I called last week I am very disappointed with visions in airdrie service and the installation of my truck sound system. I spoke to a lady from visions head office and she said she would follow up with this I haven't heard back

I filed a complaint over 2 weeks ago about airdrie visions they totally messed up my truck install I had to go to vibe audio in red deer they had to fix all the amp settings and dsp as well as the head unit rca cables were hooked up backwards. I suggest you don't waste your money on visions they will mess up your vehicle. Spent over $12,000 at that store crappie treatment

I had a very poor experience dealing with the online customer service support related to a damaged online order from Visions. I submitted 2 tickets and supplied the required additional information twice. Both times received no further instructions or response. I will try a 3rd time but I needed this appliance in my home and began utilizing the item likely making me unable to return or exchange the damaged product.

Do not order online for delivery if you can pick up in store! I will not be recommending Visions to my friends or family following this experience nor will I ever purchase from them again.

! VERY BAD PURCHASING EXPERIENCE!
purchase one car remote starter cost me $550 comes with warranty and apart from that i purchased extra warranty through vision. After two years the remote starter stopped working. I went to Vision Store and they told me the remote starter only costs $60. They can refund me the $60. They cant replace with another one because they don't have same model in stock. If i want to get one i need to pay for that. Technically i lost my money, paid $550 for the remote starter and also paid $60+tax for extra warranty. Never ever buy anything from vision specially extra warranty. When i call them for claiming warranty their attitude is very rude.
Does this makes any sense? For $60 product they charged $60 for extra warranty and now they are not ready to replace the car remote starter and they asked me to wait and they submitted order to get one from some other vendor. Its been almost six months now still waiting -no response

Worst customer service ever! Selected 1 star because there was nothing lower. Purchased a 75" Hisense TV. Delivered on Friday before the May long weekend. Set up the TV, left side of the panel would not light up. Finally received an email on the Tuesday after the long weekend that stated:

(Visions Electronics)
May 23,2023,11: 12 a.m. MDT

Hello,

Thank you for your ticket, we are very sorry for the condition of your TV upon arrival. Please respond to this email with pictures of the following:

All 6 sides of the box
Serial number on the TV
Serial number on the box
All internal packaging
The TV turned on
Damages to the TV

Once we have these photos we will proceed with either Replacing or refunding your order.

The next 2 emails I received were to inform me that it was my fault and any claim I had was denied. Further stated that the first email I received was from a trainee and was meant for a different customer. I asked them to send out a technician and show me were I allegedly damaged the TV, denied.

An expensive lesson, $1013.60, and that purchase will be headed to the landfill shortly.

Never again will I shop at Visions!

Never buy ESP extended service plan, paid extra for coverage & when I actually need it, they denied it because its physical damage & told me its in policy & for money back on service plan i have to shop again because they just give store credit no actual refund without caring about customer service & you not paying for ESP, ACTUALLY YOU PAID THEM IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR NEXT PURCHASE AS STORE CREDITS.
SO CLEARLY ASK THERE FINE PRINT POLICIES THATS IN FAVOUR OF STORE.

32 Avenue, Calgary. We went into the store, because they advertize (and still are) that the icomfort chair is in store, in stock, such FALSE advertising. I guess we didnt need much asssistance, as the 3 employees were just standing around chatting. When we went to pay for it, Manoj said 2-3 weeks. I called after 3 weeks, and might I add I had to call several times as they said I can only speak with Manoj, and he's NEVER returned my call. I have spoke to 1 other person at the 3 week mark, and he was a little rude "its on schedule to arrive next week! ", that's two weeks ago. I called last week and no one got back to me. It's been over 6 weeks now, and they said they would call me back, and of course they did not. STOP lieing to your customers Manoj Saini, learn to deligate your job to the proper person, so that issues doesn't happen to others, STOP being dishonest.
We would have liked the option to choose whether we wanted to wait 6 weeks, or more. Such a horrible experience I will never go back. I will contact head office tomorrow, and see what options we have since it's obvious no one in that store can do a simple task.

