Need more tills in the evenings. 2 tills and no self checkout is obviously not enough and hasn't been for 3 weeks now.

Debbie at hair Salon is not only a quality artisan of hair styling but marvellously funny and ebullient, boyant, charming. I had a lovely time at the hair salon as was I pleased rightly with the quality of her work!

The manager and customer service were very disrespectful and rude to me and my friend. We tried to grab one of the driving carts because we were sore from the previous day and as soon as we went into the store we were profiled by the manager and old customer service lady. We are just trying to peacefully shop and they said "we don't need the scooters" and "put it back. " I tried explaining to them that I shouldn't have to explain my private issues. They were very disrespectful and wouldn't listen to us. It's very frustrating that these people went out of their way to stop us from shopping. The policy on Walmarts website claims they are there for anyone free of charge to use.

It pretty much has everything you need. Makes life a bit easier having a one-stop shopping experience, the whole family enjoys shopping there

Extreme profiling with the customers, you will be followed closely and blatantly.
The two major experiences where when
1. I and my friend (Latin and African) were there grabbing a few snack, we were followed pretty much as soon as a non-poc saw us.
2. When my mother ran back to pick something up so I waited near the cashiers and an employee stood inappropriately close to me.

There is a clear message being given by the staff at this Walmart.

The litter and garbage around Walmart and the parking lot is terrible as a big store that makes billions come on Walmart do better + I have had The worst customer service I ever had at this place

This review is for the manager who approached an employee in the self-check out on The morning of July 20th 2022. At around 1030am myself and another customer were in the self check out. A young manager or team lead approached the woman working in self check in the most degrading way. The manager (maybe 30 or younger) absolutely be-littles this employee (maybe in her late 50s), talking down to her in the most patronizing way IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS. Telling her she’s not allowed to be talking to the customers ARE YOU JOKING? ! And then threatening that the “big bosses are here”. How degrading. What a joke, too. Customer service and you’re NOT ALLOWED TO BE TALKING TO CUSTOMERS? ! I have a 2 year old boy I bring shopping and these ladies always talk to him and distract him so I can get my groceries checked out. I love making small talk with them. Furthermore if there is a performance issue it should be addressed privately, not in front of other colleagues and customers. She clearly is not fit for management. To the woman who was working In the self check out this morning: YOU ARE DOING AN AMAZING JOB! Thank you for being a warm, friendly soul in one of the most thankless industries there is.

The downfall and the only reason for this poor rating, is due to the self check out-only evenings. I don't grab a cart here anymore. After a day at work, the last thing I'd like, is to scan a full cart of items.

The staff and greeters are amazing, and the store is always nicely stocked and clean. I think it is the best wal mart. It would get the 5 stars if they had staffed tills on a regular basis.

I do all my shopping here. Good prices, lots of selection. One stop shopping.groceries, clothing, household items, automotive needs, outdoor stuff, plants, seasonal items.pretty much everything/anything you could want or need, they have. Very convenient!

Best Walmart I've been to. Lots of space. My only problem with this store is that I can't find Evil Dead: Army of Darkness. I can't find it at any stores so this Walmart still gets 5 stars.

20 minutes waiting outside for the pick up! They are all mixed up. They’ve just served someone that did arrive 5 minutes after me.

Not enough cashiers. Don't like automated machines to check out if I have more than 3 items.

I am really enjoying the order online and pickup in parking lot. I don't particularly like very busy places so this helps with anxiety! Friendly staff. Only thing is a lot of the time they are sold out of items I'm looking for.

Bought a cellphone here, the guy in the cellphone department was so helpful and kind. Really went the extra mile.

I was quite surprised to find what I was looking for in the Electronics Dept, person was very helpful & knowledgable

My favorite Walmart branch. Always quiet, clean and always everything is in order. Well stocked shelves and very nice staff.

I was not given personal space by cashier. When I asked her to back up a little I was told she was waiting to take over a till. I asked again because she was extremely close. So close I could have leaned over and kissed her. When I asked a second time I was told by her I could get my groceries elsewhere and I to keep my personal bubble at home. I talked to the manager but after a couple days and now reading how they are committed to covid 19 safety i thought i should let others know.

People CK your bill.pizzas were 2 @ $7 and they scanned $4.97 each with no sale price at the bottom of receipt. Walmart is part of the Scanner Price Accuracy Code "if the price of the product is $10 or less, the retailer will give the product to the customer free of charge" This is the third time in 4 mo my bill has been in error for items.

Josh in electronics really went above and beyond with the customer experience! He was very friendly, incredibly knowledgeable about products and services sold and made some great recommendations.

It's Walmart. What do you expect? Loads of cheap stuff but not necessarily the most extensive selection of groceries.

Surprisingly reliable supplier of fresh pomegranates though- which is a good thing IMO.

