Walmart Supercentre

This Walmart store is not crowded like other stores. I find good discounts and clearances there.
The security woman in the front door is very angry and doesn't make me feel good. I didn't find any greeters in the front door and also no any store standard to help us to grab a shopping cart.
I find good manners and professional Self checkout and fashion staff.
The store is clean and we find all the stuff that we need.

Was given the opportunity to cook a 60th birthday dinner for a visitor from England. I needed a specific size and type of steamer/strainer.
When I found exactly like I needed, there was no code on it. From a clerk to manager they worked hard to make sure I got the one pie e tbat would safe dinner. Thanks you it turned out perfectly

I shop here often. I Always liked Walmart. Good food and products at a fair price. Walmart, one of the most reliable places to buy stuff.

Recently I noticed Walmart not only offers free high speed Wi-Fi, but also high speed uploading. Which is highly valuable to anyone who does video uploading on a budget. Further, this service is available from the parking lot.

I haven’t found this service anywhere else. Not at Tim Hortons. Not a McDonald’s. I really feel like Walmart is going above and beyond here.

Walmart is saying, we want to help you. Where else can I buy a sweatshirt and a banana for $13 and upload a 4K YouTube video in the parking lot before I go home?

Had to return a bad outdoor plant. They made the return sufficiently without trouble. Didn't have other items I was looking for.

Doesn't honor return policy and incredibly rude staff at customer service. Don't buy here if you're not certain about what you're buying, and DO NOT buy clothes to try on as you will not be able to return them.
I saw someone else say they had problems with the same person I did, Judy at customer service. If you see her there, come back another time because you won't get any decent treatment from her

Always good sales.not allowed to use change rooms, but you can try items at home, and returns are welcomed, if you must.

Staff over step their business. They will harrass you and insult you. Absolutely no discipline from Managment for totally unacceptable behavior towards paying customers.

Hopefully this location got better, however I had the worst ever experience all the time for many years and because of that I do not come here ever to shop anymore, especially they need to train their employees properly first

Showed it was a supercenter it is not. This location does not have produce nor do they have the simple groceries I was needing to get, chicken.

This location does not have meats, fresh vegetables, proper groceries in general. Only good for pet supplies and kitchen gadgets.

The fella at the Royaloak store saved me a lot of grief when he pointed out that the battery on the shelf was a return that only had 1 year warranty left!

The store was clean and we felt safe as we shopped. Social distancing measures are in place to help at checkouts. We were served quickly and efficiently.

Could you please describe well with the Walmart credit card before asking us to apply one, and please don't insist if we already said we don't want any.

Its cheaper like all other Walmart.
Keeping fresh and produce right in front of the entrance makes it look crowded, cluttered and unclean. Be careful with the car in the parking, most people are in rush.

There is a good selection of products here and the prices are reasonable. This is not a superstore. There's no vegetables or fresh fruit, nor meat. It's good for basic shopping.
There's a McDonald's which is good to have. There are washrooms. There's clothing for the whole family. Staff have been helpful most of the times.

This is probably one of the worst Walmart's in the city.the staff are rude, the customers are rude (I know not Walmart's fault) the signage (or product) not or sure which is all in the wrong place I went in to find two things and found the sign for those things but no product and a rude floor worker that wouldn't help me

I love shopping at Walmart. They have excellent deals as well! However. I wish you didn't have to stand in line for so long.

The 2L Coca-Cola bottles were out of stock. I would have never imagined not finding Coke at Wally’s but it’s okay, I could never get mad at you baby. I will always ️ you Walmart.

I didn't have a coin for a shopping cart. I found what I needed at a good price (thanks). I would have taken a bag of Mandarin oranges but all bags on display were in poor condition.

Everyone that works here has no idea where to find anything I was looking for seems like they are all trained to say that is not my department

Always very busy here. Was great one year when they had 24 hours for Christmas time. Wish they brought that back for weekends. That would work great for all the people who need to shop when convenient for them.

Ooo the customer service is just terrible here. Absolutely appalling. Unfortunately will take my business elsewhere. Country Hills and Sage Hill walmart staff are always friendly. If you need to deal with customer service get ready for a rude response from a cranky unhelpful lady! Shocking and unbelievable. They do hire just anyone that is the truth.

I don't have much of an issue but when the item doesn't show up in your system that's irritating and there's no where to seat since u idiots took away the benchs and I have a difficult time standing for long periods of time cuz of my bad back! !

