Walmart Pharmacy

If I could give a zero review I would because of the person named DELIA. I was there to pickup a prescription. Delia motions me to go to the private area with a pile of papers in hand. She had the HealthLink files in front of her with a list of my meds and medical records then starts to grill me on what they were for. She also had paperwork of my blood work. She starts asking what and why I am taking them. Also asking if about my blood sugar and cholesterol levels. She gives me "homework " to do. She is dispensing Dr's advice. I DID NOT GIVE ANY PERMISSION for my records to be accessed let alone be printed. This is
a personal violation of my privacy and confidentiality and there will be a formal complaint. Much damage can be done with the information she was able to access.without my consent and she also ignored my wife and caregiver dismissing my wife's knowledge as an RN

The pharmacy here is a freaking joke. They never have the right meds on hand or if they do they claim the doctor is making changes to long standing prescriptions (childs ADHD meds). They need to clean house and bring the original ones back. Back from when the store first opened. What a freaking joke.

The amount of profiling that happens here is gross. My last visit I saw staff search a girls purse as she was trying to leave bc she didn’t make a purchase. Since when does a Walmart “greeter” have the right? That’s her private property and you have cameras all over your store for a reason. As a young woman staff watch me like a hawk, and then demand my receipt leaving while other families just walk out unbothered. I’m usually here multiple times a week and am treated like garbage every single time. Do better Walmart.

It was a such horrific exprience here, worst employees and pharmacist ever. Especially the lady who works at the pharmacist, completely ignores us and waste our time. Also a women almost ran us over while she is carrying a garbage cart, it almost hit my daughter, however she didn't even gave a look and did not apologized. Never come to this store, by far the worst store I've ever went.

Definitely avoid at all costs. Pharmacist saying codeine doesn't help cough symptoms even though it was prescribed by the doctor and then refused to fill the prescription. Why not discuss with the doctor before making your own medical determination of what's needed and what will help? Very rude and lesson learned, will never come back.

Worst custimer service. I called 3 times to check if they have item that I was looking for, they said yes and when I came in to customer service to buy it they don't have that. It was only online item. No point of calling and waiting on hold for 30 minutes each time I called to check and put that item on hold. Even manager Veersham was very rude and just walk away saying I don't know who you spoke to.showed him my call list what time, I called, instead of looking and helping that's what manger did. This happened to me third time. Twice I called for passport photo and they did same thing.

I want to thank gail, kim, and ghazala at the meat department for always helping me, making sure i get the best deals, always friendly and very helpful! The service is excellent the products always clean and stocked, i would recommand this walmart to all! Thank you for your superior service always!

Tried the order online and pickup option at this location. Signage to direct you to the pickup area is non existent. Waited 30 minutes for my order to be brought out to my vehicle. I would not recommend paying for this option.

Best location in the city. Getting better and better stock everyday. Reccomend this location over all, however deerfoot meadows location is a great option as well

All the favourite chocolates of Middle East is available and more halal options available than any other store

When I go into a Walmart I already expect that I won't be able to find what I'm looking for. I also already expect that to find that item, I'll probably have to ask someone who works there for some assistance. I also expect that I'll have to ask 3 or 4 workers since all of them have different answers and send me on a wild-goose chase to all four corners of the store. My experiences here are even worse than that. If I'm even able to find an employee, most of them are rather unpleasant and don't even want to give me the time of day.

Christine in electronics was my hero today. I was looking for a PS4 bundle that said it was in stock at this location but when I came in they didnt think they had any left. She double checked for me and found more. I was extremely happy I was able to make this purchase today

For a Walmart, this store is pretty organized. They have lots of self-serve checkouts and they arn't busy usually so making purchases is usually pretty quick. They really need to hire more employees though, you have to really look for employees if you need help because of few they have.

Had a very bad experience with an employee at the store. The employee was very rude and would never like to go back to the store.

