I don’t want to go to Walmart anymore because I can’t stand the robot that cleans floors. I have autism traits and the sound it makes drives my anxiety up. I can’t think about what I need to buy because the buzzing noise it makes bothers me. I don’t know if I’m the only one who’s affected by it. Why not set him on at night? Floors were already clean!

Happen to be in town while visiting a friend, had to stop by for my kids stuff and we unfortunately decided to go to self checkout. We tried being understanding and helping by going through self checkout only to have a lady keep an eye on me as if I was a thief! I understand the robbery part but constant cold shoulder watch is terrible! They should just get rid of self checkout! This wasn’t the first time I have experienced this at this location! It’s the asian (chines) lady with glasses! The tall french cut guy so annoying and pushing the mastercard! Like seriously! Let people just have a break!

Well my familey and I simce we canceled Disney plus, we are now on the hunt for Disney blue ray movies.and man oh man.does the vagerville walmart have a selection for you.wowzers they have a huge selection.not only marvel but others aswell.compared to other walmart.not to name names. I think that would be rude.but this one is Incredibly stocked up.even seasons aswell and of oldies.ones you don't really find easily. Hopefully they keep there stock up.thabk you for that walmart vagerville.

I am handicapped, I am totally in a wheelchair. I’ve never been treated so rudely. My caregiver went in to get a motorized cart, was rudely told could not take it outside, which we were parked right beside the store.
When I was leaving I drove the cart outside to get picked up. And was loudly and very rudely yelled at. It is hard enough for me to go out and to be so badly treated makes me want to give up on going out at all. She could of kindly told us their rules not for every customer walking by other customers where staring like I was a criminal.

The lady named Lisa at the photo Centre was extremely rude to me and my 5 year old kid this morning when we went in their for passport photos taken. She started with a grumpy attitude and gradually escalated to a extreme rude approach as we asked about clarification about size of the passport size picture they offer there since I needed this for a visa purpose and the government website strictly mentioned “ application will be rejected if it doesn’t meet size criteria for photos”
I didn’t want the lengthy application as well as the hefty fee to be wasted just because of wrong photo size. So, I have decided to double check it before they even take the photo. She started being frustrated and rude by my simple question regarding the size and specifications of photos that they provide there. I had no other means to clarify this other than asking the staff who work there!
Well I had to go through such an ordeal that I wish I never visited this place. She was keep telling she has been doing this for years and none came back because of application rejection etc. I wasn’t there to check her track record but to get photos taken and pay and go with my life. My kid kid started being upset seeing her behavior and almost started crying! She kept wandering around the desk murmuring some inaudible words. She then took the picture finally and threw it on the desk cutter with a tape measure. Well it was 3inches x 2 inches plus she made her frustration onto my picture by extremely darkening the photo! Well, I already have brown skin and I don’t know if that’s what made her upset and rude the first place!
She then literally threw the package of picture on the desk and took my payment and did not say a courtesy word for my earning my business.
I had a chat with Angad one of the csms in this regard and he agreed to have a word with her.
Well done Walmart Vegreville, some of your staff needs to be educated on simple customer service manners by all means. And I would say a bit more cultural awareness as this town has great cultural diversity.

A word, don’t put trainees with staff like Lisa. You will only gain bad skills.

Today I went in to buy a new set of dishes and the guy Jonah I think was his name, was really helpful and I love my new set of dishes. I will definitely go back as it’s the only place worth it in town.

I was heading toward Lloydminster and stop by this Walmart the customer service was great the associate ask for the help when I check out from self checkout at the host ask me for help and ask for the Mastercard she or he was very nice I never had customer service like this in other Walmart highly recommend

I called customer Service about a 75 inch smart t.v and to see of there is any available. I was VERY, VERY impressed and satisfied. I was transferred over to the Electronic Side. A Woman answered, she was very helpful, she even looked up the prices for me, she checked to see how many t.vs in stalk at that Walmart for me.
Not like Cold Lake Walmart. They kept hanging up on me and the customer service told me they couldn't help me with the electronics.

I very rarely shop at Walmart only for simple things, today I went in to get a few groceries and walked out with milk and total discuss. The cost of food has sky rocketed and to see something discounted to use the same day is a bonus but…. A container on lettuce for$3.95 that is so rotten on the bottom it is brown and looks like slime! This is what Walmart thinks there customers deserve? Definitely won’t be back to this store.

