Walmart Supercentre

It's hard to not give 5 stars based on one issue. This issue would gain a 1-STAR, but it's not just Walmart.
I was looking at the gabby doll house, late last week, and found the price to be $69.97.
Yesterday I went in and saw that they moved the dollhouse to the front door and marked it down $10.00. It's now only $69.97. In less than a week the price jumped $10.00, but good old walmart absorbed the increase for us.
SALES ARE A SCAM.
BE HONEST WALMART.

This is one of the nicest, most versatile, most welcoming, and cleanest walmarts I've ever been to. I live about 20 minutes away by driving and I still choose this Walmart due to how nice it is inside.

Not enough cashiers working so you are forced to use self check out and then they only have a quarter of the self checks outs available for use.

Huge shout out to a young man named David. He collected and helped me carry out a heavy purchase. He waited so patiently in the hot sun while I moved a stubborn car seat base. He helped me load the purchase. All the while he was so patient and respectful. It is awesome to know there are young people out there doing their professional best at their job! Shoutout to all the Davids! Thank you!

When I walked in there I was beat with a led pipe and set on fire twice because I put it out the first time

Bought a watermelon here, got it home and inside was completely rotten. I live 45min from here, I’m not driving back for 5 dollars. Called produce manager Amanda, she was nice enough to tell me “ it’s the luck of the draw” top notch manager material!
This store has went downhill so bad in last year. Even lettuce was all brown and looked horrible. This store is in need of a new manager

This is one of the best Walmarts I've been to. Having lived in Calgary near the 130th location, this one is twice as big and half as expensive. Mind you, Calgary overcharged for anything and everything they can, and things are much less expensive in Edmonton alone, but this location has now become our go to for groceries. It is a great Walmart. Clean, well kept, great staff, friendly and kind cashiers, it didn't disappoint!

Fast service greeters are friendly and willing to help self checkout is always moving hardly any wait times all around good service

The store seemed unorganized. Went there to buy receiving blankets because my baby granddaughter was born earlier that day. After at least a 20 minute focused search couldn't find. The distracted search, in baby girl stuff, I was finally able to find somebody to help me look. She couldn't find any either. After thanking her for her help, I did find some right where we'd been looking. No pink or yellow or green just dark blue and some weird sand color. Nothing cutsie like receiving blankets should be. But had to buy since they were needed.

Curbside pickup is good. Lots of stock. Very few substitutions when I order. Really happy with this location for general groceries.

We've been doing online pickup for a bit now and the amount of bags they use is insane. This order had 20 bags and 12 of them were for single items. You might think "well are the items different? " No. We had a separate bag for cream and a separate bag for milk. We had a separate bag for sliced chicken breast and a separate bag for smoke chicken breast. Those 12 bags could have been 2 easily, while still separating grocery types if needed. This is super wasteful.

More and more often you can only find the great value brand here. I know store stock shelves based on customer purchases but I think they are just pushing their own brands here. If you want name brand items go elsewhere.

Excellent shopping center. There is a vast array of products from food to clothing. You can find virtually find anything to suit your everyday needs.

The security guards here are a joke, ive both seen and heard of them falsley accusing paying walmart customers of shoplifting, and then calling and placing FALSE reports to the RCMP, leading to the arrests of said shoppers.even when the security camera footage is played back and clearly show that nothing wrong has happened.

Never can find anyone who is knowledgeable - always Walmart associates that wander around yet when you ask them a question “ like - where can I find running shoes” they have no idea (and the lady was actually working in the shoe area) pathetic, plus I found items to be more expensive (like laundry soap) than the Canadian tire! Also I bought Pokémon large tin (40$) and when we got home and opened it (plastic still on) there was NO HOLOS! Someone had taken them out! Sneaky sneaky!

Staff need more training. Friendly, but packing leaking donut package on top of $40 worth of greeting cards wasn’t the best choice. At least they accepted the return of the ruined cards.

Used to be a good place to shop. Their selection has gotten really poor, shelves are next to bare most of the time, can’t find help when you need it and they need more cashiers! When you have young kids and $300 worth of groceries to buy, those self checkouts don’t cut it!

No cashiers, they closed self checkout cash with no sign. (The lady working there had no cashier training.) No one at customer service where they then directed me to to make my purchase.
Not going to wait with people with a full cart to purchase one item. I'll probably never shop at this Walmart again.

The staff are awesome. There was a wonderful lady Melissa that went beyond to help me get what I needed. She was awesome

Usually pretty decent.the produce is pretty shotty mist if the time and the seasonal/holiday sections seem to stay empty for quite a while but besides that it's pretty good.

This close to Christmas & there was 2 cashiers. Line ups were terrible. Almost worth driving to the city. Good way to loose business. People were so upset waiting to pay for their items. Line up at the self check out as well.

How can I start. I'm from the Fort Saskatchewan 4H beef club and we are a group for members from ages 9-21. We focus on helping the community. Today we came to this Walmart to buy gifts to donate to Santa's Anonymous. Two of my best friends were going through stuff and had accidentally knocked over an empty box, then immediately, an employee came and ripped on them. Two of our leaders came to try to calm it down but the disaster continued. My dad (our general leader) came to talk to her and she began to say bad things, we left. I just can't believe that a woman named "Penny" could be so mean to younger children that accidentally knocked a EMPTY BOX over and then pressied to their parents and mentors.

I'll leave it short and sweet: Poorly stocked, poorly staffed, poorly.actually, just poorly. I come here out of necessity, not want.

Well stocked as usual at this location, great selection and helpful staff.
The Ft. Saskatchewan and Sherwood Park locations are the best in the Edmonton area hands down!

The staff here is brutal! I took a group of 4H kids here to spend a thousand dollars on Santa's Anonymous. Money that the kids earned. This lady (Penny) proceeds to rip a piece off one of the kids for accidentally knocking over an empty box. Two different parents went to the employee and apologized and both parents were yelled at. I understand that this is Christmas but there is no place for bad employees like this! Shame on Walmart and this is the last time I will ever come to the store
