Walmart Supercentre

Very great experience due to one of the customer care individual Santosh Arora. As i walked in couple of times but no one is able to solve it before that quickly but she did a great job and also made my day great.

Friendly staff and nice store. Not much variety of organic food /jams. Does not match the price. They used to, but now they don't but they should be doing. So I don't like that about Walmart. Lots of clothing selection for kids but sometimes you still don't find what you are looking for sadly. I didn't even find the toothbrush I was looking for. There was one brush which was priced at $14.99 and I bought the same one from superstore for $9.99, same day so walmart has ridiculous pricing, not sure why! Small pack of fresh turmeric was $7 which was very expensive. They have McDonald's inside which is with most Walmart stores amd that is the good part. Grabbed up a cup of coffee after shopping. So in all an average experience.

I highly don't recommend Walmart's grocery pickup service or ordering online with Walmart. They seem to have no ability to know if something is in stock online and the grocery pick up also depends on their website. I ordered a grocery pickup on May 1st because I needed 3 hampers right away and added a few groceries to make it worthwhile for the trip. Everything was in stock according to the website when I ordered. My pickup was the next day at 1 pm and I left the house for another errand at 12 noon. When I got there the Walmart employee informed me that the hampers were out of stock and he handed me a bag of groceries saying sometimes the website was wrong. When I got home I saw that Walmart sent a message to me at about 12: 45 pm just before my pickup when I had ordered in stock items the night before. So the next day, I still needed the hampers and ordered them online with 2 types of cat food, and cat litter which the website said was all in stock. Now 3 days later for no given reason Walmart has cancelled all of my order. I find this very strange, and will never order anything from Walmart again.

Old lady in the toys worked so hard, clean the whole toy area by herself honestly should get a raise, everytime i go to walmart she is working in the toys cleaning think her name was pam? Maybe but defiantly give her a raise!

So many carts has no bucket that is not broken. How can i keep my child bucket in if there is no bucket for him to hold him safely.

People are going into Walmart without masks! Even if they say they have a condition that exempts them from wearing a mask then tell them to send someone else to do their groceries or to do a curb side pickup, instead of putting us all at risk like that! How selfish

Cleanest Walmart I’ve been in, in my life. Every other Walmart should use this place as an example.

I really don't understand the obsession with their self checkouts. I will only go to a cashier and I would think Walmart would be a lot more community minded by hiring more cashiers rather than the tens of thousands of dollars they have spent to eliminate them. It's bad enough that when they ask you to give to any number of charitable organizations they are basically only looking for the tax exemption. If you notice they then take credit for donating not mentioning that it was their customers money. Not impressed.

No reusable bags I understand being out of certain products but they have no reusable bags for purchase so I have to buy plastic bags

An above average Walmart with helpful staff. Has most of what you could want, including a McDonalds.

3 cashiers on a Saturday at 5: 00.trying to force shoppers to use the self-checkout.alot of disgruntled shoppers

Great selection and prices there are always really awesome sales and you can get nice things for cheap. They have a huge selection of groceries that you can usually find for cheaper as well. I would suggest bringing your own reusable bags from home as some walmarts have now stopped using plastic bags. Other than that it is a great walmart and I will be back

It's Walmart. You go in for one thing but end up leaving with that plus others. Nothing else to expect. Everyone is happy though that works there and with that being said I ended up in conversation with one of the managers on the floor and a cell phone assistant. We were joking and getting things done.

2 hours later and we didn't even know where the time went. Probably the most pleasant Walmart one ever been in.

Walked into Walmart "Supercenter" looking for a basketball for the kids and I. Ended up finding some but they were all deflated. Asked 3 different people if there was any chance I could get a quick top up of air before I left. Not one of them was willing to go out of their way to provide assistance. In fact they did the opposite and could care less about the entire situation. Come on Walmart I use to think highly of your establishment, not so much anymore.

