Walmart Supercentre

I got a ps5 controller from this place a few days ago came home opened it turns out to be an xbox 1 controller there in it's place so I called to inform them about the issue they basicly called us a scammer and that they never resell previous bought items
The next day when we brought it back to find out someone did previously buy it before us and returned it trying to be sneaky walmart put it back on the shelves as new and to make matters worse they still were going to refuse to relace it and or give us our money back we did get our money back and a sad excuse for an apology
I highly recommend you open anything up infront of them so you dont get scammed or treated like a piece of garbage

A tall brown man with black glasses jeans and a black sweatshirt no vest or tag and an Indian short woman in a yellow vest stole $9.00 of my money charging me full price for a Christmas bath bomb snowman item on sale after x-mas check your recipes carefully don’t believe the check out helpers! THEY STEAL! It’s happened more then once sadly im extremely careful now and count everything dollar for dollar I HOPE THE STORE MANAGER SEES THIS! Unfortunately i lost my receipt or i would have went back and made a scene because they were so rude and ignorant to me! BE CAREFUL!

Customer service picks up the phone then hangs up immediately. They need to be replaced with people who do their job

They need to train there employees everytime I go into this store they have no clue what they sale or how to do anything. Pathetic

They don’t have anyone to answer the phone at Customer Service apparently. I tried calling because I accidentally left something behind and got hung up on three times without actually speaking to anyone. The 4th time I tried I gave up after it rang for 6 minutes straight. I can’t just drive back because I use transit so now I’m out the money I spent on that item all because nobody can be bothered to answer a phone. I’ve also basically been accused of stealing twice because I had a wagon with me with stuff in it from Costco that they don’t even sell there.

This grocery store has to be one of the absolute worst in the city! Their produce section is always filled with mouldy fruit and vegetables covered in bugs. I felt itchy leaving the store today. I complained at the store and no one took me seriously so I have put in a complaint with Edmonton health food inspectors, so let’s hope they do something about it! Gross!

They close and lock there door 7 min early. And when you call customer service they let it ring 3 times pick up and hang up. What terrible customer service. Went to superstore just down from there and had no issue going in and out before 10 pm

I was buying stuff for my girl such as clothes, personal hygiene, and other things peacefully because school just started. I took my time to pick the right sizes and to pick the things that she need. It took me more or less than 2 hours to decide so I decided to go home around 3: 30 cause I thought I was done. I came back around 6: 30 p.m. Because I forgot to buy some other stuff. All the sudden one of the security confronted me and saying “hey’ I notice that you’ve been here for few hours now. Is there anything you need. ” with a judgement voice coming out from his mouth. Looking at me like I am a theft.

I spend dollars to buy my girl stuff that she needs and I shop here a lot. However, what I got from you was judging me because I stayed for a few hours? Come one, that is really insulting. Really really insulting.

There is a better way to approach people and not like that.

LIke any other walmart, this was a great location stocked with any and all essentials you could need for your home. There was plenty of produce, food, canned goods, dairy product, sweets, bread, etc, as well as clothing, seasonal items, crafting supplies, shoes, magazines and books, beauty supplies, etc.

Walmart calls this the Londonderry store because they can't read a map. This store is in Clareview. There's no Walmart in Londonderry.

Cashier are not well trained.when i want use gift card.they always dont know how to use gift cards.she did 'nt try secend time.which customer waiting behind me they have no issue.but she always give expession like am taking too much time.its second time i wanna use visa gift card but she dont know how to use.she said " you dont know anything in card". My card is 50$ doller but she trying with full payment". She messed up.

Only complaint is they only ever have 3 tills open it seems. Trying to push toward self checkout by limiting staff at busy times.

Everything you need you can get here you need a new shirt you can get that you needed a bag of cheese you can get a bag of cheese you need a new pair of shoes getting a pair of shoes and you two steaks you can get a sticker TV anything is here and everything end of the great price

Hangs up on phone calls. Don't waste your time. Closes early. Treat customers like garbage. The worst walmart in canada

Great customer service, the employees are friendly towards kids and understand that they can be loud.

They just do NOT have the selection of kids stuff that they used to have. The staff is great, but the selection is sub-par with pricing that is highway robbery. People, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Customer service is horrible rude and ignorant cashiers acting out like they something else secret shoppers don't stop following u and harassing u gets really enjoying. Makes u not wanna shop there

So crowded. Need another store like this one in this area or Abbotsfield again. Too many people line ups at McD's, at check out, in parking lot. The exit. Wow!

