The lady offering Walmart Credit card on September 2023 is a lier, she said will get $25, but it is not, we need to make 2 purchases within a month, and also $10 to sign up for paperless statements to get the $25.

Isabella is the sweetest, friendliest, and most patient cashier I've ever met in my life. I'm literally giving this place a 5 star review because of her.

We do overall love Walmart. It accepts debit cards, and it offers delivery right to our door. Love the variety, the sales, and the app. This place is particularly worthy of a really good review. It's close by, neat and perfect for us.

Never had a good experience at this location. Always getting profiled at SCO although I've never stolen anything in my life. The screens are set up to detect missed scans and end up faulting even when you concisely and slowly bag your items. I personally wouldn't shop here unless you're all out of options.

Very very upset Your online website says 11 PM, I arrive at your store at 10: 37, I was told that your store now closes at 10. Should have better signs or at least changed the hours online. There was at least 30 of us at the door and was waved away

I recently had a shopping experience at Walmart that left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. As a loyal customer, I have always relied on Walmart for my household needs, but my recent trip was anything but pleasant.
Firstly, the store was in complete disarray. The shelves were poorly stocked, and many of the products I needed were out of stock. It was evident that the store had not been adequately restocked or organized, making it difficult for me to find the items I needed. The lack of inventory and disorganization made my shopping trip time-consuming and frustrating.
Secondly, the customer service was subpar. I had a question about a product, and when I approached a store associate for assistance, they seemed disinterested and unhelpful. Their attitude was dismissive, and they provided vague and unhelpful answers, leaving me more confused than before. It was clear that the employees were not adequately trained or motivated to assist customers.
Furthermore, the cleanliness of the store was unacceptable. The floors were dirty, and there was clutter in several aisles, making it difficult to navigate the store. The overall lack of cleanliness created an unpleasant shopping environment and raised concerns about the store's hygiene and safety standards.
To add to my disappointment, the checkout lines were long and poorly managed. There were only a few registers open, causing delays and inconvenience. The cashiers seemed overwhelmed and were not efficient in scanning items or processing payments, resulting in a slow and frustrating checkout process.
In conclusion, my recent experience at Walmart was disappointing. The store was poorly stocked, disorganized, and lacked proper cleanliness. The customer service was unhelpful, and the checkout process was slow and inefficient. As a long-time customer, I expected better from Walmart and will have to reconsider shopping there in the future. I hope that Walmart takes steps to improve their store operations and provide better customer service to regain my trust as a customer.

I was charged GST on purchasing Oranges. My understanding was there was no tax on food items, only on certain grocery items. When I asked the worker & supervisor, they both said there was always tax on food. Did something change?

This place is good the produce could use more attention as things are rotting on the shelves the washrooms are a bit dirty but over all a great place to shop. The pharmacy staff are slow and very rude.

I have been going to this Walmart for years and never had an issue until today. I went in to buy baby formula for my daughter and the boxes are heavy. I paid for all my items at the self checkout and put the receipt in my pocket as I had several heavy boxes to carry. On my way out the door monitors beeped. Sorry but everytime I have went to Walmart they always beep without fail. Nothing new. Anyway I didn't stop because no one ever asks for the receipt but the "greeter" literally ran after me screaming for me to stop and show my receipt. He basically accused me of stealing amd I was so upset I took the receipt out of my pocket and told him he could keep it as I was leaving. He proceeded to follow me out to my vehicle and he took down my license plate. I DID NOTHING WRONG. This person had no right to follow me to my car or take down my personal information. He wanted the receipt which I produced and all my items were accounter for. I was carry heavy boxes and had my mother in the car with my daughter waiting for me. This is absolutely unacceptable behaviour and perhaps it would be best to find someone else who has a sense of customer service for that position. Seems to me this gentleman is on a power trip and needs to be reminded he isn't security at the Louvre.

Always friendly staff. No Sandwichs to be found. All the fixings but no actual subs or sandwichs.

