Volvo Cars Edmonton

This dealership is not honesty about anything! I was looking at a used car couple weeks ago, they low balled my trade in about 20% lower than market price as well as marking up $3,000 of stuff I didn't ask for. I was ripped off about $13,000 before any of the finance fees.beware of this dealership! If i could give a zero rating i would.

Our car was offline on the day of our trip. Though we didn’t have an appointment service desk helped us to resolve the issue through system update. I really would like to appreciate Volvo and the lady at the service desk. Thank you for helping us on time so we didn’t have to change our plan.

Before coming here I looked at so many other dealerships but no one compared. They took care of me from the get go, i didn’t feel smothered by the salesperson, the interaction was so smooth and the approval was seamless. Highly recommend.

As out of towners, Volvo of Edmonton has some great service features which was the deciding factor to finally purchase our dream Volvo. We ended up having some odd hiccups with our vehicle early on and truly feel that Andy who did the initial sale showed a genuine deep level of care about our experience and worked to make sure that everything was righted. Both Andy and Jordy got involved to make us feel truly taken care of. Without their actions a lifelong love of the brand could have been damaged. Thanks to the people of Volvo of Edmonton we still love our new vehicle.

We bought a used Volvo XC90 and visited this dealership to get the full inspection so we can get a better idea about our vehicle. And trust me, the service department specially Merrilee Reid, goes above and beyond. We never bought a premium brand before and Volvo people made us realize its not that costly or scary to be Volvo customer. Very well maintained and professional staff. Loved dealing with people here and buying a new vehicle from this place. The finance is at a low rate compared to others or other whom I dealt with.

Denis was a true pleasure to guide me through the process of finally upgrading my old reliable to a thoughtfully designed Volvo. Denis informed me that Volvo was the first automaker to operate a safety dedicated centre called the Volvo Safety Centre in Sweden. This centre is responsible for many of the safety features we see today like Whiplash Protection. In 2021 the XC60 (my new reliable) was awarded the Top Safety Pick+. As a nurse safety is very important to me, they also have a deal for health care providers!

I adore the staff from Leah the receptionist, Denis my main man, Dax with financing (happy to give my money to him), Angelo the sweet man who delivered my car to me at work (yes they do this), and I even had the pleasure to meet the manager Jordy.

I look forward to being a Volvo customer for life!