Great always stocked. The produce could use some more maintenance but it’s really good fast cashiers amazing pharmacy workers

Decently stocked. Staff isn't overly helpful or responsive. Biggest issue is they don't enforce mask mandates. Every visit has 2-6 people clearly not wearing masks/not being removed from the store.

Empty shelves like usual. They never had any kettles left in my price range and the staff didn't know when they would have more.

I experience partial behaviour in Ecommerce. It's all waste to work in Walmart. No one gives you respect and for the students it's horrible. The managers didn't listen you at all and they don't take any step against any wrong behavior. It's horrible to work their but for the students they have to for their living. I recommend no one to work there. There is no equality in walmart. Managers give long breaks to their frinds and set free to do anything but on the other hand the hard workers do the work all day.

Staff are very knowledgeably of where the the items are and they are curious towards the customers.

I was there to service toilets, and man, those are some seriously abused toilets. Just people being petty, really, but the manager was helpful, the cleaner guy was on point! I forgot the name, but he was committed to service excellence.

Was a bit busy but didn't have to wait long in line, I haven't been to this location for a while so it had a new look very open spacious bright.luvd the new look! Great staff

I have decided to stop shopping at walmart. Employees are rude, security does racial profiling, too much security in fact. Feels like they have more security guards than customers. They have a note saying “please have Proof of purchase ready”on the exit.feels like a prison.they harass you in all directions.
Superstore is on average a few cents more expensive in prices, but superstore offers more dignity and respect to me as a customer.
Any other place is better than walmart actually. Save on foods, sobeys, safeway.etc.

They are a big chain store. To many self services and not enough cashier I don't work there and I am not going to use self check outs.

Not bad the shelves were full last time i went there they wear switching everything around but we wear in and out cause we found what we wear looking for thanks

I've seen that the store have the cheerio cereal on sale and nobody knows that it contain round up glyphosate toxic exposure ingredient weedkiller that is to high concentration for human.check it out.

Waiting over a month for vibrating exercises machine called walmart they never answer the phone last time i got through said in was in transit that was three weeks where is it not happy with walmart

This location renovated and is now one of the most organized and esthetically designed Walmart store that I have been in.

This store is really cleaning up but shame on you for not allowing tellers i was there today had to go to parking lot retrieve my own cart thsn had to wait in line cause you only have two tellers working im embarrassed for you and will nsver shop your lication agsin

Wow really rude staff. Walmart is definitely not the helpful store it used to be. No wonder they can't get BBB accredited.

I am only giving five stars because of two of your staff members who every time I run into them at the store always offer help with a smile on their faces and answer my questions in such a cordial way I begin to wonder why are the rest of the staff members terrible at helping customers or answering simple questions such where I can find a product without being condescending. The second staff I did catch her name from the name tag, she was way ahead of me sorting my inquiries.

Place was filthy and to make matters worse my friend and I who are black were clearly followed by several plainclothes loss prevention workers both times we visited this sad excuse of a store.

I purchased xbox gift cards which were not properly activated. They are refusing to reimburse me. I would not recommend buying xbox gift cards there. It won't let me give zero stars.

I went to the bakery to get a birthday cake and the lady that I talked to was so rude and ignorant she just yelled at me the hole time and when she realized I was recording her she acted nice like nothing happened.

I would not even give 1 star to this walmart. Worst service ever got. Price on flyer says something and in store its different and when i asked for item which is on flyer and CSM said no its not on sale. Really flyer still shows its on sale till 24th march.

Waited from 1 till 2 30 on hold for a stock check for 1 item kept on hold till another customer answers and wants to complain. I'm on hold so long I actually go to the store and wait at customer service in person and on the phone with the other customer also left on hold then connected to me.
Managers were paged at least twice but no response. I go looking for my item and find 3 managers in one of the aisles. Why they didn't respond to customer service is the exact opposite of the blue board posted at customer service saying IMMEDIATE service.

If you have ever seen the movie Escape From New York then you are prepared for what awaits you in the Clareview Walmart.

A big screen above the entrance welcomes you stating it is recording as crowds of people rush in. Some appear to be right out of the Mad Max world. It is chaos.