Not happy getting the run around. The Guy in the store told me there is a 60-day Guaranteed price protection price match. Called the store get told to call head office. Talked Too young lady named Jade. Ask her to have a manager called me back Still waiting for managers call back. NOT HAPPY WITH VISIONS

I got a starter installed and was happy until i noticed my visor was broke, and it was fine when I dropped it off they denied it, these guys dont care about their customers, the slim shady looking manager on car audio kinda laughed like its not a big deal after i caught them lieing about breaking my visor in my van, THEY SAID THEIR WAS ABSOLUTELY NO WORK ON THE BROKEN VISOR SIDE WE WOULD OWN UP TO IT (like they were saints), but after further examination their was work done under the visor the wire runs right under were the visor latch is, and they still deny it poor customer service also they probably get lots of complaints cause it’s obvious they are treating it like its no big deal if go to the main office maybe his Daddy works there? Who knows, other then that the starter is ok but they did not hear the last of me this happened feb 3rd 2022

DO NOT BUY THE WARRANTY.
When buying a Hisense TV, salespeople were very pushy asking me to buy the extended warranty (25% of purchase price which turns into store credit should it not be used). I did.
16 months later, TV stopped working. Their tech team (A1 tech) and Visions have had my TV for almost a month to be repaired and there has been NO PROGRESS so far. No one answers the phone at A1 tech and Visions told me it will take them 4 WEEKS to approve the warranty repair. That’s at least 2 months to get my TV repaired, if we’re lucky.
I will avoid Visions in the future and will definitely NEVER BUY THE WARRANTY. Stay as far away as possible from the scam warranty.

Advertises free shipping on website then proceeds to send you an email if the shipping costs are too much for them saying they need more money from you.

This is false advertising or at the very least shady advertising. If the user inputs a postal code that is outside your free shipping range it should say so on the website. I almost missed out on a boxing day deal because of this. Luckily I was able to get a better model at a cheaper price from somewhere local. Won't be even considering ordering from visions again.

A year ago i went to vision electronics on 32 ave to upgrade my speaker system and also installed an amplifier. But the salesperson gave me soundstage amplifier which i didn't want in my car i wanted hertz MLPOWER5 amp. I told the salesperson many times to change the amp before it got installed in my car but he refused to. Eight months later my speaker was making some wired noise so i decided to go back to fix it but remembering how they treated me at 32nd, i went to Macloud trail visions and booked an Appointment with them. Everything was fine until the day of the appointment but the salesperson who previously worked in 32nd said they can't do anything about the speaker because it was not installed there so I decided to go to the visions Head office to complain about it and they took care of everything including replacing the amp for free of cost.i would appreciate more if Head office reach out to me about fixing my product warranty and all because lots of my product has been changed over the year.

I love dealing with Visions in store at crowfoot location but calling head office to discuss my warranty rebate was a terrible experience. The guy who I dealt with was short, went out of his way to make me feel unwanted and overall extremely rude. I had no idea, if you unregister from there mailing list it voids all warranties even if you have paid for them from what he claims? Visions head office needs to start listening to the way employees talk with customers. BRUTAL!

Poor customer service. Been trying to contact them for 2 weeks to see when they will deliver my new television but phones are always busy and customer service won't respond to my emails. Very frustrating.

Can you give less than 1 star? Spoke with "Jim" at head office and was informed the warranty they offer was a "repair only" warranty and did not cover replacement. He couldn't even be bothered to attempt using customer service skills and was extremely rude on the phone.worst experience ever! I feel i was tricked into purchasing the warranty with promises of replacement if anything went wrong and now when it breaks again in a few months, I'll be left with nothing. That TV was the last thing i will ever buy with this company and I advise some serious reconsideration before you shop there.

My online order was cancelled a few days ago, and I have yet to see a refund or a straight answer from customer service. Very dissapointed with the experience altogether.

The company offers discount if you pickup the product which is great and fair. Somehow their inventory count was off.told us that it was available at the store but they could ship it out from another store for the same discounted price. Great, so responded. No answer. 3 emails following up.no answer. COVID-19 did hit at the same time.so called and waited to be courteous. NOTHING.in the end they cancelled the order and refunded the money without any responses to our emails. Reason why it is hard to no not support the larger box stores.

I can't with an issue for failure to deliver an appliance or provide an ETA 1 month after purchase, he insisted he doesn't have to speak to me and proceeded to hang up. Dealing with this company has been a truly exceptionally unique customer service experience.
