This is a very good clinic with Chinese-speaking doctors. We just came to Canada and our English is not good, but the doctors here have given us a lot of help.

It was the best dental visit I've ever had.
I had a wisdom tooth removed. This is a very complex operation.
Dr. Gordon and his assistant did everything at the highest level.
I didn't feel any pain or discomfort, they always asked if I was okay, I was treated like the Prime Minister)
I am very glad to have found your clinic. I am very satisfied!

Amazingly fast root canal with very little discomfort. I look forward to going back for more work that needs to be done.

I just had another exceptional dental visit at Vivo Dental at their new awesome new location on 17th Ave SW. Even though staff have changed they still manage to deliver the highest standard in customer service. You will always feel welcome and well looked after from the staff to the dental professionals. They ALWAYS focus on ensuring your needs are met every time you visit. I feel good in recommending Vivo dental to anyone.

From the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist Vivo Dental at Westbrook is my first choice to go for dental work. I have been going to Vivo Dental at Westbrook for over 20 years and have always been satisfied and have recommended many other people throughout the years. The only downfall would be sometimes the elevator is out of service and it requires walking up four sets of stairs down a long hallway to the office. Other than that I would recommend this dental office very highly.

The dental hygienists at Westbrook are amazing. I always have a wonderful experience at this location and leave feeling fresh, clean, and supported in my oral health.

Should have made this review months ago but I’ll do it now, this dentist office was by far the worst experience I had with dentist in my
Life, I had some random temp dentist do my cleaning told her that I wasn’t comfortable and to put numbing gel but wouldn’t listen and kept going then she gets frustrated says she has to re schedule me to finish my
Cleaning and the reschedule was for almost a month out lol the office literally looks like a dentist office u see in prison with super small cubicles where dentists works super unprofessional place with unprofessional staff will never be going there again

Both Dr Gordon and Dr Jeff are such incredible dentists. They are very caring and my appointments are always such a breeze (and no pain!). Raven, my hygienist is also wonderful at what she does. There is a new receptionist, Sheena, who is also very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall always a pleasant visit at this clinic. They truly care about you and your experience!

Good location with lots of parking. Excellent staff and the dentist was fantastic. Highly recommended.

The staff and doctors here are top notch! I have never in my years of seeing dentists been so satisfied with the care and outcomes. I’m 64. Relatively pain free dentistry. Just a pinch from freezing and then free sailing from there!

Not being a big fan of dentists in general I put off seeing dentists over the years until forced to visit from time-to-time due to issues that arose. Then I was referred to Vivo by a family friend who had only good things to say about them. I visited them and immediately understood the reason for my friend's praise. They are welcoming and friendly and clearly put their patients' needs and comfort first. And that goes for both locations as the treatment I required took me to their other location also. Clearly the culture there is the difference. I'll stay with this group.

The staff really are fantastic! It is a fun place to go. They make it so warm and inviting. Like you’ve been friends forever. The dental services are excellent too. I’ve never had a complaint or issue with the dental work I’ve had done. Highly recommended.

Everyone was very polite, on time and suggested treatments that were the best medically, not just the most expensive. They rejected some treatments because they said they "simply weren't worth it" in y case. They also acted as a team, sharing my challenges with the other dentists and taking advantage of each ones specialties.

I had a oral health hygiene visit and received some great instruction from the hygienist on preventing plaque buildup.

I went in for my first appointment and was treated so well by all the staff. I had taken Xray, hygiene and had great consultation for my treatment plan. Dr. Villeneuve and Mysoon are absolutely amazing. I started coming here a few years ago, hadn't been to a dentist since I was a kid. I knew I had teeth issues and was a bit embarrassed but they were so kind. I've since gotten braces and seeing the amount of change is incredible. I've never felt nervous about an appt because they always explain what's happening and next steps. The ladies at reception are also always so friendly. Glad I chose this dentist to visit.

Vivo is the best Dental office in my area. Dr Czernick is an amazing dentist. He explained absolutely everything and made sure I was comfortable with everything. I will Recommend Dr Czernick and his team to anyone looking for a dentist.

After having a horrible experience with a different dentist over 8 years ago, I am so glad I found Vivo Dental. They are kind, caring, professional and thorough. All staff at the Westbrook office are simply amazing to deal with. They go above and beyond the level of service and are proud of what they do. They really do put the patient first.

Always a pleasant experience at Vivo Dental. Every staff member is professional and courteous and my appointments have always been on time.

During an appointment here for my two year old for a cavity, the dentist was very rude and made me and my daughter feel uncomfortable in the way she spoke to her, it was clear she has no experience with children and she should not have been the dentist for that appointment. She used a drill on my daughter without trying any of the other options I was told my be used at the prior appointment. This scared my daughter and has made her afraid of “the chair” my daughter refused to stay seated after because she was frightened the dentist became very impatient with her.
We were referred to a new dental clinic and he clearly has an understanding of how to talk to children and care for them. I DO Not recommend taking your child here especially to Dr. Kowalko

During my lifetime, I have been a patient of several dental offices across Western Canada and have had many dental procedures. VIVO Dental staff, and in particular Dr. Villeneuve, are the best. From making the appointment, explaining the procedure, discussing costs and alternatives, overall knowledge and total patient care.excellent in all regards. Thank you for your service.

Dr. Czernick and Emma are wonderful and very professional. Everything is explained to me as the work is performed on my teeth. Dr. Czernick has done several root canals on my teeth, all very necessary. I've had no issues with any of the work that has been done. I feel very relaxed and comfortable going to their office. No anxiety about getting any dental work done at their office. The staff at the front are also very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Vivo Dental and Dr. Czernick.