With no disrespect, but it is so very intimidating to use self checkouts! I’m not sure if this is at all locations or just here but you’re constantly being monitored as if you literally are a thief! So unfair when you’re being offered self checkout as there is only one cashier but than you’re dealt this way! If you don’t trust your customers with self checkouts why even have them? Just keep cashiers keep their jobs and keep your customers coming back! Very very disappointing! Not to mention the amount of times you’re being asked (forced) to sign up mastercard! Like good thing you’re doing your job well but can’t you recognize your regular customers who shop 5-6 times a week and deny it every Single time! AND YOUR WELCOME I DID YOUR CASHIERS JOB FOR FREE! Will never encourage anyone to use self checkouts! NEVER!

We were there the other day when the tills weren't working. Management was Very apologetic. All our groceries were taken out of our cart. Things that need to be in the cooler we agree with but we had to shop for everything all over again and missed a few items as we were now in a hurry.

The only reason i still shop here is because my cousin works here.they have THREE tills that can be manned, but choose to run a max of two, in order to push the self checkouts on people, which coincidentally take up 75% of checkout space.the front end manager also needs to learn what "NO" means and stop harassing people to sign up for the rewards card.all other employees take no as an answer with no problem.

I got a tv on sale it was a dud and they would only match the sale price and wouldn't exchange it for the same tv now off sale so had to travel over 100 miles to return it to Lloydminster then paid more only to have it a dud as well and a third tv also a dud another trip to Lloydminster so it cost me 600 in gas to have no tv from them but visions came to the rescue and delivered to my home a JVC tv for less and free delivery so do not buy tv's from Walmart

Good.but grocery shelves need to be stocked.
Seniors are very confused with the new self checkouts and not enough staff to assist. Even heard a staff member YELLING at a customer as he did not know what to do, and left his groceries and walked out.
Lots of empty spaces on the grocery shelves. People are going to end up going to No Frills, like I do.

It was the first times that I used the grocery online ordering and pick up option at Walmart. The communication with Walmart as to arrival time and pick up time was flawless. Every item was accounted for and no substitutions. The produce chosen was excellent quality and not bruised. The pick up was seamless and staff was very accommodating and friendly. Would definitely will use the Online order service again.

Everytime I go to Walmart in vegreville I always get asked for my receipts because I'm native and I don't steal stuff so I wait at the front to see if they do it to anyone else and nope just natives they check so I'm never going back to this racist walmart

Would recommend. Shelves a little lacking as of rn thanks to COVID trucker stuff going on, but fairly nice service. It’s a Walmart so generally it should have what ur looking for. Shoutout to that one male cashier, coolest kid on the block. Decent quality, decent price.

There are quite a few helpful & friendly/happy to help/smiling employees at this Walmart in Vegreville. We are new to the area, but have many trips to this Walmart, it's smaller than other Walmart's I've been to, but it's still a Supercentre so it essentially has mostly everything one could need. Karen who works at the Customer Service Desk, is exceptionally helpful & went out of her way to happily assist us, she is an awesome employee! (It seems very hard to get good service anymore.) 1 star removed because of the employees that make it seem like we are bothering them by asking for assistance or the employees where a complete language barrier makes it impossible to get assistance or the right information. My last shopping trip here was very frustrating to say the least, but it is one of the better Walmart's I have been to.

The elderly lady with grey hair and a stump stature greeting at Walmart is quite rude and aggressive! Quite embarrassing to have a staff member like this on Walmart's behalf.

Relatively new to town and since moving I've been a frequent customer of this store (come 1-2 times a week). Usually service is good and I leave satisfied. Today however was not like that. Not only was the pop isle sticky and gross (floor and products!), I had brought in a coupon for a free Nestea product. The cashier needed help inputting it into the till so she called over the customer service manager. The CSM then told me that my coupon was not valid because I was not purchasing 2 Nestea products. The coupon very clearly states "Buy a 12x341mL Nestea Lemon and get a coupon inside to redeem for any one of the following Nestea packs for free". I explained that I had purchased the 12 pack previously, cut the coupon out of the box, and was now back to redeem the coupon. The CSM then very rudely told me I was wrong, the coupon isn't valid if I don't purchase the 12 case on the same transaction as the free product, then shoved my coupon into the cashier's hand and told her to call the store manager as the CSM "didn't f**king have time for this". As someone who also works in retail I was completely appalled by how this woman spoke to me, over a coupon Nestea has been giving away for 2 months and not once I've ever had an issue redeeming.