My Go to convenient grocery and almost everything else store. It gets busy at times but no where as bad as superstore or Costco in my experience

If I could give 0 stars I would. Staff in almost non existent and when you do find someone they are unpleasant and very unhelpful. I've had multiple issues with online grocery pickup including missing items and not willingness to help. Also the customer service attendant was pretty unpleasant on the phone like evrytime I've ever called them. This Walmart is super ghetto I'd rather go to St. Albert location.

Honestly only go here if u need something last minute. I would never buy any real food from here because they have horrible hygiene. People are constantly eating products before purchasing them and they put them back on shelves when they are done. Disgusting

Avoid online pickup. We ordered many times at this location and it always took a long time in the past. Now I ordered 35 minutes ago and still waiting for drop off. Edit: ended up waiting 45 minutes, our milk was crushed, and witnessed all other customers wait for way over 30 minutes.

I was at this location maybe a month ago and I experienced the worst costumer service ever. My sister and I used the self check out and we had one of the associates constantly hovering over us and reminding us to scan all of our items. It gotten too much that I had to call her out on it. She argued with me and told me its part of her job description to hover and to remind customers to scan their items. I then told her there are other customers (white) at the self check out too; and why couldn't she hover and remind them to scan their items. I have never experienced this amount of racial profiling in my life. I felt disrespected and embarrassed.

I want to take my headshot thru a professional photographer. She took my photo without editing or cleaning it up, then when i asked her, she said that she will charge me an additional for photo editing. Not a good service, thought they are professional but totally wrong! Regret and wasted my time!

While it’s nice to have a Walmart Supercentre in the area, this Walmart leaves a lot to be desired. Obviously, you can only judge it as far as being a Walmart establishment, but this particular store falls short regarding customer service and regular stock shortages. As well, because of where this Walmart is located, you’ll see your fair share of uncultured, generally trashy individuals at all hours of the day/night. We’re not talking ‘Clareview’ or ‘Abottsfield’ trash, but still trashy nonetheless. Also, do not expect much in the way cashier service past 10pm, as the staff pretty much checks out the moment 10 o’clock hits. If you have a big haul of groceries past 10pm, you’ll likely be ringing it up yourself at the self check-out.

I really do not like this location as they usually do not have most of my items in stock. Today they had some items.

It's Walmart, need a pan? Walmart. How about sneakers for sneaking? Walmart. Looking to eat McDonald's while you check out tvs? Walmart. Need a passport photo? Walmart. So on so forth. If you haven't been to a Walmart you should go. If you've been then why are you looking at reviews? It's Walmart they got it.

There is a cashier worker named Blake, he’s very good at his job and really helpful. He always puts a smile on my face. Everyone else is very nice as well but Blake has to be the best of them all. Thank you and have a great day.

Hit and miss at the phone shop. Had one employee tell me they don't sell chatr mobile minutes when i set up my phone there. The management had to help.oh and the first guy ignored me well on his phone for 5 min before i said something

If your trying to get passport photos done, don't expect to get it the same day you order online. I got my thank you for purchasing email and still waiting on the ok to come in and get my photo done. Have been on hold with the photo center for more than an hour. All they had to do was check if my order was in the system and let me know they have it and I should expect the follow up email soon. BUT INSTEAD I HAVE TO PLAY THE WAITING GAME BECAUSE SOMEONE FORGOT I WAS EVEN ON HOLD. REALLY? ! Not impressed.

So nice you have rented stuffy claw machines that don't work and made my son cry after he put his money in. Well done! Out of order with no sign. Also so nice you employees can't do their job, I shouldn't have to take pictures to prove prices in your store! If you work here I wouldn't brag about it.

I am not happy with this walmart, they are a disappointment and I will no longer be shopping here. They always seem to have policies on things but no one ever says anything or makes you aware. I would not have bought items if I had known I wouldn't of been able to return or exchange them. I am now stuck with $75 worth of stuff that they refuse to take back as i was not aware of the policies, It seems to be posted but only at customer service. They never post any signage or tell you anything, so how are we supposed to know. Not happy at all.

The cashier booths are limited, only one operating cashier booth for general public and too many self serve booths open. Need to open up more cashier booths for the public.

