Walmart Supercentre

Friendly staff. One of the most organized locations I've ever been in. (granted, it's Walmart. My expectations are low.)

Great store and service. Jonathan at customer self check out is nothing put amazing, kind and positive. Him and I shared a good laugh today. The past couple times I’ve been in there, he has made my day! Thanks Jonathan!

Always my favorite place to shop, I go there at least once on a weekly basis. My to-go for my anime posters and I always look forward to each month when a few new posters come in! It has a nice cozy vibe to the store especially since they added in the wood looking panels by the bread section! It's always a great time at the Cochrane Walmart!

Popped in quickly for few items. Greeted upon coming in and provided with direction to where some items may be due to not living in Cochrane. Due to current covid restrictions and my oldest not having a mask with us I had asked a younger fella if there where any disposable masks on hand. He kindly came back with a couple so we could shop carefully. Upon leaving stopped in the washroom to wash hands, bathroom could of been cleaner but all around the customer service experience was on par. Keep up the great work!

Ask for help from a girl that works here if she knew there door hangers were. She said this is not my department and walked away. She sis not even offer to help find someone who did work in the area or someone who might know.
The customer care on the floor here is horrible.

Walmart is a very fun filled store, great hangout spot, wish there was a large fitness equipment test section- would save me some on my gym membership. Otherwise this is an OK store, will bring my next wife to this store.

Just you regular old walmart. Nothing special in there that you didn't expect. Gave it 4 stars because the security guy at the front entrance gives off a good vibe.

This is a Big Shout Out to SHAWN who works in the Pharmacy as one of the Pharmacists! This man is Always kind, caring, knowledgeable, great at multitasking, has so much patience, and is the best Pharmacist I have EVER had the pleasure to know. Thank you so much for all that you do

Ordered 116 prints in 4x6 glossy. I got 3 emails saying that my order is ready for pick up, but every time i went there it wasn't. The fourth time i went it was finally ready, after 1 week. When i went there to pick up my order the pictures were printed in matte, not what i've ordered at all. I ordered the next set from Costco, 130 prints and they were ready the next day and glossy as ordered. I will not order photo prints from Walmart anymore.

They had lysol advertised as a 3 for 9 sale and when we got to the till we were told 1 per customer. They did not offer anything in exchange and the discount on the product did not go through because I was not able to buy 3.
Went to the customer service desk to compain about it and the person was not really caring about it until I pointed out that it was false advertising which is illegal and then she ran to the aisle to "look" at the sign but yet no additional offer to right the wrong was presented to me. Was told it is what it is.

Has enough checked their online prices for santizing items? Talk about price gouging! Really Walmart! You just lost a customer.

It was a long wait at customer service where they have the Western Union. I filled out the form to receive money and when I was finally helped, the rep continually asked if I was sending money. Then made a point of triple checking my information which was being entered incorrectly.

I went to get some personal items and was very thankful it was not busy in there. I was helped right away by a very pleasant cashier.

I made an online order through the photocentre and received an email once it said it was delivered and signed to the store. Drove out 2 hours roundtrip to this closest Walmart to only have an employee who was NOT trained enough who lost the item and was no help at all. About a week later they finally found it and compensated for our troubles. It was really frustrating but i appreciate how management handled it, thank you.

The usual Walmart experience. Smaller store compared to others in bigger cities. Normally long line ups and no self check out.

The store is open til 10 pm but the staff from electronics department go home 2hours before. There were people in the department but they just walk past me didn't get help with anything. Should be no star

Very well maintainted and staff was supportive as well. The location is easy to find and at prime location.

Doesn't deserve to be called a Supercenter, falls way short of those parameters. Short on selection of goods and variety.

Clean, friendly staff albeit not always the most helpful. A standard Walmart but usually well stocked.

Definitely had a few bad experiences with the service department, the service department is also the least friendly staff i have ever seen in a Walmart before

This is such a nice place to shop country hospitality super friendly staff (in a nice way) great produce the produce guys really know what they are doing here.

Decent store but we went 30 minutes after opening so a lot of the products were not out yet. We would have come later but that was the only time we could so not so great for an early morning shopper.

Best asset is the front tellers. Nice store but not very well stocked and they tend to run out of the same items over and over again and it takes forever for the new stuff to come in.

Lived in Cochrane 3 years and this place is going worse!
Shelves are bare. Spoke to a couple of managers but nothings ever done! Went for 6 items yesterday and left empty handed.had to go to safeway.
I'll try again next week!

A nice Walmart, not a Supercenter but big enough for everything you need. The only reason for 3 stars was because there weren't many checkouts open and the few that were open had at least 6 people in each line, making it a longer than needed shop.

This place is tidy & well organized. Staff is friendly & helpful. Full selection of items for every area of the home. Clothing & accessories for everyone in the family. Most things are priced very competitively.

No men's clothing section, no toques in February, no scarves at all. It's winter in Canada, but Walmart isn't selling winter clothing except for Christmas themed clearance garbage

Lots of summer toys and water guns, but no winter necessities.

Might as well shop in Cambodia

For a small town Walmart, this place does pretty well keeping up with it's big city counterparts.

Greeters are friendly, staff are helpful, pharmacy staff are incredible. The one thing I'd love to see improved is keeping high demand items in stock.

The pharmacist Sean is always very helpful. Outstanding service with smile. Our family would love to go to the pharmacy in Walmart!

I'm rating based on our camping experience here. We stayed one night in the camper. Very noisy on a Friday night! Lots of youngins with LOUD exhaust! Not recommended on a weekend. We bought a few things in the morning.typical average walmart store.apathetic staff, huge selection of child-made clothes and house-ware products, and average quality produce.