Shelves of For Sale items are more empty than a Moscow store in 1960s Soviet Russia. Some areas seems blitzed out and disorganized. With the added charm of security, sectioned off areas, one way security gates, and the video monitors and security camera everywhere it really has an Orwellian look about it.

Sadly anything on sale or decently priced is devoured right away, so not really a sale if the item is not in stock. More stock should be brought in of popular items but they are not.

This Walmart location im on the fence about. Usually has what I need however the place can feel dungy to say the least.

Staff was friendly while keeping the appropriate distance from me and babe. There was security by the tills managing the traffic flow. Watch out for the public though, they will push right past you. Also, the McDonald's is open but for take out only.

Why a black person is a target of security? Why they followed me in the store while I am shopping in fact I spend 350 dollar in the store even worst on the cash out. Very disappointed and disgusting. Not going back again.

Not happy with the service. I purchased online during cyber Monday thinking that I got a better deal. When I came to the store yesterday, I saw that instore has better deal knowing that this week there is actually no event going on, it is not Christmas week yet.
By the way, i ordered an instant pot duo crisp and paid 129.99 during cyber monday, and yesterday in store it was 99.98
All I ask is for a price adjustment, the thing too is that I will receive my order on December 20. So it will take a month for me to get my purchased online. The customer service suggest to just cancel my order which I did. And will not buy the instant pot at walmart too.

This is my go to Walmart since I live close by. The store is pretty big and usually has a lot of selection. Things are often out of stock and don't come back into stock for a while. I've had a lot of issues at this Walmart from employees. None of them really seem to care about customer experiences and that's pretty sad in and of itself. I shop here a lot less often now because of how confrontational the staff have been to me when I made a simple mistake.

It’s usually a great place to shop when it’s not so busy.customer have no regard for social distancing. 3 points for having clear directions for social distancing on the floor down the isles (which no one follows). When you get to the checkout, there are cashiers guiding you to the shortest possible line up (which is still very long). Three cashiers stood by the clothes section chatting instead of jumping on a till and getting rid of the crowd. When I finally got to the cashier she seemed tired cause clearly she’s overworked. They don’t clean anymore after each customer and don’t accept tap in these modern times. Plus it would probably be better with covid on the rise to have tap payment options since they don’t bother to sanitize.

It's a good place to Shop they just about anything that you could head. And the Staff is Great.

Very dirty place always out of stock and people that work there are so rude all the time honestly if you don't like your job don't go to work and make everyone else miserable

I was really disappointed yesterday when I went to this Walmart. I forgot my loonie for the cart in a different bag, so I asked customer service if they could lend me a cart; they refuse. They told me that they did not have 'a key'. I found that odd as I have seen other people do this before in the past. I guess they assumed that I was going to do something dastardly with the cart I wanted to borrow.like purchase items (*gasp!). I decided to leave and do my grocery shopping elsewhere. You may wish to do so as well unless you make certain to bring a loonie for their very precious carts.

Pretty decent.found the summer seasonal and bike accessories always to be poorly stocked through summer months

This larger Wal-Mart just has more variety and open until 11pm. School supply season currently and advertised items are great deals. They will price match usually.

Pleasurable shopping experience, very hit and miss on certain food items toward end of day shopping. Opportune timing i find between 2100-2300hrs. Minimal amount of shoppers, with self checkout on both ends of registries however only one end open dependant on amount of shoppers. For myself is was fast and easy the way i prefer to roll, PEACE, keeping it real.

It's Walmart, my expectations are usually low, however, now it's going to Walmart during pandemic times. My only gripe is, they weren't cleaning the self checkout machines after each customer. Other than that, that has lots of products for affordable prices.

This location is huge with a very large selection of products probably one of one of the bigger Walmart stores. Lots of parking out here but it does fill up pretty fast over all a good location!

I don't like how they stick pallets of products all over the store before closing. It make manoeuvring hard and adds extra stress to customers

Store stock doesn't match website, I went to the store and it doesn't have what I was looking for. Also, when I tried to order online to pick up at the store, there was one incident where they were searching my stuff for 30 minutes and realized the order was not fulfilled. A lot of unnecessary waste of time.

Great place to do my neighborhood shopping folks! Others think it's to hood but they scared. Funny they just wait your neighborhood will get older just as clareview and need I say more.
