Everything is good but not the customer service there was lady named MARIA i went to deliever package as i work in amazon at first i called her ahe started babllng something in mouth then i ask where to deliever packages and she said you are not suppose to come in as i asked already from cart collecting guy who was in the parking he told me to check with customer service but this lady is out of her mind i request walmart to change her from customer service

Based on my last visit, I have to reduce may rating to a 3. A few of the items I was looking for were not in stock, and the produce area was a bit of a mess. I understand that there are supply chain issues all around, and the Walmart employees are working hard to restock but I think Walmart can do better than this. Not surprisingly, the only area well-stocked was the Halloween candy section.

As I mentioned, the produce area was disappointing. Way too small for a Walmart, way too many Walmart employees in that cramped area with their carts (I know they are just doing their jobs), and some subpar produce items. In the end I got frustrated, and left this section empty handed.

Another area of improvement would be custom service at checkout. I use the electric cart for in-store shopping, and would appreciate some help while checking out. But in my last 6 or 7 trips I think I was offered help only once. Today was no exception. There were 2 employees present in that area and someone could have helped with scanning the bulkier items.

This walmart is probably the worst one I’ve been to. The manager garglepreet was so rude and NOT HELPFUL. No sense of customer care. This store only gets a 2 for their workers who were very kind and helpful. Please fire Garglepreet as he does not know what he is doing.

Poorly served by “Sunny”
I had purchased 2 nyx color pallets from supercentre Walmart. Opened one for myself and had an allergic reaction to it. The second pallet was for my sister and never opened. I decided to return both with one week old receipt. Sunny was on the customer service and told me all cosmetics are final sale. I even ask him about the one never opened but his answer was “as soon as you leave Walmart doors cosmetics are non refundable and non exchangeable”.
He told me it’s stated on the back of the receipt. I ask him I wanted to see the manager and he showed me his name tag and said I am the manager at the moment. His name tag never mentioned his management position.
There was a big line up behind me so I didn’t wanted to create a scene. I had checked back of the receipt there was nothing mentioned about no refund and no exchange on cosmetics.
Same day I went to Walmart Kitchener on fairway rd and they returned it with no question. I am attaching a picture of Walmart return policy on cosmetics.
Not satisfied with his customer service and I will avoid going to that location but unfortunately there is only one Walmart in Cambridge.

The store is a good place to shop but dont order from walmart online. Its absolutely the worst thing ive every done im still waiting for my refund 2 weeks later and I've already gave them the product and if i didnt vist the store on 3 different occasions i would probably never get my money back the customer service "ashlie" in the store had to complain for me to the online customer service just so they can tell me that its gonna take another 2-3days because they're sending it to the higher up. What a joke walmart online customer service is.

They keep changing hours online. For everyone’s knowledge they are open everyday 7am to 11 pm.
They do not close at 5 pm and not open at 8 am.

I just spent 15 minutes to try and get through on the phone to customer service, food department and back to customer service! No one answered and on the fourth attempt someone did answer after 5 minutes of ringing and I tried to explain that online it shows 3 different operating hours for this location 5pm, 9pm and 11pm and the person who answered kept speaking over me and there was quite a language barrier that I believe she said 11 pm but I’m not positive?
Having shopped there previously and I watched one young person move a skid using a hand cart from end of the aisle to the other end and back several times over a 20 minute period it’s clear that there’s no management watching over or instructing the staff! I know Walmart gets subsidized to hire new Canadians but really actually have them work and be helpful to the customers, this by far is the worst Walmart I’ve been too and seen this type of exploitation of getting paid minimum wage and doing less then the minimum work requirements!
It’s time management ups their game at this location. Belleville Ontario’s Walmart is a very close second! It’s outrageous the generation of laziness from our proud new subsidized Canadians. My parents are immigrants and they worked very hard their whole lives and we’re grateful to become Canadians! I just don’t see this appreciation here anymore and definitely not the level of service!

Don't bother with the online grocery ordering. Driver cancels my order for no reason after waiting all day then takes a week for a refund, plus an hour on the phone to fight for it.

