recommend others for shopping at Visions.

Our experience was awesome, we ordered a Sony 55" TV online, went to the East/North Store to pick it up and came home with a LG Oled 55"TV.well after viewing each of the TV's the LG was far more crisp in the picture quality thanks to Steve Orr for asking us if we would like to just view the LG compared to the Sony. It is a smart TV and overall Steve gave us the best price he could and threw in a few extras. Great service, great staff, thanks for all your help.

Wanted a sound bar for home and was given a couple choices and ended up buying a sound bar from here. I felt like I got a really good deal and would go back for anything else I need for home audio.

Months ago I was looking for a high quality vaccum cleaner. I had in mind that I wanted a compact model, since I live in an apartment.

I did some research and Visions had awesome deals. I went to the store and Steve Orr was the one to bring me an even better solution. He explained the pros and cons of different models and I ended up closing a much better deal than I imagined in the first place!

Steve is an excellent professional, who listens and guides you towards the products that will make difference in your life!

And for whoever questions if a Dyson product is worth it. YES! It changed my life and I strongly recommend them.

My experience with Visions was very very good. I was looking to get a good deal on a gaming monitor and I called the store to make sure they have the stock. Mousum helped me over the phone and not only he put the item on hold also before the purchase he gave me some insights regarding what config i should be looking for to get best output possible from the monitor. Went in looking for a TV, when I started talking to a guy named Mark, this guys knew his stuff and helped me with everything I needed, in love with my LG OLED tv thanks Mark! And if anyone ever needs any help with a TV or an Home Audio package go see him, he definitely knows his stuff!

Mark the Audio Manager was very helpful and informative. He answered all our questions and helped us come up with a great package for our home theare system. We appreciated how direct he was so we could make a decision that fit our needs. He was patient with us and when we came back to close the deal, they were quick to help us load up the car too!

Had the best service I have had. The sales guy was able to find me way better deals and I am walking out a much happier man. They were able to sell me a demo at a great deal. Explained the warranty and wow I am impressed.

I purchased a sound system about a month ago. One speaker arrived with damage. I have been unable to contact their customer service. I get the automated responses to service tickets and emails, but that is it. The service phone number has an automated response directing you to the service ticket and email locations. They don't even pretend that they are trying to answer the phone.

Unfortunately, due to miss communication between staffs when is the availability of Q80T, ended up purchasing 55Q90T, an awesome tv. Do not buy on line from this company. I have been waiting since Jan 16 2021 for a TV it has not arrived. Visions give me a tracking number which does not exist with Canada Post. They do nothing to help me will not admit the TV is lost somewhere refuse to give me my money back and I bought a service agreement with them as well. Do not buy here. This company is no good.

Needed a new remote for my car starter, to be replaced under warranty. Bought at West End location, but had to go to the Clareview location as there are no car people at West End right now. No big deal. Dealt with a woman (Kara) who seemed pretty knowledgeable, and was told the remotes were on back order, so I was looking at maybe over a month, again, not their fault, but no big deal. This was October 28th. January 13th, I called the store, as I had yet to hear from anyone, asking what's up. The gentleman I spoke with seemed very confused, took my information and said he'd call back. A different woman (Destiny, manager of car audio and remote stuff, I think, according to my invoice), called me back and left a message, to say yes, my remote was in, and to call back and make an appointment. I called back 20 minutes later, again got someone who didn't sound sure of what they needed to do, and asked me to call back the next day as the woman who'd left the message, was off, and apparently she's the only one who can make appointments for remote starter reprogramming when it's under warranty. Uh huh. Called back the next day, spoke with that woman, made an appointment for January 23, at 10am. When asked how long my remote had been there, she said not very long, but it was in a bunch they'd received unlabeled, and no one had sorted them yet. Not a very clear answer, but I accepted it, I know Christmas was probably crazy. Arrived at my appointment for 10am, when the store opened, only 1 other person arrived before me. Had been told that it should only be about 15 minutes, though the gentleman at the desk said it could be upwards of 45 as the Tech's would have to prepare everything for my car? Huh? Shouldn't they already be ready for me, since my appointment was made over a week prior? Ok, fine, I could walk around the Dollar Store. They'd call when ready. Over an hour later, no call, but in the line at the Dollar Store, I can clearly see my car in the parking lot. I pay, walk back to Visions, wait to speak to someone, as the 2 people I see who work there, were busy. It's now been an hour and a half, and still, no call while I was waiting. I finally speak to someone, who turns out to be the store manager, and he says he'll go see what's going on, as that should have been only a 10-15 minute thing. Comes back with my keys, says it had been ready, his tech just hadn't called me yet.but no apology about this. He just handed me my keys and started walking away. Overall. I just got a total feeling that nobody knew what was going on at any time (except the ladies I'd spoken with), and they just had an 'oh well' attitude, especially as this was a warranty replacement they weren't getting any money from me over. I understand times are tough right now, staff wise, and money wise, and a simple 15 minute reprogramming could have taken longer.but this wasn't the case here. But no apology at all from the manager, who took more time chatting with some guys in front of me about how proud he was over their warranties and making Best Buy and The Brick mad over it, and that you should never buy a tv elsewhere. Guess there was the potential for getting a sale with those guys.no need to make sure I was happy as there was no sale involved with me. The ladies earned the 3 stars given, without them, it would have been less. Them alone, it might have been higher.

