Great selection, very clean only thing a few clearance items had no barcode stickers/price tags & price checkers were taken down. However the Walmart app allows you to scan and check prices (pretty convenient). I'd prefer this Walmart over quite a few in my area

I had the most unpleasant experience.staff is very uncooperative and unhelpful and the worst is their manager Bindra. My father in law is also walmart employe and has an associate card that allows him to get a discount at the store. Since he has a leg trouble and my brother in law also had a fracture and could not bring him to the store, I decided to help him with his grocery shopping. Their manager literally snatched my father in law's associate card from me and forced my father in law to come to the store, which the poor guy came but then she decided that now she will only return the card to her HR. If it were to me, I would just sue her for harassment. While I was walking out, some other customers also complained about her being rude not helpful at all on other issues, acted like she owned walmart.

Worst location! Every time I schedule a pick up, I have to wait for an hour atleast. Then also when they get my order, there will be things which are not available in the store or misplaced by someone, but that item will be shown available on the walmart app.

Second time I see mice around the store. During the day in the middle of the grocery section. Store is often dirty and packages are open. Very disappointing

Never ever order home internet from their 3rd party.they will just do a hard credit check without giving you the product.

I wouldn’t even give a one star rating. I don’t know why do they have a phone number listed down when practically no one answers your call. Downright pathetic.

Worst customer service. Rude unsupportive staff. The floor manager is clueless. Associates hide from the customer and you don't get any help. Walmart @ Matheson, heartland should change the tagline to NOT Happy to help. Store run by people who do not at all represent Canadian culture and values. I had to wait for 1 hour to get help after running around after associates, the customer service manager on duty and others. I lost all my patience after I was told they can't help the customer. The customer service manager told he can't do anything if an associate is not responding to his call. Many other seniors were frustrated like me and complaining. They were not at all apologetic in their behaviour and got irritated with the customers who were asking for help. This happened to me on 13 Aug 2023. This location was my go-to store for my daily needs now wont go there ever. I won't take anyone's name here but if Walmart ever contacts me then for sure I’ll tell their names too. Worst experience ever. Avoid this madness for your peace of mind. I wasted almost 2 hours dealing with a bunch of unprofessional, untrained and unsympathetic teams at Walmart Heartland, Mississauga. It's a circus.

I’m called customer services twice the first time it rang for over 10 min and then someone answered and hanged up immediately maybe because he or she was annoyed because the phone was blinking. So I called back immediately and now I waited over 30 min and still no one is answering
Worse store ever

This Walmart Super Center has almost everything thing under one roof. Clothing for the whole family, housewares, seasonal items, groceries, baby, pet supplies, sporting goods, beer/cider and so much more. Also inside the store is an optical store, hair salon, nail salon, UPS store, mattress store and a McDonald's!

This is the Walmart I go to regularly, and it is bad in every sense of the word. Huge lines, always out of stock, and customer service is often rude and unhelpful. I have been going to this location for years, and I can say confidently that it is ten times worse than other walmart locations. I have many negative stories to tell about this place. If possible, go to a different Walmart if you don’t want to feel bad after shopping

Not working photo station, no notice sent to customer.

Ordered Passport photo from website, was able to choose the store at noon, but when I get to the store at 4ish afternoon, the store said photo is not available, if not working at least send me a notice so that their customer like me could've change another store ahead. What a waste trip!

This location is terrible for online orders. They never send out the ready for pick up emails unless you call them 3 or 4 times.

Dialed at least 8 times but didn't even connected to the ext 227 curb side delivery and not bothered to listen to the issue. At occasions other customer was connected, who was also interested to speak to the customer service. Date 30 May 2021 time from 4.00 pm until 4.15 pm. Ordered item, patio dining set furniture, have 2 boxes but received only 1 at the curb side delivery

I used their pickup service at heartland mall location 5 times. 2 out of 5 times, it shows my order is successfully picked up but I waited 15 mins and still no one deliver my order - one of them is today when it's raining heavily. I had to jump out of my car and talked to their staff 3 times to finally get my order delivered. If you want more details: I arrived and input my parking spot at 4: 03 pm. Order shows picked up at 4: 11 pm. I talked to the staff at 4: 20 pm and he told me to just wait. I waited 10 mins and asked again at 4: 30pm and he said he will make sure to bring my order. Asked again at 4: 40pm and he took a pic of my order number and name. Finally bring my order at 4: 53pm. And I'm later for my appointment at 5pm because of this.

3 out of 5 times, something is missing - either the entire item or the quantity is not correct. For example I order 3 bags of milk but only got 2 bags. Ordered 2 bags of bread but got none. I wish I was just exaggerating my experience but no, it's just that bad in this location. The only reason I'm still using their pickup service is because it's free and also I did have positive experience in other locations. I hope this covid 19 is over so that I can just shop at other supermarkets and don't have to use their pickup service again.

Nice and clean store in the morning hours, during off time easy to find parking and fast checkout lanes easily available. Very convenient curb side pickup parking, and service. UPS store inside the Walmart is super convenient for quick drop off. Parking lot is accessible from all surrounding roads.

I make an order online and then come to the pickup area and call the number they have posted. After a few rings someone answers and asks for my order number. I give the number and then I'm told to come inside and get it. So ummm what's the point of curbside then?

I actually love Walmart but recently few months back they removed price matching.if asked they said that the counters are busy while billing because of this. Walmart is a very vid store to purchase each and every thing and it is as usual busy always.if the cash counters are busy with lines you have to open all the cash counters but not only 3 or 4.every time I checked only few lines are open for billing.these days Walmart is not that much busy when price matching is removed.this is because it has loosen the valuable customers coming there to buy.
Each and every store is price matching but what happened to Walmart being a big retail store?
This is so bad and my only suggestion is atleast make a price match with some stores which are near. By or which are competitive store around by.

Honestly each store makes a price match with atleast 5 min stores located around it.day by day the customers are decreasing.

For the last two grocery order when opted for pick-up I have received two items which passed expiry date.
This happened for me continuously two orders. Now the situation is that every time I order I need to check all of the item and see if the expiry date is passed or not.
Walmart refunded the order, but if I missed to check on an item which is expired I might be consuming expired items

Very bad customer service. The guy at exit entrance right now very rude. Dnt know how to speak. Allowing some random people to go inside from exit side. And here we are waiting in big line on enter side to just drop a UPS parcel.

The worst customer service one can face is of this wallmart location. I ordered online a carry on luggage and I was assured to pick up next day, and now when I called to pick it up, I was told that your order is canceled and nobody bothered to send me an intimation regarding cancellation. I called customer support call center and they told me that your order is not canceled, but it is not shipped to the store.
I called again to the store and after putting me on hold, my call was disconnected after a hold of half an hour and then they are not picking up the phone.
I would never ever order again from wallmart as they are so unprofessional and discorteous.

Apparently these guys are not affiliated with the other Walmart s I scanned the price with the app for vegetables medley and it showed me 3.97 when I go pay it showed 5.97 they said we are not affiliated with the other Walmart's so what's the point having the app.scammers not shopping here again.

Please avoid the self checkout lanes. The lady working after 10 pm is very rude and has no manners. When asked for help she muttered something in her language and started shaking her head. I had a terrible experience today April 28.2021 around 10.45 pm.

I just picked up groceries today and I had a wonderful experience with one of the guys doing the deliveries! He had blonde hair and glasses, but was so fast and professional I was so impressed. Thank you so much! I will definitely pick up more using this method!
