I don’t need the “Greeter” gossiping to me about the stupidity of management every time I come in there. I go there to shop, not be a counsellor for unsatisfied associates. I think head office needs to be made aware of the horrible management practices at this store. Customers want to get in and get out without a hassle.

The walmart is a set of stores all over the country and have a wide range of products from clothes, toys, home decoration, kitchen items electronics, groceries, the aisles Re marked so shopping is easy.a really wide range of products.
While checking out there was a till which said cash, the staff told me to do a self chkout bill nearby, so I started mada a few mistakes and these have to be cancelled only by a staff, so was surprised that they were so patient.

We made a pick up order and it was not ready. Was set for 5 to 6 showed up at 5 was told to wait till 5: 30 and the called them back and was told another 15 mins then called them back at 5: 53 and was told another 30 mins HOPEFULLY. We asked for r money back this is Ridiculous they need to get new staff or find a manager that can manage things properly

Aena from deli was very rude she does not know how to talk with customers and store manager should look into it myself worked in Walmart we never tolerated anything like that so please take a look

Just to let people know that if you cancel a grocery pickup order online, they will withhold your funds for up to 2 billing cycles. What if this is the only grocery money some people have. Then what! I found this out the hard way and ended up having to go to the food bank. Horrible policy.

I’m really upset they changed their hours, 11 or 12 is ideal. People work and can’t always get there before then. So disappointed. I’ll have to start going to superstore. Also I bought a TV for my daughter and when I opened it the screen was broken. They luckily exchanged it for me. Still frustrating though. They need to be more careful when moving electronics.

Walmart Grande Prairie is the most Filthy disgusting most unorganized Walmart I've ever been to. Price tags are always wrong, that's if there are price tags. Never any stock. Extremely Rude employees. Always a line up even with 30+ self check outs which only 5 are ever open. Did I mention the place is filthy disgusting inside. We stopped going here couple years ago and would drive to Peace River as they have a nice walmart.needed something in a pinch the other day and thought what the hell its been a while. I didn't think it could get any worse.surprisingly it did. I don't understand how walmart could allow a store to be like this one

People trying to exchange things in customer service shouldn't haven't to wait for people just checking out groceries. Staff should send people just buying groceries through an actual till so customer service can go quicker. 15 minutes to wait to exchange one item I'd actually ridiculous.

We online shop with walmart every week because it's one of the lowest prices. We always use online pickup because it's usually convenient. Every Saturday lately it always appears to be short staffed and it looks like walmart can't keep people. I tried calling into customer service the store and they didnt even answer. The last time I was in there was 4 employees standing at the self checkout talking about breaks. Poorly managed and can't keep/schedule staff i guess?

They don't honor their online prices can buy the exact same tent on their website for $70 less than what their in-store price is.

I bought this little 32" Hisense smart tv for 198$ from Walmart Canada app. FedEx delivered it I was very happy with the price and it only took 3 days.

A super busy store always. You could find pretty much anything you want, from produce to clothing to even home goods.

I prefer using the self check out lane. The staff are warm and welcoming. Their products are generally cheaper than competitors. They carry large selection of just about everything.

Hubby and I went to purchase a tent, took a picture of the pricing as the lack of pricing over in that section is horrendous get to the till scan the tent we wanted to purchase and it came out a different price. The attendant then started arguing with us right from the get go. Went to check the price and even with picture proof from us and her going to check it out she still continued to agree with us. Then she went to get her supervisor and the supervisor then came in all hot and heavy, very rude and condescending accusing us of being the wrong. When all we did was grab a tent not our fault you don’t have your prices laid out correctly.

Come on Walmart DO BETTER, and HIRE BETTER!

We ordered a Pit Boss Charleston barbecue. It was due to arrive on the 23/03/2023, however, it did not arrive. We were told to wait for a few days, but it still did not arrive, after talking to customer services we were told that the vendor selling the item was not answering calls or emails. We were later informed that our item is being dealt with and we were to wait 2 to 3 days as a case had been generated concerning our non delivery. Over the next two weeks i called Walmart on three separate occasions, only to be told three different stories. Today i received an email stating that they are reimbursing my money, but it could take 2 billing cycles, which i believe is two months! I would never recommend Walmart for online purchases ever, the customer service is diabolical, they are very hard to understand, which makes the whole process a nightmare! Don, t buy online at Walmart!

Felt like I was a wanted prison being followed by a pair of security guards, then I got stopped at “customs” and was requested to provide my receipt after spending 200$ on items

I was in the Wal-Mart in Grande Prairie today, February 19th, 2023 at 12: 32pm. I exclusively shop at this location due to the lack of options we have here in Grande Prairie. I have become accustomed to the way this Wal-Mart is run operationally and know that when I see something that is "too good to be true" I take a photo of the object with the price tag just in case it doesn't ring up correctly. This has happened to me enough times that my camera roll is full of Wal-Mart tags. Normally there is some pushback from the cashiers, today however, the cashier gave me such a bad experience I left all of my groceries behind. I wanted to buy a Starfrit Rock pan. The tag on the shelf clearly shows $19.97, the pan rang up at $29.99. I showed my photo to the cashier and she immediately refused to price match. She said the tag expired in November so wasn't going to honor the price. She expected me, as a customer, to know this information. Why would I know this, I'm not sure. Why would I assume that the price isn't as ticketed I'm also not sure, though I have become used to this. I would also like to be clear, I was not even asking for Scanning Code of Practice which would have given me the pan for $9.97, I simply wanted the price to be matched as advertised. Why does Wal-Mart expect their customers to read the fine print on every tag prior to purchase? Why does this Wal-Mart have such a broken process with their operations that regular customers KNOW they have to take photos of items they purchase with the tag? The cashier was policing a non-existent policy in a very rude and aggressive manner, which is completely unacceptable. She treated me like garbage for the stores mistake! It was not my fault that the price tag hasn't been changed and yet she spoke to me as if it was and I was absurd for expecting to pay the price that was on the shelf! It was a terrible experience overall, that cashier was horrid to try and work with. She was blonde with blue fading.

Well how disappointing I got my daughter a tv for Christmas just brought it over to hook up today and low and behold my daughter says great my tv had a dent on the back we thought let’s plug it in and just see. Well we did just that and it’s destroyed. Keep in mind we just opened the box.

We packaged it up and brought back to Walmart in grande prairie they were going to exchange it until I went to the back and realized they had no more. When asking if they could do an in store credit the manager than came out and said no it’s past the 30 day return window with or without receipt. I explained that my return window meant my kid would have to open her gifts Christmas Eve cause I bought it Black Friday November 25. The manager then said yes we have a 30 day policy.

Never shop at Walmart ever again

I wish i could give negative stars. Literally caught employees changing prices on customers to a higher price. And employees opening boxes. Just sad really. Also that old lady greeter in the wheelchair thinks the wal-mart is area 51 asking to see recepits even when no alarm goes off like if you that concerned about people stealing shut down the self checkouts and go back to normal.

Tried calling multiple times and they did not pick up, employees aren’t helpful either in store nor on the phone!
