Horrible grocery pick up experience.
My order was given to someone else who “apparently” knew my name and time slot… was thankfully refunded but what a horrible experience!

A Walmart store with a good supply of products. I like the entry of this store, full of breads, buns, veggie, and fruits local and fresh!
Plenty of parking spaces around, clean washrooms.
There is a bit of confusion, as where to line up to the cash registers.
Been there few times, and always was satisfied from service I received.

Recommended this store to my friends who live in up north of Toronto and they were happy too!

Not enough cashiers and too many self check outs. Support human workers. Are prices going to drop drastically? Hell to the no.

Rude customers only thinking about themselves. Employees who have absolutely no idea what's going on or how to do a "job"

I'm exhausted.

You really need to up the customer service game. While the product selection is good and reasonably priced, the check out part is lacking.

If you are going the route of self-checkout, to the point of having 35-40 of them installed, why are only 3-5 open most of the time? I got a 20 minute wait to check my own stuff. A suggestion from several of us in line to open more was met with a laugh from the one employee watching (and ignoring the trouble light on one of the 3 open).

Disrespectful. Then again, when you're Walmart who cares about disrespecting customers right?

Had the most uncomfortable experience at Walmart. Had a full cart of groceries and went to self check out. The lady there decided to stand right beside me and my boyfriend and watch my every move and scan and then I was about to pay she's like you missed something. Clearly I didn't as I scanned everything and she physically watched me and doubled checked everythingagain. There was 4 other customers at the time and she didn't lay an eye on them guess you have to be over 60 not to be age discriminated against. And when I feel so offered that we went back to customers service and the old lady there age discriminated against us there. Then don't even try calling their manger they never answered the phone and they system hung up on us. After 20mins on hold. Let's say I will never be going back there and will be sharing my experience with all my friends and family

I've been going to this location to pick up my mother's online groceries order for about a year now. I have always been greeted by such pleasant employees, somehow even when it gets insanely busy (because trust me it gets busy) those boys manage to keep a smile on their face and give great customer service. My last visit was not as enjoyable though, an employee by the name Shaylynn, not only was her attitude awful, she threw the groceries into my car in such a fashion that when I got home I found multiple things damaged or broken. Trust me I understand people can have bad days, but maybe this just isn't the position/job for you. Management should really look into the kind of people they have doing certain jobs.

Its a nice walmart with very friendly staff and a clean store.it is not usually busy, even on weekends, and if i had a choice i would go back here

Walmart will always be Walmart! Either you love it or you hate it. I am thankful that we have one in Alliston, ON. Because of so many covid restrictions you can get about everything you need under one roof. Wish they carried more Caribbean foods-dasheen, yams, (not sweet potatoes please) green bananas (not the ones that get ripe in one hour), and so much more!

Very clean store, good self checkout. They carry the Keto products I like. Nice hobby supply area, they carry cricut brand vinyls, papers, markers, paints, etc. Good prices for the papers.

Switch to these bags and not those fiber bags that are coming next year at triple the cost. I don’t like this new trend of fiber bags they are costly bulky and don’t offer simplicity when you forget your bag or are in a different car or at work in a rush. I want to shop and get a bio-degradable bag not one that costs 75 cents or some subscription membership. It’s simple we still want plastic bags so we don’t need to bring a bag to a supermarket and it can be biodegradable I’ll show you because all the high priced and high salaried executives see revenue over convenience for the customer. Here let me show you a company that offers a solution so we have the plastic needs in an environmentally friendly way. Please consider this style bag instead of those fiber bags that are expensive and require me to create a storage room in my car just for reusable bags. I want to shop care free use these bags and replace plastics with this or you’ll be surprised that your competitors will offer these and it could cost you sales.

I visit this store a couple times a week on my way home from work to grab the essentials. Normally shelves are lacking stock for days on end. Even before covaid excuse. Cashiers are very helpful and friendly. Too bad they’re slowly pushing self checkouts on everyone.
Maybe once cashiers are gone we can get a 5% discount when we use self checkout. They’re saving all those wages.

I always love going to Walmart. It's a one stop shop for pretty much everything you need. However this visit was not for shopping but for a job interview. And im proud to say I was offered a job and I look forward to the beginning of what I hope to be a long lasting career with an amazing company.

