Walk-in Clinic at Walmart Sage Hill by Jack Nathan Health

I registered for walk in and was waiting for almost an hour I went to go ask them what is my position in line, for them to say "I don't think you're registered" Then after checking again I was registered but not called as I was "skipped ove r somehow" and meaning if I didn't ask them to see my position in line I would have been there for hours. Eventually they put me first in line after that and then when I got checked out from a doctor I asked for sick note as I couldn't attend university that day and they said its a $20 charge this clinic is too criminal if you want a good clinic go to northmount medical centre they are very nice, professional and won't make mistakes like this.

Refused to see my son saying they are going to close early it's not even 4pm they are suppose to close at 8pm. It's literally called walk-in clinic but they refuse to take walk ins.

If you value your time, do yourself a favor, please dont visit this medical clinic. This is our 2nd bad experience, we walked in at 9am today and we were told there are two patients ahead of us, its been more than 60 mins, no one has called us. If the management can't manage walk in patients, stop accepting walkin and do the faithfup job for patients that have appointments.

I was lucky to get see the Dr right away this afternoon (a Saturday). I arrived at 1: 15pm and there was no one in the waiting room. I wish I remembered his name, but he was very friendly and informative. I still don't have a family Dr since moving the Calgary, so will be calling them on Monday to find out who I saw and if he's taking new patients.

We went to 3 different walk-ins in the area between 6: 15 and 6: 50 pm, all stated they closed at either 8 or 9 pm yet every one was locked and no longer accepting patients. I called this clinic expecting that I would need to BEG for someone to see my daughter but the delightful lady at the desk said bring her right in, we can see her. We were registered quickly and seen immediately; the whole experience was quick, easy, and very refreshing after our earlier experiences!

I think one of the best walk in clinic i have visited. I called the office and the receptionist picked up the phone right away compare to other clinic where it goes to answering machine then real person after. I came there and and i asked how long the wait, she said around 30-45minutes.i didn't want to wait inside with my children so i went around the shop while my friend waiting inside the clinic. The receptionist even called my cellphone to letting me know that they are ready. What a great service.

Great walk-in clinic! I have always had nothing but great experiences here with the doctors and the staff.

I went to the clinic for the testing and while the testing I had change my clothe and wear something else. Usually when I do the test, all the doctors I have seen left the room while changing my clothe. However, the doctor who saw me was staying in the room before and after changing my clothe. I was so embarrassed. I just did it because we are same gender but it was not very professional and awful.

So I did the test in the middle of the weekday and they were supposed to get the result by Saturday. I called them if I can talk to any doctor from the clinic because I want to do something (like taking medication or whatever) for my problem as soon as possible. The receptionist told me I only can talk to the doctor who requested for the testing.

So I waited until Monday and they made me a phone call appointment between 9am-2pm. Of course no one called me so I had to call them back again. And now the doctor who requested for the testing was gone for the day then they are allowing me to talk to another doctor who didn’t request for the testing. Okay so I finally got the phone call after 7pm very end of the day and what the doctor told me is that the testing specimen is compromised. So I had to do the testing again, I need to wait again, and I am still sick.

Thank you. I am never going to visit that clinic again.

By the way, the receptionist on that day I did testing was really nice.

Most clinics were closed on New Year’s eve. Needed to come in to get an assessment/doctors note. Staff were super welcoming and friendly. Don’t live in the area but will keep this clinic in mind if I ever need walk in appointments.

Entire staff very friendly and knowledgeable specially the professionalism of Dr Khan which put you in ease after you leave the clinic and the best part is that you don’t have to wait for hours like most of the clinics and will definitely be my family’s clinic of choice and Dr Khan of course as well

Hailee always provides such a great and outstanding customer service, she is so professional, kind, and has a lot of empathy. She brings a new refreshing face to the clinic!

Dr. Khan is so professional and respectful, I visited the clinic yesterday and my baby daughter was scared to see a doctor but he calmed her down and was so kind with her, the clinic is clean and the staff are nice, Diana is so kind and helpful. Waiting time is not long, I consider this clinic the best among all the clinics that I visited in Calgary.thank you all I really appreciate your efforts.

Okay… so I usually do not write a review but I believe this place is underrated. The receptionists are amazing especially Christine.
Ps: Dr. Hussain is one of a kind! Definitely recommend her!

It was an excellent experience as always. Dr. Agoha is very nice and listened to the details in order to diagnose.

We were there with my partner just today, they were so kind, responsible, and caring. Also, we didn't have to wait so much for visiting the doctors.

They don’t pick up calls. Their number doesn’t direct you to the reception. I hope it closes down

Don't go there if have emergency go airdrie urgent care or Cochrane Don't waste your time and effort. I went today at 4 when they were open till 8pm. I'm in pain and dizzy shouldn't of driven and turn me away weren't taking anymore patients

I took my mom to this clinic as walk-in today.
The staff were very friendly and polite.
It only took us 25 minutes to wait for our turn.
Nasima one of the Medical Office Assistant, was really respectful and kind, she did measure the hight, weight and the blood pressure.
Then Dr Agatha came, very knowledgeable and kind doctor and she did her best to help my mom.

We went there for walk in few months back and was ok with hour and half of waiting, I called today about walk in appointment. One of the receptionist told me to show up between 5-6 for walk in appointment. Got there and one of the receptionist says our list is full, that i needed to add my name ahead of time so the doctor cannot see me. The clinic needs to educate their staff about information. It's like most of them are clueless.

We are sitting and waiting at 10 am and the clinic still not open. Where is the professionalism in this place?

One of the worst walk in clinics. The issue isn't because of the wait, but because of incompetent staff and doctors. The doctor was forgetful and prescribed without talking about side effects. The staff at the front were slow and loudly chatting constantly about non work related items.

Horrible clinic, majority of the patients were all told to go to the ER. Not just that I came in with my sick girlfriend and they asked for her Alberta health care card which my gf lost but we still had the number and provided them with photo ID. When we presented that to them because it wasnt an Alberta ID so the people there didn't even bother trying to ring us through they just turned us away. WORST PLACE TO GET PROFESSIONAL TREATMENT. I went to a medicentre and got immediate help even though we provided them with the exact same information. Places like this shouldn't be kept open if their priority isn't to help people.

I always like to see Dr. Agoha. He is always nice and very professional. All you have to do is building trust and communication with your doctor also respect everyone in the clinic and you will get what will make you happy.
