Walmart Supercentre

Store manager was fantastic, helpful and knowledgeable, bought more than we should of from manager sale. Wish they had this in Grande Prairie

Picked up a few things recently and wanted to pay with cash.only one til open and the self checkouts only accept debit/credit cards, really? Checked out at customer service but that's a hassle because of limited counter space. Come on Walmart.do better.

This place just gets worse and worse. And the staff.and I love being forced to use a stupid electronic checkouts, nope. I'll pass. So there are two checkers and everybody was being forced and pushed on the electric scanners, but nobody really wanted to use them. But hey keep raising those prices make sure those billionaires keep making their money taking away everybody else's jobs.

I have been to many Walmart locations—however this is the worst location for large families. I’m not sure if it’s Edson in general but the staff seems annoyed when they hear children cry or spaz. They have came to us every time. They would rather have toddlers do whatever they want and run around then hear a timed out toddler cry. At first I thought it was one time thing however three times now the staff at this location will treat you differently for applying time-out to your kids. The Hinton location is the best and not once had such an issue. Families be careful of some of these people.

It's Walmart. It's a small store with a good portion of it taken up with Groceries, so a limited selection of everything else.

Shame on you Walmart I used to drive from Hinton to shop here no more, you had no tills open but one.with a huge lineup! Only the stupid automatic checkout that makes you feel like a thief by the girls that can't even speak English working them!

This Walmart 'Super centre' is a mess. Technically since they didn't get planning permission for their expansion this is one of the smallest super centres around. This 'super centre' is ripe with all kinds of issues like: poor quality produce, exceptionally disgusting meat products that are grey in complexion, organizational issues and outdated product, poor COVID19 safety standards and tyrannical management. I feel sorry for the people that work there.

I would recommend anywhere else because you'd get better product and service from a truckstop washroom than you would at this Walmart.

We found what we needed rather quickly. Even at the check out a customer let us in front since we only 2 items.

Im from out of town so i called ahead to ask about product availabilty. They said "im unsure" instead oc checking.lazy workers

The staff are friendly but unfortunately not the most knowledgeable.they try and during this pandemic its nice to see a friendly face or hear a joke.one thing I do want to point out is its considered rude to speak anything other then English around others

One entry blocked off due to construction but no signs. The store has more empty shelves that one's with product. Prices have increased but that doesn't matter since half of what you want is out of stock. Nastiest group of managers I have ever met. If you can go else were do it. This use to be one if the best Walmarts I had ever been in but since the last 2 new managers have been there it's gone down hill fast.

Amazing selection, produce, and fruit were fresh and well displayed. Pricing strong as always. An awesome lady assisted at self check out.

Went to Wal-Mart in Hinton and used the bathroom they have toilets that flush on there own and they have paper towel. What's with the Edson Walmart I always have to use toilet paper to wipe my hands I'm not using the blow dryer. Cool beans

Went in last night to get a new phone. And we had sooo many difficulties. The kid at the kiosk held in there though and even though I didn't get a new phone last night? (Issues on Rogers end) the kid knew his stuff and exhausted every available option. Will be back today to try again.promote that kid

Excellent staff, can’t say enough good about them. The store however, not so good! Shelves are ALWAYS empty, sorry this item is out of stock everywhere in this store. Poor selection - no Aveeno hair care products, tiny selection of gluten free products, tiny meat department! Terrible fruit & veggie section! Apples are rotten, sweet potato’s are minuscule in size, turnips are rotten in the middle, onions are usually rotten in the middle! Store manager and Walmart need to step up and fix this location!