I went to return a item and it was a gorge. We all know only Walmart sells gorge, the lady at returns got sassy with me because there was no tag on this item which was a gift. She clearly didn’t want to do her job so maybe she shouldn’t work with the public. I called airdrie Walmart and They will help me return this item funny how one store will govabove and beyond for their costumers while others will be rude. This Walmart sucks

I have no desire to visit this location or any Walmart again. This store is open until 11 but thinks it's ok to close all tills and not accept cash after 8pm. Lots of staff standing but not helping guests. I'll take my cash to your competitors. Apparently others have complained but nothing has changed. Customer service is non-existent at Walmart.

Horrible customer service. Called earlier in the day to confirm they had multiples of an item. They said they had "lots". Drove 30 minutes to get there.couldnt find them. Ask the logistic manager.she said we dont have them.and checked the back. Because she didnt want to get them off a high pallet in the back she said no we don't have any. Then she passed me over to another associate who looked like she was disinterested to help me locate them at another location. I just told them I'd call another location myself cause they were useless. Dont tell people you have lots of an item when they arent on the floor and your useless employees are too lazy to help their customers find them.

The lovely greeter with the wonderful beard took out his magical key and rescued a cart for us as we did not have a loony. Cashier very friendly, efficient and packed groceries appropriately. The lady in the cooked chicken section checked a price for us with a nice "unbothered" smile. Yeah Wal-Mart! One suggestion would be to make sure prices are where they should be.

Your store has turned into the worst store I've ever been to. No stock on the shelves produce should be in the garbage no staff and the ones you do find know nothing let alone speak fluent English. The store sucks ball's.

No one ever answers the phone at this Walmart location no matter which department you wanna talk to from customers service to electronics etc.

This store was great when they first opened however after a year i have caught false advertising on pricings as well as purchased a shelf today missing all hardware

Branch Manager Sara went above and beyond just before Christmas 2018, helping me find the very elusive Magic Sketch. She was cheerful, and knowledgeable, and read my dejected body language like a pro.:) By the way - it's in the stationary aisle, next to the bulk paper. Not in the toys, not in electronics, not with kids crafts, not with kraft kits, nor with colouring books, but with bulk paper. Weird. But she knew exactly what I was rambling about, and exactly where to find it. What a pleasant experience overall. Thank you!

Went to the photoshop last Friday to print pictures. The lady working there was awesome. She was able to help me out right away and made sure my pictures came out the way I needed them too. She was kind and patient. Will definitely go back there again:)

Clean store. Not mess like a love been to! Greeting staff very friendly and rear of staff very helpful and know the store

I have been on hold with the electronics department for over 25 mins all I was simply asking was if they had the sims 4 seasons in stock I was switch between 3 separate employees and not a single one could answer my question and they just left the phone down and ignored my call I’m super disappointed with the service you provided

Wal-Mart has stopped carrying numerous products in favour of there own personal brands regardless of the quality of them, there produce has gotten much worse and a recent revamp of all there aisles make it impossible to find any thing anymore. Great job Wal-Mart we will take our business elsewhere from here on out, you've lost a customer for life.

Friendly staff. Shelves can be bare and unorganized at times. Convenient location. Parking is tight

Definitely one of the nastiest Walmart! Just look around when you come in the front doors and have a smell they never clean and garbage overflowing everywhere!

The staff are great and it's not overly busy. Better than memorial and 36 st S. E by far. Go to east hills and take your time and enjoy.

Please do something about people park cars at loading zone area, really hard to make Uturn for semi trucks.
Really appreciate if you guys can do something.

Out of many items, the store is crowded and the teller shared some really personal stuff about her life.

This used to be my Walmart of choice even though the parking lot was small and they didn't always have everything I needed. But then i went there and realized they have locked all the carts up now. I do not understand why as i wouldn't think that cart theft in that area is a big problem. But when I asked a staff member to unlock a cart as I do not have any change on me she rudely said we dont do that. So I said fin I will go shop somewhere else. Not Impressed at all. This location has gone severely down hill since it has opened. I will not be returning.
