Terrible customer service. They’re really lazy to do their own job at assisting customers, once you remind them about policy’s regarding assisting customers they become passive-aggressive.

What is going on here? Are you seriously only hiring Indian people? All of the employees 30 of them including the security are Indians. Where is the diversity and inclusion? This is a sad.

This is one of the nicer locations. It's laid out great, and I've never had to wait super long in line.

While working as a delivery driver at Walmart, I've encountered racial discrimination. The grocery delivery waiting time consistently exceeds an hour, and despite staff assurances, orders aren't promptly prepared. There's a noticeable lack of concern for drivers. I recall waiting for two hours for a $25 order. What's particularly unfair is the observed preference for orders given to drivers of Indian descent, suggesting a deeper issue with the work culture, especially in this specific Walmart branch. It's essential for Walmart to investigate and address these concerns.

Last weekend I been in this location for get birthday stuff. I highly recommend this location.

Very often shopping there, (maybe 2 out of 3 times) there will be some kind of problem caused by their low iq staff. It wasted time to fix their problems and the staff will never ever take responsibility or apologize.

Toilet bowl. Filthy. HOT GARBAGE. Hey Walmart: Keep making billions but don’t bother cleaning your store floors and parking lot for YEARS.

Nice, large store. With ample checkout counters and self checkout. It's connected to mall and the paeking is underground.

I like this Supercentre as they have a bakery within, all kinds of fresh-baked bread, pastries at reasonable prices. Besides, there are quite a few self-checkout terminals that really help save time for people.

BEWARE of CHINESE garlic and ginger. I dont know why Canada is allowing Chinese grocery product. China have worst food standard.please check youtube and other post.

Really dirty and doesn't seem like there are enough staff to run the place. Lines are always long. Prices are good as other walmarts.

Well maintained and clean establishment, always mostly full stock on high demand items! Well done Management. Only down fall is that most of the time the prices are always on the wrong items.

9/10 times the curbside pickup for groceries at this Walmart location is more painful than sliding down a fifty-foot razor blade and falling into a bucket of alcohol.
Check your bags before you leave. Can guarantee eggs will be broken and produce will be of poor quality.

This is the store out of all in the area, the one that I see people always busy working, either stocking up or unboxing and are much more friendlier

WALMART doesn't know the meaning of fairness, equity and privacy. They know to take the money and use their customers!

The manager Jenifer Ashley is super rude, I don't understand how Walmart hires people like her, especially since the manager needs to have a good quality of customer service. She does not know how to treat people, she is disrespectful, she lacks values.

Need to work on better practices relating to alcohol sales. There are cut-off times where cashiers will no longer sell alcohol; however, lineups are long for these very limited registers, people cut in line and will bribe other customers to do so (which is not enforced by staff), and when alcohol cut-off times are approaching, they do not make an attempt to bring folks forward who have only have small amounts of alcohol to cash them out.

This week I had about 6 cans of beer, stood in line at 1 of the 2 alcohol sale registers for approximately 20 minutes or longer, and then was denied service at 10: 56 upon reaching the register. Recommendation: At least offer to bring people forward to a new register like other grocery stores when these cut off times are approaching. Not the first time this has happened, so not bothering to chance it again. FreshCo or Loblaws stores have better practices such as the one recommended, and are able to handle these demands better.

A total failure.double charged my credit card for half an order picked up in April.made 11 calls, spoke to many people.all employees lied and did nothing.call head office.nothing.worst company I have ever dealt with.

Overall I love walmart and whenever possible, I really try to get the items shipped directly to me so that I avoid the hassles of dealing with driving to the store, parking, finding the item and likely dealing with their (often poor) customer service. The staff at this location could be a bit better with their customer service in assisting clients. I saw a couple of frustrated shoppers waiting for their curbside pick up

People shop here because they have to… It’s Walmart, you know what you sign up for when you walk in here. Though it is clean and newly renovated.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN I CALLED THIS MORNING AND YESTERDAY AFTERNOON! THE GIRL GAVE ME SO MUCH ATTITUDE, I SIMPLY ASKED ABOUT THE NESSPRESO MACHINE AND SHE SLAMMES THE PHONE DOWN AFTER THE CALL.

I went to the walmart to pickup an air mattress for my new place as i dont have a bed.i was told i couldnt buy it in store because its non essential.you cant buy instore but u can online.but the people instore cant give it to me to buy instore but they can grab it for orders.anyways the managers were rude as hell

Been on the phone for 45 minutes waiting for someone to pick up a phone to pickup a mobile order. Don’t overbook yourselves like you have it’s ridiculous - I didn’t need groceries today but the fact that you told me they were ready for pickup and they are obviously not is completely unprofessional and embarrassing. Also your app for mobile pickup doesn’t allow you to check in which is equally as annoying. Figure it out.

3 stars only because, this location doesn't seem to care anymore about the ongoing pandemic, or maybe it's just the employees that don't.
No cart sanitation or cleaning, dirty dusty products on shelves.
This was a good location before, idk what's happened. Will update if and when things have been corrected.

