Michael was a consummate professional through every step of our selling process. We found him to be knowledgeable and struck the right balance between offering guidance without being pushy. He was very client centered, and represented us well through listing, negotiations, and closing of the sale. Well Michael has to be the most patient reallitor I have ever met. We looked at a lot of places and I just wasn't having good feelings. But I kept looking and he was so patient with me. Well I kinda found one was not completely sold on it but the price was right. So I put in a offer not thinking I would get it. But he stood byme all the way right till I got the keys. I was so stressed with every thing and he kept in touch all the time. The day I got me keys there was a lot of snow and I could not get in my garage the next day he came and shoveled so I could use my garage. I am so empressed with his salesmanship and how calm he is. He could of mantimes just ignored me aS I had a realtor before him and that's exactly what he did. But I really can't find the words to describe him But I can truly say if you want someone who really cares about your needs give him a call you will not be diappointed at all.

Ryan was amazing. He took time to listen to our needs: what was important to us and things we didn't want. We had a meeting with him to discuss what we were looking for and to walk us through the process. He addressed our concerns and frustrations and how we would make the process easy and more enjoyable for us. He also took time to personally weed through the listings that came up in our search criteria. He looked at the listings to weed out things that can't be out into search criteria, that can only be eliminated by viewing the listings. To us this took a big weight off our shoulders and really helped make the process much more enjoyable. That was definitely going an extra mile.