This is easily one of the cleanest walmart I have ever seen. The cashiers are mostly friendly too. There are a couple of guys at the express checkout who arent very friendly but at least they arent rude either. All in all this has to be one of the best walmarts around in terms of a positive atmosphere.

This is a large “Supercentre” location. My only criticism is that the produce is often old and not very fresh but I guess that is what you pay for.

Store is pretty standard. Isles are a bit of a mess like all other Walmart locations. Lines are long. 3 cashiers working. It was this way before Covid so.

Very poor customer service. Shelves are often empty with no replenishing done what so ever. Sometimes I wonder if there is any Management presence at all within the store.

Today was the first time i ever went there in that area because i was looking for a walking clinicto go to.first i went to orangevill.i went to to different locations none of them had a doctor. The first one no doctor was coming in they say and second one didn't even open at 10 am when it was supposed to.
Thank god i went to Allison they were extremely nice. Jessica was so nice and helpful she deserves 10 stars thank you so much to make me feel welcome

My mom and I dealt with Nofi yesterday through the self check out, we ended up paying cash, Nofi was extremely helpful and very kind. Thanks for the great experience Nofi.

False advertising website and app says delivery for groceries to our postal code.we are stuck in quarantine and cannot leave. Once u go to check out there is no available time slots for the next three months, called store claims they don't deliver?

Ok I get it you get fined if you sell the locked up items. Tell me why though yesterday when i visited your location I was asking 5! Of your employee's at the same time what i could do to get headphones, for tenitis issues. Instead of telling me I could order on line all 5 of your emoyees, two in yellow. Turned there back to me and talked amongst themselves instead of acknowledging my pleas. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Also as i was walking out i saw the masks were roped off and deemed as non essential. Who did you hire? Never coming back. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Have shopped here for years with no problem, then had an incident a few months ago where during a curbside pickup we endured employees that seemed to never have used a phone before (we muted, hung up on, "hullo? Hello? " etc) and our groceries were given away to someone else! No apology, we waited over an hour, then another hour plus for them to re-pick the order.no one told us when it was ready so good thing WE called them several times to find out, as no one called us once the entire time. I must have given my name/spelling and phone number at least 600 times.extremely long story short.we waited almost 3 hrs, had our entire order given away and had zero apology and were told we "couldnt" be given any type of discount (which I know is BS because another time we waited 20 min for our order and a polite, professional employee apologized and took a few items off our order.). I felt very devalued as a customer and wrote to them, understanding they were busy, but the site said EVERY email would be replied to and to give it 3-4 days. 7 days later I'd heard from no one. So I wrote a second email, saying not answering the first wasn't a great start. I think after no answer again 2 weeks later I wrote a final email saying I did not feel like a valued customer and no one could even bother to email me back to say "sorry". Really disgusted with that trip and someone needs to go through training with all staff on how to use a phone! Speak to the person ON the phone, say things like "hello" "excuse me a moment" and "I'll check, just a moment", and maybe "thank you/goodbye" instead of dopey teenager noises then a click.

I placed an order yesterday for pick up today, Wednesday, Jan. 6th, 2021 between 6pm and 7pm. My order is still "being picked" and it's now 8: 45pm. I have not received an email confirmation that it is ready or with what the delay is. I did notice that it is marked as pick Sat. Jan 6th, 2021 pick up. It's NOT Saturday and I'm assuming the employees are not putting two and two together and thinking my order is for Saturday pick up. I have been trying to get through all departments for an hour and a half now with absolutely no response. Nor do I have the option to cancel my order. Absolutely unacceptable! Organize yourselves and ensure you are NOT over booking reaching over capacity with the amount of staff you have!

UPDATE: I finally got through and was told that they are "WAY BEHIND". I then asked if I could pick up tomorrow around noon and was told that I can pick up any time but would need to call ahead of arrival to ensure they have it ready prior to pick up. I am NOT prepared to wait another hour and a half to get through to someone. CANCELLED!

This is by far one of the worst Walmart's EVER. This Walmart NEVER has anything in stock. Plus I have run into some really really rude employees at this location. Specifically 2 older ladies possibly in their 50s. I understand people have bad days or hate their jobs but they shouldn't take it out on customers. This location really has to re- train their employees on customers service skills. Or hire the right employees that have manors and know how to deal with other people.