After 10 pm you can get their whool cooked chickens for like 5$

Other then that we all know Walmart sources their products from sweat shops in China forced child labor.

The parking lot can be quite a bit to navigate since it's often full - lots of customers shop at this location. At times, the taxis that are here are not the best drivers in the parking lot. There is a good selection of items at this Walmart though and there are not many other Walmart locations close to downtown

he told me he doesn't know.what a horrible staff and horrible location to shop at!

This location is the worst and its terrible when after checking out and im going to my car the old man who sitting in the electric cart said to me you are so beautiful woman i act like I didn’t hear anything because my husband was coming and i dont want problems it’s shame of them to hire people like him rude.i think he’s name (roy) i will not go there anymore

Very big, neat and well organized store. Great produce, bakery and grocery section. They even have a Japanese store with reasonable price trinkets for the home within the Walmart. They have beer and wine but supplies are lower because of the covid 19. Overall a great Walmart

Went here recently and was appalled to see that carts are not being sanitized at all amid the COVID-19 pandemic. There is no separation of carts to show which ones are clean and which aren't. The person bringing the carts in is just adding on carts from outside to the ones inside. No cleaning witnessed. There are also no supplies at the door to allow you to wipe down the cart handles yourself. Not a very sanitary situation amid the pandemic.

My elderly mother with mobility issues is waiting outside in winter with a few other elderly. This is unacceptable when accommodations are not made for them. I would gladly wait to accommodate those with greater needs! Not okay!

Always do my shopping here, with line-ups due to covid I love the online pick-up service makes life so much easier

With the reopening of business in Ontario, I was in dire need of wipes, masks and gloves for my office staff. The idea was to be able to provide each station with its own wipes.walmart had them in stock, couldnt buy more than 1 tube. It is very difficult to get the right PPE for small businesses when giant companies ike walmart can limit and hoar all of them. I explained to the supervisor what was it for and if there was a way to make an order for the office, maybe even deliver them so they know I'm not lying. Not solutions at all. Today more than half of my staff will be going home since I cant seem to find someone that helps

This place can’t seem to get their act together. Why have they not added order online store pick up slots. It’s what’s needed to serve the community. Making people line up for so long before we line up to pay after we shop. It would be so safe to have more store pickup windows set up. You need to think from outside the store and look at ways like increasing delivery slots etc. You girls are usually much quicker at adopting your customers needs. Please address these issues!

Very disappointed at an employee of this Walmart, I asked for help and rudely replied " we are closed cant help"! And walked away. We were there half an hr before they closed! This wasnt the first time this employee was not helpful and rude, actually has done this before to me in a different situation! I'd like to speak to her manager, she needs to learn some people skills and act more professionally!

Computers cut off for alcohol sales at 10: 58. There’s only 2 lanes that you can buy alcohol at. Sometimes they make a “last call”, not today.

Have been coming here for years the renovated not to long ago and it definitely looks alot better. As always Walmart has a great selection of products and amenities. Great costumer service and unbeatable prices.

The best walmart in Toronto! Newly renovated and has great selections especially in the Asian aisle. Everything looks clean and bright unlike the other locations.

Good store. Pick service was quick and easy. Great that they ask if you want to keep a substituted item. Friendly staff.

Let me preface with, I do not go to Walmarts often. However since the SARS CoV-2 Pandemic hit they have been my go to option for grocery pick up and this location has made it so safe and so easy to do. Giant bright orange signs and spots letting you know where to go, friendly service each time. Great job guys!

This store is insanely busy today with long lines lasting up to 45 minutes. Peole here are overreaching to this virus scare and are being so selfish and leaving nothing behind for others to purchase. Walmart should set a limit

This is a large store, having a huge selection of products. I tried its order online and pick up at store service, which went well.

The online ordering process was smooth. In the morning, I was able to select all the grocery items that I needed and found a slot the same day in the afternoon to pick up my stuff. There was only one substitution, while rest of the items were the same as desired.

Being my first time to this store, finding the pick up parking spot took me a little while. The goods were brought to my vehicle promptly, and in closed bins. The delivery staff was courteous and efficient.

I will certainly use this service more frequently in future.

I use the on- line shopping option and it’s the best. The staff are friendly and fast. The parking is located conveniently in the underground parking near the entrance for the pick up. And even in store I can get everything I need when I’m looking for it. And I use the Fast Lane App and scan everything in my cart as I shop even the fruits (just weight them in the scale and it gives you a bar code) before I get to the Fast Lane. Scan my bar code and I’m gone. No hassle and No line up.

I like it, because I'm supposed to. They offer a large selection of decent products at a cheap price. They also price match everything. I suggest getting the flipp app.

Very helpful staff. Very clean building. They have everything you need! No milk tho 1% milk a few left. Great place to shop. Clothes, groceries etc fantastic! Recomend to all
