Wabamun Lake Provincial Park

Autumn is a wonderful season to visit there. Less people and awesome view.

We love visiting Wabamun! The beach is nice, the water is cool on hot days. Even when it's busy, you can always find a spot on the beach. If the beach isn't your thing, there is picnic areas with little stoves, a playground, or big open field spaces to play in too. I've also never had an issue with parking. Definitely a must visit on your summer destination list!

Great place to spend the day. My only complaint is the washrooms and the fact that you can smell them from the parking lot. Other than that it is a beautiful place

***EDIT: just visited again and camped at the campground and realized that there are washrooms with running water at the beach! ***

Nice sandy beach. Exactly what we wanted. Just wish there were washrooms with running water instead of just the outhouses near by.

Great beach, a little rocky but nothing too bad! And the vibe was really good, great place to spend a beautiful sunny day!

Avery nice walk around part of Wabamun Lake. Paved and gravel path that is quite easy. Lots of wildlife in the woods and plenty of birds on the lake.
