Walmart Supercentre

I was just in there not even an hour ago to get some things, once me and my parents were checking out we scanned absolutely everything then we left and as we passed the detectors it went off which I’m guessing is because the scooter battery or something metal on it. This lady walks over when she clearly saw us scanning everything and walked over to us and looked at my parents then me and asked if we’re stealing anything. Just blatantly accusing us of something we didn’t even do. They could’ve asked for the receipt but no they didn’t they asked if we’re stealing anything.

The customer service girls are awesome! …. The customer service people at the Walmart in Okotoks need to take a lesson from these ladies here in Pincher Creek…there is no comparison! Good job!

You want to go pick up a couple things after work and you have to wait 30 min in line at the cashier for 2 items cause the self checkout is never open. Makes zero sense.

Super pleasant staff. Really enjoyed the warm welcome from the man who was collecting carts outside and the conversation with the greeter. You both made my day brighter!

The location is right across our hotel so i think it is good, as well as the prices, i had so much fun shopping as the prices were very affordable

Parking lot is a joke. They think people in alberta drive Fiat cars. We drive 4x4 trucks, and the parking lot is a nightmare.way too tight, someone is going to get hurt.

Got kicked out, because I did not have papers for my dog. That's unbelievably inconsiderate. We weren't near any food, she's in a stroller, I couldn't leave her in the hotel room alone. Very upset.

Its a Walmart, not a huge one but a Walmart none the same. Starting to get crowded through the day

Yeah they chased all the local businesses out of town. But still they got so much great stuff i bet the town has a lot more to offer with a Walmart then without. Pharmacy is top notch with everything you need to take care of immediate pain, even without prescription. Impressive Lego assortment!

The store is clean, the staff are extremely friendly and pay close attention to details. Prices are good. They may not have as high a selection as the city WalMarts, but they certainly are miles friendlier.

Newly renovated, with a Mcdonald's and a pharmacy. Open from 7 am to 10 pm. Huge parking lot. There's also Western Union money transfer here.

Even in a small place like Pincher Creek, they are competitive with prices and have a great selection of stock. Asked for help and was greeted with a smile and a pleasure to help.

For our small area it's a good place. It's stocked pretty good to. Lots of electronic, groceries are well stocked. Toys are good. They have a camping area and fishing. Housewares, beauty, lawn and garden. Automotive department. Staff are usually really well mannered. I won't say bad against them.

Stock issues have plagued this location since its opening over a decade ago. It is common place for shelves to have spots everywhere where product should be. Furthermore if you have a product that you purchase and require on a regular basis, I would strongly recommend that you have a backup option. I find myself using Amazon more and more due to product reliability issues at the Pincher Creek Walmart.

I also would like to make clear, the aforementioned criticism is not directed at the front line staff, they are and have always been (with a single exception about a year ago) incredibly friendly and helpful.

I liked that I could buy both groceries and silicone caulking here. Overall the store seemed clean and well stocked.

What a joke that place is! People are too stupid to pack things in a grocery bag properly, had a gift card and got wrecked from big items and won’t take it back, and I gotta call it in, I know it’s not a big deal but why put a small card with big stuff that will wreck it! Lol This happened 20mins before closing last nite

If you like shopping in stores with empty shelves, then this particular HellMart is for you. And it's getting harder to find many name brand products- pretty sure that Great Value is used facetiously. I would rather pay more for something good than save a few cents on sub-par food. Helloooo smokies, I'm looking at you.

Walmart in this location, especially the electronics section needs better vetting of employees. Not only was the lady rude and uncooperative, but was more interested in her conversation with a fellow employee than helping a coustomer. I hate that they have so much control over local markets. Be aware.

This WAS a fantastic Walmart. They always have a lot of tills open and they have really good produce but if you arent IN store - they are AWFUL over the phone. You can never get through to anyone without being on hold 15+ minutes and speaking to 4 different people.
