Got our vaccines for travel here and we had excellent service! The pharmacists were really knowledgeable and helpful

They cancelled my appointment on the day of twice in a row. They booked me in for a third time so i called their office the morning of just to confirm, no answer. Drove to my appointment and when I got there they said they didn’t see my appointment in the system. Then told me that the doctor hasn’t been showing up and just calling them in the morning to say he’s not coming in. Not sure why there’s two receptionists there doing nothing! Worst medical clinic ever! Don’t waste your time!

Constantly cancels appointments with no notice and no backup doctors, clinic is typically closed during operating hours. The staff claim it is due to not having an updated phone numbers but then hangs up before I give them the number to verify. Terrible, expect to see a doctor 1/8 of the time if you make an appointment as they are rarely fulfilled and often canceled while you are driving there. If you do get an appointment, expect to wait an hour or two in the waiting room before getting in to see someone even if you are on time. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional for urgent cases.

Went to this clinic that says 'Family and Walk in Clinic' right on the sign above the door, for a walk in appointment with the doctor. The waiting room was completely empty and I was told by reception that they are too busy and not seeing any new patients.

Rude reception and nothing but cancelled/rebooked appointments. Office lady Latifa thinks it’s professional to rebook out of town clients 10 minutes before their appointments. She’s useless as far as help goes. And then laughing at a frustrated patient really takes the cake. Dr Quereshi is good, if you’re able to see him. His office staff makes appointments unbearable - too bad the old lady who actually did her job well is no longer at the clinic. Latifa, find a new job - you’re clearly in the wrong one.

Went in during office hours, got told they don’t accept walk ins? ! They advertise walk in clinic! The receptionist was so rude about it, made me feel stupid for going in there like I should have known?

This clinic do no deserve even one star. Do not book any appointments, if your doctor is not ready to see his patients yet. Be respectful of other people’s time and moreover their health. Be honest to your patients, and don’t make up stories and fool around!

Dr. Qureshi is highly professional and he always goes beyond the standard. Staff is always respectful and considerate.

Dr. Qureshi is very knowledgeable and experienced. He takes the time listen, examine your problems and provides the best solution. Very personable. The staff are courteous and prompt in attending your knees. I am a patient and have onlu good things to say. This clinic has NOT disappointed me.

Decided to call ahead after reading reviews to make sure a doctor is in. Called and was told the "doctors left early". It's only 2 pm and the clinic is open until 7? 5 hours with no doctor present?

This is a sad excuse for a clinic. I've been many times and all of them they have not had any doctor's working. I genuinely do not see a point of them being open when there are never any doctors present. Absolutely pathetic that I've made the commute many times while sick to be turned away each time.

I've been seeing Dr. Qureshi for years. He is knowledgable and prompt. I highly recommend him. Anyone who says this is not a family clinic is incorrect.

All of us moved here because someone recommend us to Doctor Qureshi. First appointment we had was so unforgettable because we waited almost an hour even do you had an appointment. Dr. Qureshi was a nice doctor but people at the front desk, especially the lady with sthe scarf is rude. I would be happy to recommend the doctors, but they need to choose a professional and approachable front desk personnel.

Do not go here for ANYTHING. The doctors here have no respect for anyone's time. You'll book am appointment and come in and wait for more than an hour to be told that your doctor is not showing up/he's not in. This has happened multiple times. You're better off going LITERALLY anywhere else.

I visited Dr. Ahmed for 2 years regarding an abdominal pain, he's consultation seemed to be always in a rush, he just send me to do blood tests and many ultrasounds.

I kept asking him to put me on a waiting list for a colonoscopy, he said it was going to take for ever and that he didn't seems that I needed one.
I was in pain for 2 years, he kept telling me to drink more water because he assumed it was a bladder infection.

I changed a Doctor to Venus Mahmood, and she was the best, she put me in a waiting list of 6 months for a colonoscopy, bad news I was so sick that I needed to rush my tests done in my home town México city, a month after the medical tests were performed there, they rushed me for surgery, the issue was that a part of my intestine was necrosed, if I waited 6 more months could be fatal.
I payed a fortune to have the proper medical tests done on México, plus had pay the 4 medics specialist, plus surgery, plus hospital and medications.
But I still alive, don't trust this clinic, Dr Ahmed I would like to put a formal complain for negligent, I have all in file, our appointments and your recomendations.

It's sad that for some Doctors you are a number, he never spent more than 6 minutes with me on consultations, we seemed to be in a rush and looking at the clock.

Shame on you!