My boyfriend and I did an early grocery shop just after 8am. We parked fairly close to the entrance doors. When we got out we noticed the car beside us was running/idling with two people passed out in it with the windows open. We figured we'd try slamming our car doors to see if they would wake up. I didn't work. We went in to do our groceries and came back out 1 hour later to find the people in the same position with no changes and the car was still on. I wrote down the license plate and make of car and went inside to ask the staff what could be done about it. I spoke with 1 person and she told me to ask someone else, so I did. That second person then told me to try customer service, so I did. I spoke with the customer service manager whom I had to explain the story multiple times to as there was a language barrier. She then told me "No" that "We don't deal with something like that" so I proceeded to ask if there was a security person (who I have seen multiple times upon entering the story prior to this visit). The woman told me they don't have security people. So I asked her "so do you just leave passed out people in their car running for hours in your parking lot? " She had no response and told me again there's nothing she could do. I asked if she would at least write down the license plate number and make of the car and she said no. Although I love shopping here for their prices, I have encountered a many moments where (most) of the staff are completely useless. Ive seen other shoppers getting frustrated with staff. Ive had issues where no one can help me find an item or even direct me to someone else for help. They usually just say "I'm new" and refuse to help me. If you can travel to a different Walmart I would as the staff at this location could care less about their shoppers and do not have any concern for there well being. If I ran and owned a business I would still care about what was going on and happening in the parking lot. Please educate your staff to know how to handle simple questions and who to go to for help if they don't have an answer.

Very large store, pretty good prices could be better for a big box store but u know, has wheelchair access, McDonald's, a key maker machine, pharmacy, toilet paper all the way in the back. Could be cleaner with the Pandemic though. Greeters should be cleaning carts while greeting if u ask me but they are not. I don't like that.

Love Walmart. I actually used to work there forb3.5 years as a cashier.
Great place to find most anything you want. Unfortunately, this store is way too large for my walking abilities now!
I need to use a riding cart if available and so does my 77yr hubby due to car accident injuries!

They have a really good roll back prices on their goods.

Big store as well to cover your needs.

Placed an online order. Went to the curb side pickup area to obtain them. Called and they said they were coming out. Waited 15 minutes and called again. They apologized and said they were coming out again. Many cars got their orders that came after me. 15 minutes after that, had to go inside to wait another 15 minutes to get my order.

Would definitely give this store a 0 star if could. This location had gone down completely in the past year or so. Rude employees, don't have even have a basic courtesy on how to communicate with customers. When asking where an item is can't tell or just don't care sending customers in a completely different direction. Employes just hanging around chatting away with no customer focus. Time to complain and bring this to head quarters attention

I made an online grocery order at this store (cambridge, ontario) because they had the items I wanted (kitchener locations didn't have it) yesterday. I was there at 3: 50pm (my timeslot was for 3-4pm). It was busy, but didn't think anything of it.   Never again will I shop at this location. This was the first time and last time I will order groceries from here, let alone go in the store. Was there at 3: 50pm. Used the app and told them what spot I was in and colour of car. Alot of other cars pulled into parking spots beside me, got their groceries and left and I'm STILL waiting for mine! I called the number, only to get hung up on!   I finally got my groceries at 5: 15pm! Needless to say, I was not happy and will not be coming here again! I usually go to sunrise walmart in kitchener and I have no problems whatsoever (they didn't have the item in stock), and I have only waited maybe 10 minutes at the most for my groceries. Most times, it's a total of 5 minutes, if that, from the time I park to the time I get my groceries.   I'd rather go to zehr's if I had to and pay the $5 than go through that again!

I walked in the Cambridge location, I didn't have any musks and am telling these security guys either get me a free musk or i can buy a mask, he says no you cannot come in without a musk, and I told the security guy to go f himself and the Walmart, and I will never buy anything from Walmart.

Horrible experience
I was looking for diapers that weren’t on the shelf and I talked to 2 employees and they both said I don’t know if we have them and I asked if they could check in the back and they said “NO” what kind of service is this, they barley spoke any English, couldn’t have a conversation with me and didn’t want to help
I live and go to the Brantford location and when I ask someone to check they will go and find a scanning gun and scan to see if they have any in stock or in the back, this is my first and last time to this Walmart

Rude staff. Need to learn to communicate in English. Sorry last I checked the main language in this country is English. Try to train staff some manners that might help. Watched 2 other customers have issue with one staff member who could not communicate with her when asked where certain items were. Her response eventually was to throw her hands up in the air and walk away from the customers.

While the amenities are aged. They are decently stocked and well organized to their modular system. The real gem here is the staff, always knowledgeable on in store products. The duty managers are amazing especially Nancy, whom goes above and beyond to find solutions to your issues in a very timely manner while making you feel of utmost importance. I have missed customer service like this!