Always a good experience. And sometimes not a lot of products but still able to shop. Right now need more security as people that work the doors are being shoved and have very aggressive people coming at them. Seen this personally. And only gonna get worse with the lock downs

Ordered curbside pickup night before waited over 2 hours for my order when I arrived. I watched people come and go for 2 hours before they picked my order. Very terrible way of running a business. Jen the manager should be ashamed of herself. This is no way to run a business.

Staff is less than friendly except for a couple, 1 very lovely lady in customer service and 1 other around the pharmacy area. Grocery shelves are full of foreign products that I would not even buy let alone know what to do with them! They do not sell 6 packs of eggs, they do not sell small cartons of 2% milk, they quit selling the bread I liked (Country Harvest Stone Milled), they don't cater to small families or single people. The store is dirty as well, every department is lacking.

Place is pretty good in terms of customer service accept the lady with glasses in customer service. She never smiles and gives customers a hard time with returns. I went to send money to a poor family i met in Dominican and she gave me a hard time and said im not making a good choice sending money to them. Im like its none of your business and what a way to support people in need with covid. I've been going to this store for over a year and really think this lady needs to stop being miserable and get a life

I like everyone else on the planet am well aware of COVID19 and the extended measure in place to keep us safe during this unprecedented time. However, I do not understand the current practice of Walmart. I bought a wired meat thermometer with a digital reading. It doesn't light up, it doesn't show full words, or temp on the screen. I went back to Walmart to return it since I'm not going to keep something that was sold in not working condition. After waiting in both the line outside, and the line for customer service I was told I couldn't return my item (that doesn't work due to no fault of my own) because it has been in my house. The item had been replaced into the package with the instructions as it came. I was TOLD I needed to wait for COVID19 to "be over" BEFORE I could return my item. So I can't have my money back and I can't get a replacement item and am stuck with a broken waste of money for what could be years! This would of ALMOST seemed reasonable to me except that literally the associate next to the woman I was dealing with accepted a returned soda stream canister from my boyfriend that came from the EXACT SAME HOUSE! Are you taking returns or not? Figure it out!

It was good to see that in a town where I could not find any meat that Walmart had some. There wasn't much, but at least some. They seem to have the better capacity to restock faster when people go crazy.

This store frustrates me so much. There is nothing ever in stock, shells are always empty. When I shop at this location I end up having to do 2 grocery shops because of the lack of merchandise. There is also a walk-in clinic and people leave dirty mask inside shopping carts it's just a germ Fest.

Their grocery dept simply does not care about customers at all! The price of a product goes down but they don't stock it. I asked if they had more Liberte Greek Yogurt that was down to $3.77 ($2 savings). He said no, they don't have any more. He didn't even look. I asked customer service when they will have more? They said a truck comes in every day but they have no idea what is on it? They have no idea when they will have more.that's it.no one cares. "We have no idea. Go Away Now", is the message they convey.
Today is Jan 8th. The promotion ends today. I guarantee they will have LOTS TOMORROW!

The store no longer has any express checkout section. They have don't have the selection they had when they opened. Since their fire stock seems to be less and they have numerous times where the coolers and freezers break down. Not very many staffed checkouts so there is usually a longer than necessary wait to checkout.

I’m a senior. I lost pretty much full mobility in the past 6 months.
I’d like to speak about a exceptional employee at the Alliston store.
She’s a greeter named Gladys. When she saw me hobble to the store she went out of her way to take out a electric scooter for me. Not once but several times. Than she’d come to the car help me with the groceries and bring the electric scooter back in for me.
That’s service above and beyond the call of duty. I can’t express how much this has meant to me.
I’m a customer for life.

Can get in and out quickly but their scooters need to be plugged in to charge.got one today that had one bar and was lucky enough to get another but it was only at 3 bars charged.

Please do not buy groceries here. How many times has their refrigerator units failed and they were forced to dump $$$ for all of their perishables? Last count I saw was 3 in the last year.

Let's be honest though, if you're buying groceries from Walmart you've got other issues.

Support local and maybe save yourself the inevitable gastrointestinal ride. Arf.

One of my least desired or fav Walmarts in the area. Stock is poor, It does not carry or have an Alcohol section, always out of popular items! Stood in line behind a woman price matching her items well over 15 mins. Had to wait as she searched for prices on her phone. Extremely frustrating as it was a busy time. A separate line for price matching is recommended for ppl.its ridiculous for others to wait. I Only stop here if it's absolutely necessary now.
