Very friendly shop and everyone in the store all stepped up and was helpful and very friendly and social people. Great place, for sure! This place has shown me that no matter how busy they are, they will and have stepped up and gone out of their way to help me with anything over and above expectations.

Suddenly my bike started leaking fuel from the bottom overflow hose. Matt promptly phoned me back and helped me through the situation. I quickly realized he was right. I had filled the tank to high and parked it in the sun. THANK YOU Matt Voight for responding so quickly.

Not good service after they messed up. Had a flat they go me in the same day to put a new tire on that was great at the end of the day when back to pick it up and there was some paint on my tank was blown off to the metal and didn't tell me before I seen it.and give me a little touch up paint but that's not the same and can still see it.so they should of did more to help out with the bill or got it fix for me.

Went in for service on my dyna at Harley and Cindy in-service was amazing. She went above and beyond for me and made sure I was looked after. Thank you Cindy ill definitely be coming back if i have any more issues.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Cindy and Mariette for the outstanding level of customer service and support I received. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive which ultimately got me the resolution I was looking for. Thanks again and I look forward to our new relationship moving forward!

23 years of living in Fort McMurray and buying everything from cars to furniture to buying a house, or just plain grocery shopping, the best customer experience that I have had by far was today at Voigt Harley Davidson, and I am not even a Harley owner! I bought a non Harley bike at a non Harley dealer in Edmonton and had an issue getting my bike registered. The crew at Voigt helped me get everything straightened out and inspected my bike at last minute so I could get my bike registered. When I picked up my bike the lady in the service department recommended a cleaner that they have that would work well on my matte paint and informed me that they sell a variety of aftermarket parts for various bikes and that they would be happy to service my bike if I need it. If anyone is thinking about buying a Harley or if you want great service on any bike, this is the place to get it. They really know customer service. Simply amazing!

Once again received amazing customer service and they went out of their way to help me out of more than one bind I have had with my bike over the last year.

Shout out to Peter in Parts Dept. You have always been great to deal however the time you took to help me setup my new motorcycle was outstanding! Cannot wait to see it all come together!