Nothing on the shelves. Left without half my groceries and had to go to another store. No cashiers either only 1 express lane and 2 regular lanes. Stupid

Bad customer service. The Cashier that helped me was training another woman but he himself could not figure out how to scan certain items properly or enter them manually. The trainer was also very unprofessional, not well informed and was very snappy and impolite. After about 10-15 minutes of them trying to scan all my items and me correcting them for trying to double charge, we were finally on our way after feeling some what bullied by staff. Do yourself a favor and go to the Safeway across the street!

One of the dirtiest, under stocked and under staffed Walmarts in the city.
~~~ I am in a wheelchair and they have the only truly ACCESSIBLE HANDICAPPED BATHROOM in the mall and they often have it out of commission or have huge amounts of unmovable racks of stock in front of the door. I was once TRAPPED in the bathroom when a staff member parked her heavy cleaning cart in front of the door and walked away. Fortunately, a passerby heard me pounding on the door and screaming for help and moved the cleaning cart to rescue me. ~~~
Marlborough mall seems to be slowly dying and it has a tendency to attract some pretty scummy clientele. I have had issues that I have had to involve Mall Security in more than once.

Unfortunately, this is my closest Walmart and the next one is about 2 to 3 times the Handibus ride away.
I think that Walmart, in general, needs to up their game. Especially this store.

Grumpy customer service associate. Processing return, requires refund. Debit transaction, asking for the same card (as per policy the associate said), unfortunately only have replacement card due to some changes, bank shredded the old card. Associates insisted, needs that shredded card, cannot give me cash and can only offer store credit. Store credit accepted. (Scenario 1).

Other one, processing return, requires refund. Debit transaction, never asked for the card, gave me cash right away. (Scenario 2).

I guess the policy depends on the mood of your associates hah.

For the associate, if your grumpy because of us (customer) and u feel like your job sucks, we don’t need to know and feel that too. Go get another job you know. If not possible, then keep your grumpiness elsewhere and just show the service attitude. Treat customers fairly and you’ll get the same treatment. If you were the customer, i don’t think you’ll appreciate associates grumpiness too. Complete the transaction with that big oh smile and that’s it, that’s what your paid for unfortunately.

It's Walmart. Keep your expectations low and your head down, and it can be a pleasant experience.

You've got grandpa checking receipts at the door, not sure how that's really going to prevent theft, because the guys stealing stuff are easily going to outrun him out the door. If anything, the people who are the most honest are getting punished.

Store is generally dirty, smelly and disgusting. If you can find an actual person working, consider yourself lucky and buy a lottery ticket afterwards. If your in first thing in the morning you'll find most items, 2-3 hours before close it's 50/50 if they're "out of stock" or just don't have anyone who can get it from the backroom.

If you go through the cashier, you'll be hassled for signing up for their Mastercard and finally if you make it to the parking lot you'll be hassled for change by the many panhandlers who hear your car keys and think you're carrying money.

But hey.you're saving money right?

If i could give 0 stars i would. I made an online order to pick up at the store 1 week later it finally 'arrives'. I go in see the items i purchased on the shelves but only 1 of MY items 'arrived' so even though it was on the shelf i couldnt take the rest until 4 days later when she said they would be coming in. Long story short my flight back home was in 2 days so i said cancel the rest of my order. Its now been 2 weeks and 3 calls to customer service and i still have yet to recieve my refunded money back. NEVER order with walmart online it is nothing but a run around maze of endless b.s. I feel like the lady in calgary straight up scammed me as there isnt even notes apparently to my cancelled order or for the items i did not receive. It says 'delivered oct 3rd' meanwhile i was back in toronto on the 29th. COMPLETE B. S Never purchasing with walmart again.

You can't shop at Walmart and have products that are stocked.
I went for a mens winter jacket.got limited supply (like I mean MAYBE 4 on the shelves). Mens baseball caps didn't have the ones that were there before, Odor controlling insoles.none available, Sim chips they won't sell you one unless you buy a NEW PLAN, Checked for a coat pole they want $100 or more but yet I got the very same one at amazon for $20.the clothing are cheaply made by yet they sell them at high prices. I used to love walmart but now it's just another money grabbing scam and this location is the worse.

Cashier and Service Manager in this locate was awful I never seen. They didn't know what they were doing. I have trouble for my items that CLEARANCE SALE in the store, when I come to pay to Cashier for my items (WEED CONTROL FABRIC ROLLS), she acting never believe the cheap price that store clearance sale that cheap, she ask the service Manager come to check and she trying talk to me about LAW.oh my God, she wasn't nice at all.after check and confirm the BIG TAG CLEARANCE PRICE was mistake, she then trying offer me money off. WHAT IS WASTE TIME AND UPSET.
