WE ARE SUING! THESE PEOPLE ARE THEIVES! $1600 WORTH OF GOLD GONE!
They sized my great grandmothers ring and STOLE the GOLD and VALUABLE parts to then replace it with metal. THE WHITE GOLD BAND WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH CHEAP METAL. This place is an absolute nightmare! We have the papers and certification of the ring and at least $1600 worth of gold is gone. We only found out it was stolen because we had recently went somewhere else due to their horrible service, we were told the ring is fake, and they told us they cant fix it because the ring is not gold, all we have now is a cheap metal ring and a butchered welding job to hide the theft! This is not the only thing we have dicovered they have done to us! The list goes on and on!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This place steals your diamonds and gold and replaces them with cheap and fake ones. My aunt brought an heirloom ring to them to resize. The band of this ring was made out of white gold. They removed the band, took the gold, and replaced the band with cheap metal. This place steals so please, please, do not shop here or bring your jewelry in to fix.

Timmy was so thoughtful and considerate from start to finish. He asked what my (and my fiancé now!) vision was and over exceeded our expectations. Thank you for the time, effort and thought that went into personalizing this ring Timmy. We will use you for all diamonds moving forward.

The service here is really authentic. I appreciated that the owners and the workers knowledgable.they answered all of my questions and told me how much my repair was, on the spot. Reasonably priced and got it back within a couple days!

Amazing work on my engagement ring! Timmy provided amazing service as well as Cathy. Very knowledgeable and thorough with helping me create the ring and bringing my vision of it to reality. I have never had such a good experience with a jewelery store and will be using them exclusively going forward!

These people are so rude. They added an arbitrary charge to an already expensive purchase and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them with my business. I'm never going here again.

I'm a new customer at VVS Jewellers. I met Kathy and her husband, master-jeweller Timmy when I needed my engagement ring fixed. I couldn't believe the fantastic work Timmy did on my ring! It looked and wore better than when my husband had it made in Toronto over 22 years ago. And the price was right! Not a penny more than they quoted.
So, I brought a bracelet that had broken. Same an excellent service from Kathy and Timmy. Same high-quality work from Timmy. Same happy service from Kathy.
Then I brought in a real challenge. I had two diamond tennis bracelets from another jeweller that had clasps that constantly opened, causing me to lose (and later find!) one. So in my infinite wisdom (sarcasm), I crazy glued the clasps closed (not thinking about whether I'd ever need an x-ray or MRI again). That was stupid, but even worse was that I had glued one backwards, so the diamonds were lying on the inside.
I brought these (or rather, me) to Kathy and Timmy at VVS Jewellers, thinking they'd be the best route to go for help.
About 40 minutes after a good conversation with Kathy in between customers, Timmy removed both bracelets with clasps intact.
I left both bracelets at the store for Timmy to put on new clasps. I will pick them up in a few days.
I'm amazed. The atmosphere, the customer service, the talent, the pricing. There's a fantastic selection of products there and Timmy does custom work. Seriously, I really can't think of anything negative to say.
