Walmart Supercentre

I went to this location last night and I have to say everyone we dealt with were so helpful and sp friendly. I wish I got all their names but first the lady working in the pet department helped us and brought us up front for a price check, the young man at customer service was so helpful and friendly and kind. They had a wrong price in a spot and they ended up giving us an item for free plus giving the price that it was on the shelf even though the product was in the wrong spot. And then our cashier was so nice and friendly towards us. You do not get this kind of treatment in stores these days and 2 out of 3 were younger people. Other locations have fought me on the price difference, not given me the right price and let alone free product and not even any fight about wrong price marked. They never come up with me to the front to figure it out usually just point or say I don't know

I would give this store 5 Star for having Tina T as their employee. She is the best kind, helpful. She will leave whatever important she is doing and she will go extra mile to help you in every possible way. Big thanks to her.

This is a beautiful store, well stocked. Watch the self checkouts - if you are not fast enough, the scanner will double scan and if you are not watching carefully you will be double or triple billed for items without realising. I did not realise until I got home that I was overcharged. I will return to see if I can get a credit.

I drove past the North Edmonton store to come here - it's hard to believe this is the same company - the North Edmonton store treats customers like they are all thieves and none of the staff speak English. I will shop here from now on.

I like to don’t do even this star the worst pickup at this store more than 1h front of the door I prefer to collect my order by myself than this bad service

Every time I go to this Walmart I have problems. Twice I’ve been harassed by the security guard. The first time this happened the lady made me go pick through the garbage to grab my receipt and when she realized I was in fact NOT stealing $3 pipe cleaners, she got mad at me and basically told me it’s my fault and she was teaching me a lesson. The second time the security guard insisted to go through my bags before I even walked out the door. Again, not stealing. The third time I had to go through customer service to buy a concealer. I never have this problem when I’m with my mom whose white. But when I’m alone, I always got stopped and I’m Métis. So I’m really starting to think this is a race problem. That or it’s because I’m under the age of 21. But nonetheless its freaking ridiculous.

Please give ROSA at the door a raise! A very kind & helpful lady. She offered to help me load something heavy into my vehicle when no one else would! Terrible service other than her.

A good spot, clean, great parking. The area has many shops near by and is easy to access from all areas of St. Albert.

My wallet was turned into the customer service desk as I left in on the cart accidentally.
I called to check if it was there and gave an exact description of the wallet and she said it was there. I specifically told the lady not to look into my wallet and said I have my ID with me and will show her my ID when i get there. When i got there the wallet was wide open and i she started to look through it and said "there wasn't much money in it. " I asked if i could look through it as it was wide open when she pulled it out from the counter.
She told me she looked through it before when i called to check for an ID. I then explained that she shouldn't be looking through peoples wallets and should identify them when they come into the store. She then said "I won't answer the phone for you next time. "
I was shocked by this answer and explained it again that she should not be looking through my wallet when i specifically told her on the phone there is no ID in there. She then began to list what was in my wallet and said she was looking for something to match my name, and all my important documents were out of their slots (Health card and health benefits card). I again for the third time said "you should not look through my wallet when i gave you a very detailed description of the wallet, instruction to not open it and told you specifically that there is no ID in the wallet. " She then said again that she was looking for an identification. (Why is she trying to identify over the phone when she can't even prove its mine without a photo ID?)

She continued to give me attitude and I could not handle it so I walked away. Very rude lady.

Had an awesome experience shopping here. Staff were very friendly. Derick was very kind and took the time to give me a couple great recommendations on groceries. Made for a perfect overall shopping experience!

I had a bad experience with the clerk.she was very rude and impatient.she was supposed to assist the customer doing the self check out.she did assist but showed a sign of exasperation.i couldn't believe she would do something like that to a customer in front of many people.i was so mad and told that she shouldn't be working in a customer service.i'm going to call and complain her to the manager.

This is my go to Walmart. Not all staffs are great. However overall this is Probably the best Walmart in the Edmonton area. I have way more positive experiences than negative! 5 stars for sure!

Really enjoy coming here. Love the curb side pick up option. I always get the products I asked for and they are never damaged. The people are always polite and helpful putting groceries in the vehicle.

Prices, selection, other customers are all fine. Having the personal shopper blocking many aisles and being pushy jerks makes me not want to shop here anymore. They nearly ran me over without any consideration and when I spoke up they were incredibly rude and in no way apologetic because they are "timed". So why are they racing around at the busiest times?

Would give a 0 if I could. The store itself is actually good and I have good experiences with the employees - the grocery delivery service - total joke. Placed an order for delivery between 4-5pm. The driver called me at 4: 20 to let me know Walmart didn’t have my order ready and confirmed he would leave the groceries at the door. 6pm comes and goes and still no groceries. Finally call the store at 8pm and the phone rings for 10 mins straight before someone finally picks up and tells me there has been delays. I guess my driver cancelled because they took too long and they didn’t rectify the situation. Their customer service centre is now closed and no delivery. Would be nice if someone at least called you to inform you of the delays and offered some kind of apology or compensation. I now have a $270 grocery order in limbo and a baby and little kids who are going to go to bed and wake up without milk. Thanks, Walmart…. Really displeased with the lack of communication and customer service, especially since groceries are astronomically expensive right now.

Me and my mom went to this walmart today to grab some halloween stuff and this man at the front doors named david was so helpful to us, we didnt quite realize that you couldnt take the small blue hand carts outside to our car and we had kind of alot of things, to much to carry and david went out and brought us a cart so we were able to bring our stuff to our car and on top of that he was the most sweet person ever. This man needs a raise, we need more loving, kind people like him.:)