Do not buy here during covid. I have placed 1 order and have since been out to Walmart 4 times to pick up pieces of it. They are making people travel more then if they were to order from anywhere else. I have recieved most of my order with the exception of a few pieces I have already been charged for yet Walmart does not seem to know why I was charged for them seeing as how they were apparently unavailable from the start. I showed up to pick up what I was believed to be the last of my order when the employees at Walmart tried to give me 2 pillows I already had at home plus a microwave I already had picked up that they were in aware of. If you want the most stressful shopping experience during covid buy online and offer to pick up in store.

I bought a shelf and it had a missing part. I unfortunately lost my receipt the next day after showing the customer service representative my transaction history from my bank she said she wasn't able to do anything and still needed the receipt.

This was really disappointing and now I have a shelf that has a missing part.

New year's Eve I had to get some groceries and cleaning products. Parking lot was FULL. No line up outside the store and inside there were so many people. Please explain. How this is exceptable during a pendemic.

December 2020 - Found ground coffee on the shelf with a best before date of June 2020. Can't imagine hazardous foods.check your best before dates people, management should be ashamed of themselves. The product was sitting on the shelf for almost a year and a half without being moved. If you can't bother to rotate coffee pods, can't imagine your rotating hazardous foods properly. This is a poorly organized/maintained store in general, aisles and floors are visibly dirty and the shelves are a mess.

One of the best wallmart in the region. They have all the stuff you want, just they lack in the produce products. Btw Their staff is so kind. Wallmart is so clean & well maintained.
I would like to specifically thanks to their employees They were so kind and helped me out find the product which is looking for long time. I loved the wallmart. I’ll also strongly recommend this wallmart for shopping & for cheaper products

Me & my family were at this Walmart yesterday doing grocery shopping when an employee named Raeed came up to me and my wife telling us that our kids are not allowed to open the kinder surprise chocolate in the store without paying and said that he knows we wont even pay for them abd that we should teach our kids manners. My kids are both under 4 years old and do childish things like all 4 year olds do and we always pay for anything our kids happen to pick off shelves ot damage. We found this really rude as the employee doesnt even know that they had brought the toys from home as he was accusing us of opening chocolate in the store. My brother is writing this review as our family is new to canada and do not fully speak english but we understood right away the attitude this employee was giving us and it made me whole family plus others around us feel very awkward. Management was not helpful at all and they did not even acknowledge our complaint.

Some of the staffs are terrible here. They are not at all helpful and will mislead us. I asked help of a staff to locate an item, but he acted like he knows where the item is and misguide me to a different location. If the staffs don't know anything, there is nothing wrong in telling that to the customer.

Not a good shopping experience here. Only 1 checkout open at noon. 15 minutes to pay for 7 items at self check out because of line up. After paying printer failed and the machine demanded I wait for help. But no attendant was available. After all that I never did get a receipt!

I find this Walmart is dirty and unorganized. Stock is often not properly on racks or hangers and it gives the clothing and footwear department a shabby appearance.

If you can find an employee they are rude, especially when it comes to helping a customer. At the checkout I was told that an item wasn't on sale when it was. When I asked the employee to check and see it was apparently an inconvenience for them. Rolling eyes, huffing and a tone to the other employee asked to go look that suggested they were being harassed by me. The item was on sale after all! Imagine that! I prefer going to any other Walmart.

Never a good time to go. It is always PACKED. Never more than 3 cashier's open now that they have Uscan.

Would like to see more people working and the store be less like Toronto where there are 50+ people in 3 lines.

This is a nice Walmart with lots of self checkouts which is amazing. I pretty much will only shop at stores that have self-checkout so it's a bonus here. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because it's so bright in there that it's blinding. There's like a million fluorescent lights on the ceiling. It's the definition of overlighting.

Lotta great deals. Terrific place to develop photographs. Whenever I'm having trouble creating prints, their photography staff is always willing to help. Worth noting that their film area is seperate from the rest of the Wal-Mart department. Its much like McDonald's is stand alone from Wal-Mart, they're just occupying a space there. Adding to the overall better shopping experience for their clientel.

I have never been impressed with this store since it opened.even after its 'renovation' it is still dirty, grubby, and poorly looked after. Staff have always been OK though. I always go in and get what I want and leave. I never want to stay and browse.

I require a mallcart to ride around the store. There were 5 carts available, 4 of them completely dead, not plugged in, and the 5th's seat was torn up and unusable. Carts are often low on charge and die even part way through minimal shopping. Batteries likely old and in need of replacing, but management seems either unaware or just doesn't care.

Tried to call customer service 3 times. First time heard a click and then disconnected and the next two times it just rings for over 5 minutes. Guess they don’t employ people anymore?
