Walmart has done a tremendous amount of renovations over the last several months and has improved their overall selection and have utilized their floor space effectively. Even though improvements are still ongoing and heading in the right direction I get the feeling that their layout is similar to the recent competition across the road from them. Everything has been shifted around creating a “Treasure Hunt” effect. You will be rewarded with some of the new findings but be prepared to do a lot of walking!

The manager daisy is the best Walmart employee I’ve ever had the pleasure dealing with. I ordered a care bear gift for my daughter as I pulled it they canceled my order. She worked wonders to make it happen. Best manager I’ve ever met. Usually Walmart managers don’t really care but she’s great. Wish every manager was like her

Disappointing Experience with Walmart Pick-up Order #7422373-002717

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Walmart's pick-up service. On June 25,2023, between 7-8pm, I placed an order with the Pick-up Order #7422373-002717. Unfortunately, there were two significant issues that marred my overall satisfaction with the service.

Firstly, I was surprised to find that several produce items were handed over without any bags. Items like dill, green onions, and bananas were placed directly from one cart to another. Given the ongoing concerns about bacteria and viruses on various surfaces, even though COVID-19 may be on the decline, it is still crucial to maintain hygiene standards. I expected Walmart to take appropriate precautions and provide proper packaging for perishable items. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and it left me concerned about the potential risks associated with handling produce that may have been exposed to contaminants.

Secondly, the attitude and behavior of the girl who delivered our groceries to the car were simply unacceptable. Throughout the last two years, I have been purchasing groceries online, and this was the first time I encountered such rudeness from a Walmart employee. The delivery person seemed disinterested and showed a lack of care when placing the items into the trunk. As the attached images clearly show, the groceries were haphazardly thrown into the trunk without any care or consideration for their condition. Furthermore, the delivery person rushed through the process and quickly left without acknowledging any potential concerns or addressing any questions or issues I had.

Overall, this experience left me extremely dissatisfied with Walmart's pick-up service. The lack of proper packaging for perishable items and the rude behavior of the delivery person were significant letdowns. As a loyal customer who has been relying on online grocery shopping for the past two years, I had higher expectations from Walmart. I hope that Walmart takes this feedback seriously and takes appropriate steps to improve their pick-up service, ensuring better customer experiences in the future.

Average walmart, don't feel the safest in the parking lot due to the area and i try to only go during the day unless emergency.they have a good amount on the shelves but the store is usually a mess and there is a long line at the customer service.

Was there yesterday. Has happened at least 7 times between me and my family members. On special items sold out. Asked staff were rude.

The customer service on phone is terrible. They tell you to hold and never receive you.
The in store experience is good but worst phone experience I’ve had from any company.

I was in the store around 9: 30am on October 22,2021. I went in specifically to but 6” plates (qty 8 by hometrends). There was only 1 plate on the shelf so I asked an employee if there were 7 more in back. I was told that what’s out is what they have and to go home to order the plates online. By 10: 16am, (i live literally right across the street from this Rexdale Walmart), I placed an online order for the plates. At 10: 37am, I received an email stating my order was picked and ready for pickup. It took 21 minutes to fill an order, yet they didn’t have any in stock? I contacted Walmart three ways. I contacted via their website chat, via Twitter and IG. They refuse to address it and merely stated that they had to “ship” the plates to the store. In 21 minutes? I don’t think so. Had the employee just checked the back, I could have bought them while I was there. However, sending me home to place an online order cost me a $5.00 “order handling fee” when they had them in the back the whole time. I think this is akin to fraud and I am not asking for my money back in full, only for the return of the clearly unnecessary order handling fee. There is no possible way they shipped these plates to the store from their distribution centre in 21 minutes. They are refusing to refund the order handling fee. They were obnoxious about the situation on Twitter, Instagram and via the Walmart web chat. They do not really have any means of justifying this fee when the real issue is that that store staff refused to check in back. I am appalled and disgusted that they think this is appropriate. I just was my $5.00 returned since they wasted my time, ran me around and found a way to get more money out of me than they earned. There is no justification for the order handling fee for in store product. And I haven’t even ranted on how it took Walmart 47 minutes for me to pick up my plates. That’s a whole other ball of yarn. Thank you.

