I've noticed as of late, you need to keep an eye on the products in their gluten free section. I've found gluten containing products tucked in amongst the gluten free ones.

We bought water from the costumer service. The cashier in the costumer service department was chewing gum, was not polite.

Worst service in the electronics department. Consultants chat among themselves while help is needed. And they are difficult to reach. And if you ask a question, they will not help you. In my opinion they are useless there.

Average at best. The produce section is quite small and limited. The south common Walmart is superior.

In my experience as a customer at this Walmart, I am feeling sympathy towards the workers. To mention how some of the things there are unorganized, including all the food products is all over the place & the management are being rude to their staff by treating them unfairly & poorly. When I was at Walmart personally, I could tell how the majority of the employees work there seem unhappy because of how the staff are treating them poorly on a daily basis.

Staff very nice. Electronics suck bought a 50" RCA 4K TV AND after a month the screen went pop and the screen started to burn never again will I buy electronics from Wal-Mart. Their warranty for that stuff is only 14 days. I will never shop there again.

Aisles are too narrow.customer service agents are not very accomodating, floor is filthy.tell ur attendants to take a bath.damn, three attendants.either to much perfume or just plain stinky.

New open Isle with No cashier, Self service, Scan items and pay.very simple and very easy, No line up.
New technology adopted by Walmart.
Spectacular.

They make16 self check in counters n 18 regular counter only 1 or 2 employees r on regular counter long lines for 25 min average wait time for regilar counter.

Dude working inside the pharmacy department was rude, stuck up, and lacks communication skills. Zero customer service. Not going here again.

Large store with plenty of stock. Getting through the cashier's has been better as of late. Still dislike that you need a loonie to use a card, only because who really Carrie's cash around with them these days.

Worse walmart ever. Line up to pay your stuff seems like its gonna take all day long. Longest time wait time was 50 minutes for me and its getting higher.

Its surprising, long queues and just one cashier in express lane! Walmart, please see. Customer service deteriorating every day!

Never enough tills open. Trying to push the self serve checkouts. Not my job to checkout my own items. Pretty sure Walmart makes enough money to pay for 10 more employees.

This Walmart is always very poorly stocked. Very often when I go in to get a few items almost every time they don't have the items I am there for. Also not enough tills open to help customers. I try my best to avoid this Walmart as best I can. Even hard to find help in a department of you need help finding anything.

New scanning system really slow and even staff standing around and looking
Not helping and none of registers open so people having cart full of groceries just waiting like in big line up.

Went in to get a few items. I was forced to use the self checkout. I told the lady I would rather wait in line but was told there were no actual cashiers open. I prefer not to use self checkout therefore this location is no longer an option. Super disappointing!

2 tills open at peak hours, amazing. Forced to use those garbage glitchy cashier robots. Place just keeps disappointing me more and more every visit.

Super helpful staff. A stocker was able to look up items on his device to see if they had the item I was looking for in stock.

Men’s room at the back and the front were both closed can you please tell me where your customers will go? I had to use family washroom More inventory as compared to the Walmart in Tamarack!

HATE, HATE, HATE! I AM NOT A "VOLUNTEER" CASHIER! HATE BEING FORCED TO DO SELF-CHECK OUT. PLEASE PROVIDE A "REGULAR" CASHIER!

The store has turned into a self-checkout hell. Extremely antsy self-checkout associates will grab your basket even if your wallet or phone are still in them. I had to cancel my credit cards. At least I got my phone back.

I did a transaction for the western Union and I dialed with 4 different people, all of them without any experience on this service, the only person that knew about what she was doing was Roshni, a really patient person and professional, thanks to her I got things done. If waltmart is offering this kind of service, they should prepare they people to do it because customers won't be so upset as I was

Convenient one stop shopping. But I stopped buying bananas here because they always ripen weird so they're brown inside but look green outside.

No way to get a cart. No change dispenser or atm. Gotta walk around with 4 baskets cause y'all stuck in the 80s. Ask for a dollar was told to go somewhere else and get change then come back. Accessibility people

Lots of products. This is a supercenter so it has groceries, meat and produce. Lots of parking. The lady that helped us at the electronics till was excellent! Very friendly. The greeter at the front door was very friendly.

Apparently Walmart has changed its store location so that its bad reviews would not be unnoticed. Very disappointing! (was this done by management or the corportation?) (my previous review was relocated to a quebec walmart) This location is still run and organized very poorly. Management needs to be changed. The employees are helpful but still poorly trained. English is a secondary language for about 90% of the store. Mainly noticeable in their customer service department; as trying to return or exchange items is very difficult and a hassle when the representative struggles with speaking clearly and effectively. Employees are scarce in each department and when there is an employee present; they are not trained for the department and must get help themselves. Very frustrating. Carts are consistantly over stacked in the parking lot; which makes parking very difficult and stressful. They are also scattered throughout the neighbourhood in back alleys, cross-walks and bus stops. Pharmacy department is good and helpful. Cashiers are depressing and difficult to understand. The grocery section is unorganized and messy. The floor is rarely cleaned. The photo center is a nightmare and should be avoided at all costs. The video/entertainment department never has an employee stationed other than the cell phone guy (not sure if he works for walmart or just cell phones) This store needs to be revamped and cleared out for a management overhaul or should just close down for a better store.

Great collections for east Indian foods and very competitively priced! Though need improvement on customer service by front line statt!

Was followed around the store by multiple security, had no reason for setting off their alarms, as a paying customer you should be able to shop without a group of workers following you around and harassing you.shop at any other walmart, the workers here are racist and will stereotype you based on your age and ethnicity.

Clean, not overly busy. The products are fresher it seems in this location than others, and there are great deals throughout the store. Take a look at this location and pay attention to any of the clearance sales as they are great.
