VRKADE - Lethbridge

Our first visit. We arrived ten minutes early before our booking. The store opened promptly at the posted hour. Good orientation and mentoring during the experience. Other walk-ins were able to be accommodated during our weekday visit. One hour was sufficient to orient, to enjoy and to spacially disorient an aged brain.

Me and my nephew just left the Lethbridge location and we had an absolute blast! Keeton was there for our every question and was polite and respectful to the 10s definitely will be coming back!

I used to go to this venue. But I was so rudely attacked from a staff i will never be back plus i will let it be known around town about this place and there aweful staffmember

For the escape rooms, I’d suggest just writing easy to hard instead of the VrCore symbols next to them. (Not that it’s hard to understand). Just a suggestion:)

This is always our go to virtual arcade. Top marks for privacy and cleanliness. The staff is super friendly and always make the experience worth returning for.

Went there again this past week had a great time as before. Staff was again very helpful with set up and game suggestions. Great prices and overall a lot of fun.

Great place to hang out with friends or go solo, the one staff, Justin is a great friendly guy and has lots of game knowledge.

Great staff who were patient with us as we learned. Our 6 year old was not a fan so they returned our fee for his time as he did not end up playing much. The 9 and 11 year old loved it and want to go again.

I am not a gamer. I didn’t think I’d like it much.but. I LOVE it! The games are SO fun. The rooms are spaced out, safe and individual. Everything is well guided by staff. Good variety in games to pick from. I can definitely see this being such a great date night or family night. Thank you! I will definitely recommend.

By far the best experience I've had playing video games ever! VRKADE is a place I will definitely will recommend to everyone. The staff (unsure if he was the owner) but was extremely helpful with assisting us throughout the gameplay and when we got lost or didn't understand he was patient and clear with instructions. The equipment was high quality and was easy to use once we got the hang of it. The Headset was comfortable even with my glasses on. Thanks for the fun and will definitely be back.

Um, why did we pay for 2 hours and only got 1.5 hours of gaming, just because we played the VR "escape rooms", which were NOT escape rooms. They were platformer games with a few puzzles. There were no clues, there was no thinking necessary to complete the game, and one of them was basically a shooter with a "boss battle". What? My problem is we paid extra to play these basic platformers. Why were these experiences $30/hr for the poor quality of content we recieved. And then to top it off, we didn't even get the full 2 hours we paid for, because we completed the games in less time. The staff explained it as being a different kind of experience (you pay per "escape room" and not by the hour). Funny how that wasn't explained to us when we paid up front. For that kind of gouging, we won't be back.

Has a good selection of games. Booths are set up with fabric curtains for walls (great in case you accidentally bump into one) and you are standing on a thick rug. Very comfortable overall. Voice chat with my party members worked great, I have had difficulties with that at other VR Arcades so it was nice to have it work right from the start.

Rates were competitive, and we were able to walk in with out a previous booking. Will be going back again!

Absolutely great way to spend a couple hours, fun for everyone and definitely worth the price, even if it's not your thing or you don't think you'll know how to do it, you'll 100% have fun!

Great Experience! Went with my Wife and Brother in law for the first time, we're did an hour and had a Blast! We played Loco Dojo (great all ages multi player) and tried Beat Saber (soo much fun). We look forward to coming back and playing again!

Not enough staff to amount of people are there was our first time there and expressed such but did not receive proper assistance but other groups recieved more. Game the I was on multiple player with with my 9year had extremely vulgar language. Enjoyed game play after finally receiving assistance but won't recommend to people who are new to this type of game play controllers were hard to use and learn even with tutorial

Horrible service and staff and people there kept on swearing and I had my kid there a joke of an establishment

The staff here are just the best. They create a perfect atmosphere- helpful, patient, and fun. The games are fun. And the space is clean & comfortable.

I’ve never experienced something like this before. It was seriously fun! It took a bit to get the hang of it, but when I did, I didn’t want to leave. I’d do it again IF it wasn’t so bloody expensive! $80 for me, my 11 year old son, and 13 year old daughter for 1 hour. You just can’t afford that kinda hourly rate to often.

It was real good other then the fact it was 28 for an hour and after I bought the game I played for 26 on sale

Nice location, helpful staff, good price. I got nauseous after about 45 minutes, but that's about me, not the location.