So, that's what I had to submit to PayPal today. The Rexdale Walmart is the worst Walmart I have ever been to. I would recommend you literally go to any other Walmart but not this one. The store is dishevelled, the aisles are always blocked, and the staff is clearly unhelpful and wants you to go home to order stuff so they don't have to work. Worst Walmart ever.

My friend called on me to see if he could assist me get my shopping in before the weekend rush. To my surprise just inside the front door where five mobile assist electric aids. I was able to shop with less pain in my knees. Ty, Ty for caring about my issues and having a solution for a widower!

Had been waiting at Electric Razors section for past 20+ minutes seeking for help after lady over at Pharmacy announced on P. A.asking for someone to come and help me.

Still no one is showing up.

I am really amazed by how a company/store like such operates.

I love to shop at this Walmart because of its size and it carries products I tend not to find at some of the smaller ones. On Sunday evening October 3rd the lineup outside was moving pretty fast and that is was a plus.

It's little better than before because most of the shelves especially electronics and fishing shelves are upside down not in order at all and pet should not be allowed I saw a woman put her pet dog inside the cart.

Not much to say, it's a walmart. Shelves usually are not stocked very well and most the stuff is in the wrong place. Good luck finding a price or an employee to help you find a price.

I was waiting for the billing in the line and their dept manager jas and cashier harsh were talking and they literally ignored me the whole time. You guys should work more on customer service.never coming back to this store.

If there was no star review, that's what I would give this walmart. The workers at this walmart seriously need customer service training. They are very rude people. They do not even follow their own store policy's. This walmart is a ****hole. Don't get upset at customers, if you don't like your job, go home. I will purposely drive as far as I have to to go to a different walmart. The workers at this Walmart are trash and they disrespect customers when their spending money in the store. How dare you! Very disappointed.

I have groceries delivered to me weekly and this location is always out of stock of like 40-50 % of my items lol like coke, water, lettuce? ! Lol they don’t carry jalapeños which is mind boggling considering where this Walmart is located. It’s just a disaster.

Your Worker nisha is too rude with the customer you need to teach her and get training to your customer that how to talk with them and how to give proper answer this is way too rude to talk with the customer. She doesn't know how to talk with the customer and how to behave with them. First teach them how to talk to customer and then keep them at job.

I brought 2 bags of milk that expired on Aug 25th. Here it's Aug 23rd, and the milk is spoiled all 2 bags. Never will I buy dairy products at Walmart again.

It was good I love Walmart. Although I did not find what I was looking for but that's okay. It's a plastic container to hold Kraft single cheese slices I cracked mine and I can't remember where I got it so I thought I'd just check there. I probably bought it at Regal back in the day

Really I would ha ve selected -10 but you can only do up to 1. This store has the rudest workers, they are not friendly, they don't want to help you and if you do ask for help they screw up their face and always reply, what your looking for we don't have it. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE AND DO A PICK UP. The men are rudea d will walk away from you and make little to none to help find or check your order. This store want help customers and will only send you on a wild goose chase. Good luck getting any good customer service he. I even waited at the customer service desk or the pharmacy, all they do is sit and talk with other employees and a will look at you and offer no customer service. I have to take a step back and tell myself, my bad. They are paying me to work for them. I have to slap myself to make sure I'm not dreaming.

I got two cans of chilli style canned tomatoes and two cans of kidney beans which will go great with the pasta I already have at home. My grand total for 4 cans was only $3.88 which is helpful when I only have $17 left in my bank account until the end of the month when I get my government cheque again.