Go early not many in One gal helped me find a gf product I needed (I am a celiac) Their gf selection is improving Staff on till was very helpful too

Humongous Walmart as well as the parking lot. Kind a different layout from Calgary locations but I found what I was looking for. Well stocked! Limited staff but they are friendly. Not busy. Prices are good. They have Hair and Nail salon! And of course McDonald’s.

This is my local grocery store and every time I go through the till the cashier is dumb enough to bag my fruit with heavy, hard items. I even go out of my way to put my parishables up last. If I could afford to go elsewhere I would. These cashiers need to be trained how to bag groceries. I thought this kind of thing was common sense.

Had Emma bring out our pick up grocery order today. She was super friendly and pleasant. The customer service provided today was much appreciated and it was nice to see a young person so professional. Walmart Emma is awesome.

Their online shopping and curbside pick-up is so convenient and a good way to avoid COVID, but if you have to go inside Walmart they are responsible enough to have a mask policy.

Not enough people on the dills in the morning forcing you to use self checkout I despise self-checkout only one till open in the morning that's ridiculous for a superstore Walmart give me a break

Zero social distancing including employees on both sides of the same aisles facing shelves. If this is being done during store hours one side should be done then the other not two people across from each other not 6 feet apart especially when not everyone is wearing a mask making it impossible for customers to pass safely. No enforcement or directional arrows.

They are a pretty good store. Can use this store as a one stop shop for almost everything you lr house, family and pets need

Yeah I bought PS4 head phones. Lost the receipt before I could use them (1 day). So when I went use them they didn't work. And because I couldnt produce my receipt and paid in cash she said there's nothing she could do. WALMART sold me broken headphones and won't do anything about it

While trying to get so much as a glance from the people at the customer service desk, I had to announce myself 3 times before even a cursory glance came my way, and then with the usual uninterested look she saunters over apologises to her co worker that I interrupted her, then preceded to talk down to me about my lack of knowledge of thier updated return policy.the return in question was a product that I was unsatisfied with and they wouldn't have time of day with me. Perhaps the proper policy should be on the receipt so I dont have to waste gas and time not coming back

No windows: (Would I like to self check, NO.would I like a mastercard, NO. I would like it if more than one cash was open, you have people standing around all over the place. Its kinda like being in a casino. The parking lot always has some selfish jerk idling an empty truck, cold or hot. I go to walmart to save a few bucks, never makes me feels good.

Very hit or miss with the staff here but still the place we go for groceries every week. Usually good stock and prices. The pharmacists are helpful and friendly.

Because Walmart destroys small business pays starvation wages and several of the richest people alive made their millions on the backs of those starving workers while destroying any hope of alternative employment for a huge section of the workforce. Nearly as bad as amazon

It's Walmart. It is a well run store and we can usually find whatever we want or need. We like the prices. We also have gone to the Vision Centre. Best prices for eye exam and glasses. We've also gone to the oil change/tire department and had excellent service. Store and bathrooms clean. Store is very accessible and has lots of parking.

Although Walmart is not one of my normal shopping places, they do have some personal items at a better price than my favourite shopping haunts!

I think wallmart would not be the best superstore in okotoks but it has a lot to offer, service need to be improve more and familiarize on what you have every section so when the customer ask you know and how to do and how to explain.not a chaos because changing a lot of stuff every now and then I do understand but not all customers do, especially the one in the rush to find things they needed. Also I wish u have rewards cards, points so guess will come regularly.

Around 3: 42pm me and my wife went to your store.unfortunately I'm very disappointed what happen with the cashier (happened she is the customer service manager). She was nagging while punching our items. She rude to us she slam the rope line infront me and and wife she stare at us with a bad look for me.she have a bad customer service i dont want to back to wallmart.okotoks for what happen today

Staff are very eager to help. Clean store helpful people who are knowledgeable about our questions and help in anyway they could. Great people.

Not the place to go for quality customer service - staff seemed somewhat stunned and irreversibly misinformed about their own policies. Waste of time, go to Costco.

Certain items in grocery section don't have price tags and some items are over priced like beets. The store should have 10 lbs. Onion bags also.

As far as Wal-Marts go, this location easily exceeds expectations. It's clean and well stocked. Staff are friendly as well as helpful, and even the shoppers seem like wholesome folk. I got in and out in less than ten minutes - finding the one item I went in for was easy, and there was no one in line at the self-checkout. Cashiers each had 1-2 people in line at the time. It was a Thursday morning around 10: 45, so not exactly a peak time, I'm sure.

Had to wait ages at checkout for customer ahead was price matching every item should be separate lines for price matching

I went to Wal-Mart to do some grocery shopping and I had a good experience there. I could not find green peppers and I asked one of the staff who was very helpful.

The staff are friendly and most of the time easy to find. Well stocked on some items but not so well on others. If they can make there shopping carts hover or drive them selves it would be 5 stars for sure.

Add cucumbers that was slimy can check it before because the bag was sealed the mini cucumbers called them to complain nobody answers the phone there
