Working with Vista Geomatics to obtain a Real Property Report was a pleasant experience. The surveyor that did the survey was friendly and answered all questions. Work progressed on a timely matter. I had them interface (at a reasonable cost) with the City of Calgary for an encroachment consent and stamped with a certificate of compliance. There was some delay to get the encroachment consent and the certificate of compliance but overall it was complete before I put my house on the market. Vista Geomatics communicated with me to give me updates on the process. I have used them in the past and would highly recommend them.

Vista Geomatics was very quick in supplying the RPR and filing with the Town getting the required approvals and letters. They also took the time to explain in layman's terms what needed to be done and why. We are very happy with the service supplied and will use Vista Geomatics next time we need an RPR.

Full props to Vista for the work and assistance they provided us on updating our RPR. There were some issues with our RPR (encroachments, easements, etc) but Vista worked with us, our lawyer and the city to resolve all of the issues to our satisfaction. The field crew was great and explained everything to us as they were updating all of the information on our lot. And Jodie, the coordinator was awesome. She guided the RPR update through the process and get us up to date as things progressed. If we ever need to update another RPR, Vista would be our first call.
