This is a horrible place for service, i went in to get help with my order for a photo, the lady at counter was not experienced when i asked questions she laughed at me which is very rude to do, then started to help other customers before finishing my order i will be boycotting Walmart, Go to Costco for any photo needs

Gurleen assisted me on the floor when I visited the store.she was polite and very helpful in finding my seasonal stuff

Fast service but a lot of my close up photos were cropped, cutting off parts of people. It would be better if they had better editing options for your photos before ordering. Costco's editing options are superior.

Used their service for Canvas print. Machine was down so they took our phone number and said they will call us back. Didn't hear from them same day but in the afternoon, phone rang and we were told machine is up. We were able to get copies printed. Thank you for ensuring to make that phone call.

If you want passport pictures for a baby, make sure the location you are going is taking pictures for babies. Not all location take baby pictures.

Used to be a great store, now its very lacking since they changed it around to suit ethnic groups.

I gave them a second chance. Big mistake. Don't waste time or money ordering online to pick up in store.
First time I waited 20min while someone searched for my order, had to come back in half an hour for management to find it (it was on top of the counter in a big box). I got home and there were 5 different peoples orders in the box they gave me. I called Walmart for pick up and for them to let the customers know what happened. I found out they never contacted those customers.
Now I thought I'd give them another chance. I received an email that my order was ready for pick up, they couldn't find it again. I went home and received a call that they found it in a "misplaced" spot with other orders.
They need a better system, clients shouldn't have to wait 20min just for pick up of a prepaid product (and there was no lineup).