Tried to return an item bought at closing the night prior. I received horrible customer service by the counter personnel and the manager. When they found that they in fact had the receipt and didn't return it to me they did not offer any apologies

I have had the pleasure of visiting this Walmart Supercentre several times for various personal items. I have always found this location clean and well kept. The staff have always been helpful and cordial. For the items that I was looking for (be it grocery, electronic or other) I have always been able to easily navigate the site in order to quickly and efficiently find what I was looking for. I was also pleasantly surprised that I was able to obtain my passport photos at this site as well. I do believe that the prices are reasonable and competitive as well. I highly recommend this site!

Rexdale walmart has all the items available most of the time, eventhough its smaller compare to others near by. Highly impressed with its Grocery pick up services. Just swipe in to inform you are there and someone will be there within couple of minutes. Had missing item during pick up one day.but they not only provided the missing item but also the refund.

Tried to shop here today There were huge lineups and only 2 cashiers open plus the express. They have stopped sanitizing carts and no hand sanitizer for about 6 weeks now. Security is a joke. If security questions you about not wearing a mask, just argue abit and let will let you in. I thought a company this big would be more concerned about spreading this virus. But no sanitization at all if you do need to buy something you are forced to stand in line for close to half an hour. This store is a disgrace

This Walmart mostly have all the items in stock. It has huge parking lot which makes easier to find parking spot. Just in recent visit o didn't find the sanitizer at entry which I think should be there.

Worst walmart is terms of customer service. They need someone to teach them what the customer service is and especially the managers. I don’t why they have such a bad attitude. They don’t know how to talk, they don’t how to treat and greet the customers. The lady at customer service counter is so rude. Nd the manager I guess his name was Jane, he is so arrogant. I don’t why he is like that. I don’t even know who made him manager. I don’t what he thinks of himself. Managers need to change their attitude. Very disappointing experience. I wish i could give 0

Horrible Management! One cashier at the Express location and two others at the regular checkouts. The lineup was so long and non of the staff and management cared enough to make sure the checkouts were properly staffed. I mentioned to one staff why is the only on staff when the line up is from the front all the was to the pharmacy and she said they didn't have any other cashiers. Will not be going there again.

Huge parking lot, well organized and pleasant cashiers. This location also includes a McDonalds, Wine store and Photo shop (at the entrance).

My recommendation: keep an eye on produce prices to know when you're getting a deal or not.

After most of the Rexdale Plaza was demolished in the mid 2000's, this Wal-Mart super center helped bring shoppers back to the area.

DEAR WALMART MANAGERS.if you guys don't do anything, I am going to report you to the government.

Today, i saw your security guard at the door removing his mask to take some fresh air. Then i saw someone in the store near the food section with no mask. People were walking in the store with their mask down and the security didn't do anything. He had his mask down also. This is not the first time I've seen that security guard mess up. Last month someone didn't have a mask and he let them go in anyways after chatting a bit. I'm not sure why there is a person near the food section with no mask and i'm not sure why your security guard is not taking the virus seriously. He shouldn't be removing his mask for fresh air, because other people are doing that at the entrance also and he is close to them.

Take this seriously, because i am going to report this to the government and health officials.

Friendly staff. I had never been to this walmart and the structure was a little different from what i was used to but the staff was suoer helpful and answered all my questions!

Went looking Madden 21 was not on the shelve. Customer rep was able to advise to check and nothing was there. Store indicated mask are to worn - all customers comply. Security checking was coming and walking out from the store. So everything was setup in place.

Disgusting and disrespectful treatment of customers.
Staff that is responsible for helping customers lineup at checkout line was busy online shopping at some other website bullying customers rather than helping them

I hate this location every time I visit. The lines to check out are always so long. Even their 10 items or less line was way 0assed the designated line up area. 5 minutes shopping, 20+ minutes checking out.and I had already read the magazines on the nearby shelf: (
I keep telling myself not to go here, but alas, I forget or "give them another chance". I HATE this location and frequently tell people to avoid it.