This location is a definitely a hit or miss. The last time I was in this store, there was two employees walking around with their masks hanging off their face and the one of them was ringing us through. The manager did not delegate proper mask wearing to these employees which is disappointing. Not only that, there was also customers walking around not wearing their masks properly either.

This is very concerning considering there is a pandemic in place and mask wearing is nothing new to us.

Had a remote starter installed in my car. A little confusion on the completion time but got done and works great

My experience was a disappointment. I was quoted for the purchase and install of a car stereo. When I came in to pay, Gary wanted to add $70 to the quote, saying the person quoting should have added it. He didn't end up adding it. The install was not done as I was told it would be. The cable comes out of the glove box. I was not told having the cables hidden is extra. Even lose, for android auto would have been better (I guess), but coming through the glove box? To have it done properly i was told it would cost another $130. After some talking with Kara, it cost me another $80 instead. Still not right, but if I wanted to use the glove again i had to pay. They acted like its not a problem. This was not my mistake and in no way should ustomer have to pay more after the fact, for a proper installation. Kara, the car audio manager should have had this completed at no additional cost. The dismissive attitude of Gary during our 2nd chat, before install was the cherry on top. They talk about customer satisfaction guaranteed. That was a pretty bad experience and nobody is concerned. I won't be back, which is a shame because the stereo looks good and seems to work fine after the repair. Be careful with your quotes and be sure to ask if your equipment will be installed 100%, before you pay.

Over the Boxing Day sale I was looking for a new TV for my new family room. I had scoured all the reviews and kept striking out to get one that would fit my needs. I hadn't been to Visions in years, but gave them a shot. I called at the end of the day and was lucky enough to be put in contact with one of the salesmen here, Steve O. He was great, identifying what would work best for me, and set me up with a sweet TV at a great price, one of the last in the store. He made the sale easy, and I picked it up the next day. Very knowledgeable and helped me feel very confident in my purchase. I'll definitely be back for future purchases.

Why 5 Stars? A little thing called customer centric service and going above and beyond to satisfy a customer. Recently I was in an extensive, all-out search a particular audio item. I searched all the majors and on line etailers. All had the same price but stock was incredibly low given the popularity of this item at Christmas, so I figure I’d connect with the Visions stores in my city, emailing and phoning most of them to check stock. All the managers I contacted answered the phone with 5 rings and all emailed me back within a few minutes/hours. One manager Garry at the east end store who didn’t have my item, all sold out, goes as far as to check stock at every store and then gives me a recommendation- doesn’t happen often to me. Then I phone the recommended store, pick up is less than 5 rings -during Boxing week - sort of surprised me. No long phone message tree but an actual person. Surprised me again. The guy -Kaleb-says he has one left -the display model- but will box it up for me. Sure enough it’s there but it is brand new in the packing box. He says he found a new one in the back. Nice. This young lady Kelly sees me in the line up and says she can Check the item out. She is polite and very professional and talks to me about the product uses. Oh, the final surprise? They honoured the “open box” online price. Wait for it.half the sticker price! Guess who is going back for all his personal and company electronics? Me. You should too.

Purchased a car stereo system and had it installed the next day. Very impressed by the level of service and care from the tech! Incredibly knowledgeable of the components and entire installation process. Super clean work! Will definitely go back for any future purchases/installations.

I walked into the store, and the first employee that asks whether I need help removed his mask to his neck while talking to me. While a second employee had his mask not covering his nose. At the same time, a third employee was not wearing a mask at all. Needless to say, I did not feel safe, and I will not be coming back. We are under tight restrictions at the moment, and there is no excuse for this.

Took in a car starter four months ago that quit working while under warranty, and am still waiting to hear about when it will be replaced. I called multiple times and was not given a straight answer. After speaking to a manager about the issue there was not any answers or support provided. Will not shop at Visions in the future.

I would like to say Thank you to the employee of Visions because they took care of me very time I go there. They were fast, Kind, efficient, and very helpful. I would recommend them to any one.