I have multiple health issues but I am treated in a efficient as well as a safe manner everytime. I find it a friendly and relaxed environment. I have already told many people about this. Had a wonderful experience today at ViVo dental thanks to Dr. Vora and his amazing staff. I felt safe with all of their Covid precautions. I enjoyed the extra detail and care they put into getting to know you, and treating you like a friend. Megan cleaned my teeth and it was the best Hygiene appointment I have had in years. Nobody WANTS to go to the dentist, but when you must, this practice is the BEST, in particular Dr Greg Villeneuve. He is kind, caring, knowledgeable and capable. Highly recommended!

Staff are absolutely fun and friendly including the doctors. Had my cleaning done with raven and she has been a god send! I have sensitive gums and she did my cleaning so smoothly. I highly recommend this office.

Was so pleased with this dentist and his staff. I went through 3 other dentist before going here and it was the best decision I have made. The hygienist is amazing I felt no pain at all, whereas other ones have caused me extreme pain and bleeding of my gums, and the dentist is very thorough and extremely helping in finding ways to help you that fit within your budget, and explains all your options. Love It! And i have to emphasize all the staff, starting at the front desk, to the assistant all the way through there are great!

Coming in for my first appointment I did not know what to expect, but Dr. Czernick was great! He took the time to explain to me everything that was going on from what is normal or good to what would need some work. My second appointment was just as smooth. Both Dr. Czernick and his assistant Sydney made sure that I was aware of what the plan was and that I was comfortable throughout the procedure. I would definitely recommend Vivo Dental to all of my friends.

After recently having my dentist of 20 years retire, I made the switch to Dr. Greg at VIVO Dental and couldn't be happier. The entire experience with myself and my son have been absolutely amazing. I love this office! All their staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They will take the time to review coverage with you if need. Direct billing is available. Lindsay is a fantastic dental hygienist and I look forward to each appointment I have with her.

I love Dr. Vora! He is the best! He explains everything very well, he responds emails in 15 min when it’s an emergency or you are worried about something, even if it is a Sunday! The receptionist staff and the office manager are so nice and forthcoming! They gave me a good price for the implant that had to be done and were very transparent with pricing and payment. I told them how much I was able to pay and they worked with me and my budget. When the Dr.found it pertinent to do another 3D scan for my implant he even told me that they would cover it because they liked to be transparent about their pricing. That’s something I appreciate a lot! I have been to dentists in Europe, the US, South America. Dr Vora is definitely the best there is.

Extremely Rude staff. They spam text message their patients way too often, and 6 months ago I made it clear, do not book me in 6 months I will call you, I travel and I am out of the country, they booked me anyway, I did not consent, I did not approve or confirm, I am travelling and busy, the manager herself said you should have called to cancel (cancel an appointment I never made?) and if you want to return to our clinic, you have to pay $100 dollars cancellation fee.and that is how businesses get bad reviews, complete incompetence, her only proof is the hygienist putting a note in my file saying to book me in 6 months, so she basically was calling me a liar, when I made it clear on my last appointment before I left, because they ask you if they should book you in 6 months, I SAID not to book me, Im most likely out of the country travelling for work. Rude on the phone, kept talking over me, extremely disappointed with them, and even though I live across the street, Id rather drive 10km to a different dentist.

I, like a fellow reviewer who had not seen a dentist in eons, was faced with the inevitability of having my teeth looked after. Dodged it for decades - mostly due to fear (had a traumatic experience once), but also due to finances (self employed with no dental insurance). My back molar had a large portion of it break off 3 years ago and it was a constant struggle to maintain it, all the while saying to myself if it gets any worse, I'll go in (for those of you thinking, "why didn't you go in earlier? ! ", it was the combo I mentioned above). Well, the "worse" finally happened a week ago and I began the dreaded search. It was one reviewer in particular that made me decide to take the plunge and call Dr. Villeneuve. That reviewer said he felt NO pain, wasn't charged a king's ransom and he felt the pricing was in line with what he would pay on a Mexican dental vacation. I called. From the time I booked, to my initial consult with Dr. Villeneuve, to my root canal and filling which happened the next day, I can honestly say YES. YES, YES, YES. Do not be afraid. Dr. Villeneuve and his crew are spectacular at what they do. Consummate professionals. Clean, careful, considerate.ok, more positive c words.calm, caring, concerned and constantly asked me how I was feeling during the procedure - did I need a break, a pillow, water? Yet, focused on the task at hand. So, for a first time newbie seeing Dr. Villeneuve, I can vouch for their professional and gentle approach for something that causes so much trepidation. Yes, I will be back and have recommended him to my family.

I had my first implant done by Dr. Vora. My wife had her crown redone by him. We both are extremely satisfied with the result and with the entire process. I am so thankful that we found such a great dentist.

I can get high anxiety when going to dentists when they use these contraptions in your mouth. What a positive experience. Matt was so understanding and patient and most of all so gentle. Assistants, hygienists and front desk staff super wonderful. Highly recommend this dental office. Love them all.

I saw Dr. Czernick and Sydney today for a filling. I am a very nervous and anxious patient, and like most people, I hate needles. Dr. Czernick was so gentle with the freezing that I barley felt a thing. He turned me into a non anxious patient, and I am forever grateful for that. You can definitely feel the compassionate care when you sit on that dental chair. The filling itself does not need any adjustments, and it's done just perfect. I finally found a good dentist in Calgary for me and my family.
