Absolutely wonderful experience purchasing glasses! I have been wearing glasses for over 30 years and ordered two pairs, both of which unfortunately were very uncomfortable (a first for me!). The staff were so great about restyling and making sure I was 100% happy with my frames. It took quite a few visits to get everything right, so kudos to the patience and quality of service of the staff at Vivid Eye Care.

Staff who took first my eye exam doing excellent job. Then the DR. ROSE KOMBO who examined my eyes doing excellent job. You feel comfortable to her️. It was my 1st time on this clinic. I would say we encounter a minimal problem, in submitting claim but end of the appointment, they can figure out in a good way.

We brought my son in to pick out glasses and the service was fantastic! We had more than one person helping us out. Andi and Christian had a lot of fun looking at the different styles. He was treated like an adult, not babied, which he and I both appreciated. Jeremy gave him many options also and really listened to what he wanted and explained the lens choices to us clearly. He has had no issues with the glasses at all. We will be back.

Eye exam was great. Very friendly staff. Was higher priced than the mall. $150. The sales experience was disappointing. They insist on you buying another set of frames even though I had provided 3 other frames and can provide other frames if they broke them installing new lenses. I was not looking to spend $900 on prescription glasses, eye drops and be up sold. I will be shopping around for prescription glasses I can afford.

I went in as an emergency add on the same day I woke up with my vision impaired. The clinic was wonderful in finding me a time to come in. As it turned out, Dr Kader gave up his lunch hour to see me. He was very patient and understanding and showed a good deal of empathy. I was having vision problems (could hardly see) out of one eye. I had a good deal of testing done, (they have all the modern technology right there) and though they could see the problem in one of the tests where they look at the back of the eye.they didn’t know what was causing it. Dr. Kader called the Emergency Eye Clinic at Rockyview Hospital and after talking to the Ophthalmologist on call they were able to set up an appointment for me the following morning. In the end, everything has turned out fine for me. I am most grateful to Dr. Kader and Vivid Eye Care at Cranston Market Optometry for taking such good care of me and making sure I didn’t fall through the cracks. I would highly recommend them!

I took my 3 kids (4 yr, and 2yr twins) to see Dr Abdelkader Soufi. We had a great experience, he was really patient and sweet with my kids. He really knows what he is doing! Highly recommended!

OMG! Dr Soufi is a breath of fresh air! Him and I got along immediately. Amazing energy from him. Passionate, kind, energetic, upbeat, outgoing, extroverted and professional. We shared so many laughs. What a great human. I can imagine how he is towards children. I will most definitely recommend him and the staff here. I appreciate someone that can match my personality and not be offended by it. Haha. All the ladies are great! 5 stars!