Lady from service that it's her job to actually help. Was very rude and refuse to do anything to even try to help me. Told me that online was wrong. For the product that they said they have in store and she knew everything and she knew that it was sold back in January. All I asked her to do a check on the computer to see if they have some in stock like the online says and she refused. She said she cannot. When they have done it for me many times before

Neat, clean & less crowded! Little better customer representatives as compare to south common Walmart

Very rude employees, NOT service dog friendly; you will be bombarded immediately for paperwork (which is NOT allowed to be asked for in any businesses) or stared down until you feel unsafe. Hes there for a reason don't rush at me.

They need to get on the bandwagon and get self checkout tills. Dont carry nearly as much variety as the South Common location. Prices are also higher for certain items compared to SC

The greeter and the security guard were really helpful, and the lady I spoke to about getting a cart for my large tv not only got me a cart but helped me to my truck and helped me load it into the back.

Mark from the auto dept.was amazing! Would HIGHLY recommend. I believe Victor was the manger on duty? He was amazing as well. Great prices + knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Trying to print a picture I could not get photo app to work on my samsung s9 however it worked plugging phone in.

Today, I called to customer support service receptionist in this location to see if the item I was looking for was still in stock. They rudely told me that there were not anymore in stock and said that they don't know when the shipment would be and told me that they will transfer me to the next representative. HOWEVER! They transfered me to a "CUSTOMER" instead of a representative. So unprofessional.

The Walmart is fine and everything but the customer service receptionist really need to be sorted out properly.

Awesome, no line ups. Everything I needed was in stock and found some decent clearout stuff.worth the extra 10 minute drive.

Nice, clean and well-stocked. The associated were helpful and really on the ball. Haven't seen a Wal-Mart like this in a while. Bought baked goods and they were nice and fresh. Kudos to the people there.

Merchandise is well laid out with a wide selection of clothes and food. Lottery kiosk conveniently located in the store. Friendly staff but i did notice a large new section with self check out stands not in use as of yet. I am not a fan of selk check out.i prefer to talk to a staff person and i think people rely on these jobs so am concerned about the direction walmart appears to be going in.

Friendly staff, one stop shopping for all your needs. Stop here regularly even for just a few things.

Started out a bit lost as I wasn't in 'my' store; lay out of store was reversed to what I was used to. Took a deep breath, found first item on my own, then asked a staff member for directions. Turned out she was a long-lost acquaintance, and she was very helpful! I found my next items, then again asked a specific question from another associate.
Overall, I was most impressed with the level of staff support in an establishment I rarely have the opportunity to attend

Clean place, one of the better walmarts in the city. Was pretty dead when i was there. Went to look for some sweet deals on Halloween candy but they were cleaned out by 9: 30. Couple decorations left over though.

Favorite Walmart in the city, doesnt seem overly busy compared to all the other walmarts which makes for a better shopping experience.

Decent Walmart. Has why we need when we need it. Love the reduced rack for items that are getting over ripe. Makes good for baking and smoothies. Good selection of ethnic foods. It’s Walmart - they do what Walmart does.

Pretty simple visit, went in for a couple of items, found them, paid and left, easy one stop shopping.

I love Walmart. Providing thousands if jobs for ordinary people giving them a chance to climb the ladder of prosperity whilst providing quality groceries to millions more at a reasonable price.

We came to Walmart with our 8 week old puppy today put her in a buggy as she cannot be left in a hot car and were refused entry to the store in West Kelowna terrible service as if this was Canadian tire we could have brought our dog in on a leash shame on u Walmart

Staff should be more considerate when asked for locating an item, they just direct you for wrong places, if they're not sure, they should say so, instead of misdirecting.

Super cold all over store! Was very put off by a not so subtle floorwalker following.the amount spent and frequency of my visits definitely Do Not warrant this kind of judgement.

This store is guilty of inconsistently managed stock and pricing accuracy. Got a nasty surprise when I picked up a pair of rubber rain boots for my kid thinking that they would be under $30. Imagine my surprise when the receipt showed $54.98. There was no tag on the product, no tag on the shelf that indicating price.

Reasonably easy to find what you are looking for lines can seem a bit long sometimes but staff are pretty helpful