My mom had ordered her groceries from here thru online pickup and she wasn't able to go and pick them up so I went for her, they refused to give me her groceries even though i proved who i was that i payed and had my mom on the phone, they were quite rude and made a big deal out of nothing.will not be returning.

At 22 p.m, I went to this Walmart to return some things. Dana and the other lady who wore glasses and was very slim (I couldn't see her name) at customer service were very sweet and patient in dealing with my problem. They exuded a positive outlook and provided excellent service. Thank you, Dana, and the other lady at the check-out counter. Thank you to the management team for delivering excellent preparation to the whole team. This is my one and only Walmart that I went for shopping from now on. It's so wonderful.

Tried to order grocery delivery. Had to try several times using TWO different browsers. First browser (Chrome) assumed I was a robot so I switched browsers, then while using Firefox, my card was charged however I did not receive order confirmation. Walmart "customer service" is absolutely no help - I suspect I was calling India as the representative spoke with a very thick accent, so I called VISA to cancel the charge. What a nightmare. Never again. I ended up going to the store.

It's a walmart. The battery I was looking for was sold out and if it wasn't it would have been $25? !? !? !? !? A small price to pay for a working smoke alarm I guess.

Customer service is very inconsistent. The return/exchange policy is vague and very selective depending on the employee you talk to. Do you need a reciept? Do you not need a reciept? Who knows! 0/10 reccomend.

Attention Kmart shoppers just kidding this is Walmart I love this store replaces great service I usually go out of my way to go to the specific one as I know where everything is located highly recommended especially families with young children better not picky yet great prices and all their clothing food is okay and yeah just going to wanted to let everybody know what I felt about it

To all the customers that shop at walmart in edmonton the kids winter boot selection sucks. They have more running shoes then boots it November not June! It's nice and fair. The staffs however.some are trying to work, others are just waiting for their shifts to end so they can clock out. They hardly ever offer to help and when you ask, most are clueless and you get a response like "Sorry, I just stock the shelves" or "I don't work this stall, so I don't know how to help you" tragic

The self serve pay out is ok as long as you only have a few items, other than that not much good for till service.

Store manager doesn't care about customer service. Photo staff is untrained and gives customers misleading information.

Staff are always friendly and smiley! I love how they support the elderly who still wishes to be in the workforce. They have amazing deals and finds and most of the time their shelves are fully stock.

I have been shopping at this Walmart since it opened. I have bought all my Dr. Scholl's slip on runners here for years. I went today and the shoe section is a right mess. Empty boxes everywhere. Nothing organized. No shoes in their sections. Just random stuff thrown everywhere. This is how walmart will go out if business. I'm never shopping at this location again.

This Walmart is terrible! This is the closest location to my house and I have come here regularly the last couple months. Every time I come it has been a disappointment. The shelves are never stocked properly. There is merchandise all over the floor or in a jumbled mess on the shelves. I went to get some school supplies there and thought something was $3.49 turned out to be $7.89 at the till. VERY misleading. I have gone there for nail polish remover 3 times and they have never had it in stock.
Overall this Walmart is an absolute disaster for inventory, organization and cleanliness. I hate this location and recommend going to any other Walmart.

Went to get a key cut. Stopped at self checkouts to ask staff where the key cutting place was and she gave me this Kong excuse about how I should only get a key cut if the department manager is there so she had to call and see. I asked again if she could tell me where it was and she told me to wait. I finally wen to walk into store to go find it myself and she chased me calling me. I ended up leaving the store as she embarrassed me by yelling down the aisle for me to come back and listen to her. Is this what customer service has come to? Sam Walton would not be happy!

A poorly managed store that is way understaffed. Or is it that Wal-Mart is too cheap of a company to hire someone in each department? I have been here several times and have not seen anyone working in the grocery section. The shelves are empty, the aisles are a mess with items thrown all around, and be sure to check your receipt as the prices on the shelf don't always reflect the prices that you are charged. Pathetic.

Since they first opened a few years ago, not bad we are regular customers but the staff should be working like organizing messy shelves than to walk very slowly awhile working, chatting with other co workers, standing around. This store should be educating their employees to work not only do it when they feel like it. It's a mess and they need to do more focus on organizing skills.
