Walmart Supercentre

Was racially profiled by the East Indian woman at the self serve machines. She said my machine showed “error”. When asked what the error was she wouldn’t tell me. What she was trying to do was figure out if I was stealing. After going through my things, she determined I had not stolen anything. If my kid wasn’t there I would have embarrassed her. I am filing a complaint with the head of Walmart. That is not how you treat customers. Sge was very rude about it. Made me feel like I was a thief.

Went in to buy a pair of wireless earbuds. There's a kiosk in the middle of the electronics section that I assumed was for sales in that department, but they very arrogantly told me I had to go to the picture department to get help. Went to the picture department only to be treated like an idiot by these rude employees. They said they would send someone to come help me buy the earbuds, but after 30 minutes of waiting around, I decided to just leave empty handed. Judging by some of the other reviews here, I am not the only person who experienced this. This location has a serious customer service issue that needs to be addressed

Prices are always off from what they are in their system and employees are not hygienic, definitely worst Walmart in Edmonton

Went here to purchase a couple things. I have a emotional support dog and Cidia came up extremely rude and ignorant because I did not plan on stopping I did not have my card on me for him and literally told us to get out. This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen. To make things worse she walks us to the door as if we were stealing. This place is despicable and doesn't deserve 1 star.

I've only been a time or2 literally but it was a chore finding what I was shopping for, as well as finding staff too help!

Negative star 3 till open during afternoon 3pm was in line for more than 5 mins. Why do you have 20 tills when you can afford only 4 running ones.

I watched a lady who was unable to purchase nail polish remover today. If you treat everyone like criminals you won't get any business. Do you really think she was going to purchase all her other items and steal only the nail polish remover? Ridiculous.

There is a racist lady in the cosmetics with the specs on and she talks so rudely with asian people.please ask her to behave nicely.never experienced anything like this before at this location

All the clothes they had were all small and medium no extra extra large no spring coat no sweater and extra

Thank you Ranjodh, Manager of Electronic Department, for resolving my USB issue and making me happy to continue shopping at this store. This Supercentre has a large amount of collections. I like the friendly staff at the store.

Why these new employees always think everyone is stealing when this company has stolen 800 sum from me I have no idea

It was bad, first they didn't have two of the items I was looking for plus they followed me around making me feel horrible.

Inquiring an item, he said he will transfer me but more than 30 minutes waiting nobody answered. Very poor customer service.

It's a Walmart, and a fairly small one at that. Some of the customers are downright nuts, I have at least 10 stories of seeing psychos yelling at staff or other customers near the check out.

Staff are always friendly and the stock is usually well kept so it's a decent location for certain items.

I prefer the Walmart at South Common for selection but this location makes a decent store most of the time, if only to save gas. Don't expect everything to be there like the bigger locations though.

Not a bad store but it does have it's problems. Leaky roof, birds living in the rafters, dirty floors.

No self check out which is a huge issue. I could not buy my groceries becausr I was going to miss the bus and the line up was an issue.

They have bunny food options such as Timothy Hay, vegetable pellets, fruit treats, and other goodies; as long as you don't mind being followed around the store by staff assuming theft by your hand, and rude cashier service once you actually go to pay for it. Replace the humans with robots and this rating will improve.

You have to watch the prices as they scan I went in today and the ticket item was 9.97 with 3.00 off first they tried to charge me regular price then manager came he couldn't fix so tells me to buy it and then go to customer service to get a refund I told him to keep his junk I don't have time to play there games. No bakery. Old bread in bags. Nothing fresh. No deli - no rotisserie chicken. Limited selection of produce.

It's Walmart. It's all about the prices (and the older guy in the frozen foods aisle who is so funny & so helpful). But lately we're finding that Walmart in general is changing. We've been encountering some unique food stuffs that are *so* tasty and still at Walmart's ridiculously low prices. Have to thank you Walmart. We'll be shopping there more often.

This location is fine, but you need to get rid of the Direct Energy guy who hits on customers as they leave the store. I don’t need to be catcalled as I’m leaving a Walmart, thanks.

Monish at Cell phone is the BEST of THE BEST.
He is working at Cell phone department, and He knows what he is doing.
His service is top of the class, he wants to help you all the way.
You need to go see him to get great experience when you getting on new phone or Transfer carrier.
Go See HIM, He is there for you!

This location is a mixed bag, the store is really tidy compared to other locations. But where it counts is the staff, It is hit and miss, I have had really good help at this location and other times not so much.

Staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful do not like this location. They would not let me use my gift card I received for Christmas to purchase a playstation plus

Crazy employee named Terry followed us around and tried to physically take my wife's gloves off her hands and block us from leaving when she couldn't show a reciept for them.they were old Eddie Bauer gloves not sold by wal mart

I was helped out by Customer Service Manager Terry and Associate Bhavisha. They are friendly and would attend to your needs with regards to price adjustments/discounts/price match. Excellent service!

It's an okay store. It needs a deli that'd be nice and a Mc Donald's like almost every other Walmart other than this one in Edmonton. Staff are friendly but they almost always have not enough tills open. The cashier's also don't know what items they carry, I've asked easily 2-3 times on different occasions and they were all clueless.

Very organized Walmart store, you can find everything you need for home, food clothes for the family with competitive prices.
