Not bad. Staff is ussually available. Certain pops are out of stock sometimes. Very nice management team. They sell great workout t-shirts at a good price! They have a daily clearance food shelf, Have to get there at the right time to get the muffins and donuts.

First of all staff is great. What I don't like is the fact that I'll go to a different Walmart and the price of an item will be cheaper. This is one of the most expensive Walmart stores in the city. You'd think they all have same prices. Well you'd be wrong just like I was. Example: Great Value ginger ale is $1,28 at this location. The one on 130th Ave sells it for 97¢. And these are regular prices no promotions. So why do Shawvillians have to pay 31¢ extra? This is just one of many examples I've seen btw.

I wanted to purchase a 256 gb Micro SD card and looked online first. I saw that Walmart by my house had one available for a decent price $26. I went to the store to get it but the one they had was double the price $52? I bought it as it was the only one they had. I checked again online when I got home and it was the same exact one. I went back to the store and they would not give me the difference in price $ 26! I just asked for my money back and found a better deal at the new London Drugs store nearby. I could have ordered it and picked it up within two hours so what is the difference other than making you jump through hoops to get the sale price? Also, the in store prices should not be double the prices offered online, what a joke.

Falguni's 10 years of experience at Walmart didn't reflect in her service. Lack of knowledge, unprofessional attitude, and poor communication skills made for a disappointing shopping experience for my kids and I. Walmart should address these issues for better customer satisfaction, and replace her with individuals that have better customer service skills.

I would like to give 0 star but I couldn't. I went 310 Shawville Blvd SE shop to take passport size photo for my 2 months old baby. We expected it may charge $15 but they charged $47.24. In the walmart website itself mentioned as $13 but they charged $47.24. It is unfair

I have been shopping here for years never felt so disappointed until yesterday. At self checkout this Punjabi employee in her 50's suddenly started speaking In her language with me without confirming with if I was an Indian or Punjabi or not? While leaving self check out she asked me did I scan all the items on my cart? What kind of racism it this? Along me bunch of people were leaving pay area and she only choose me because I look like an Indian guy? How low standards walmart's customer service can be? I have been spending almost $1200-$1500 every month at this location BUT THAT's IT. I AM DONE. Would not go there anymore where your Management don't teach your staff to respect your customers.

What a good visit. Great by a nice older gentleman at front door. Found all we needed staff even helped us find some items we were looking for. Cashier was more than helpful. Only staff that didn't appear interested in us as customers was Customer Service staff. Too funny.

Had a great shopping existence. I always go to the cashier, wonderful staff.
With self-serve booths, I never use them because they take jobs away.

Never enough cashiers on. They want you to self checkout. I am not a fan of this store unless i have no choice.

Need another Walmart in this area for the amount of neighborhoods. I find products are low at times or not available at all.

Standard Walmart - don't care to shop for cheaper prices when the quality is sub-par and regardless of the Walmart the experience is always depressing. They could stand to invest in their employees to provide another reason to get out of bed and go to work.

I just experienced the most ridiculous customer service ever. Please do not buy Hanes face mask for kids because it's a useless product; something sinister is going on with that product, I don't know if the issue is with this particular Walmart at Shawnessy or with Walmart in general. I bought two packs
yesterday and realised it couldn't even fit my 4 years old even though the product has 5-12 written.
I went to the Walmart today to lodge a complaint about the product and ask for a refund only for the lady at the customer service point to tell me there's no return policy for facemasks because of COVID. I told her that I was more particular about the product not being what it says on the packaging and all I got back was the flimsy excuse that there is no return policy, something that's not written anywhere near where the product is displayed. I still cannot believe what I just experienced. She asked me to call Hanes to complain about the product but what's clear to me is that they know the product is trash so they have set up all sorts of gimmicks to get rid of it and hide behind a no return policy.

Highly reccomend the Ube (purple yam) melona ice bars here. It's like a creamy, mellow, stick of bliss.

I got almost everything I need.racks are constanly filled-up whenever there's a space.got some friendly staff.

Overall typical Walmart. Has the grocery and supermarket inside. Sometimes it's a bit hard to find certain products. The natural foods section is very limited. Also a portrait centre and McDonald's inside.

For all the snobbery of the local denizens, this WalMart is no better than the Marlborough one. The McDonald's is worse, actually. At least at Marlborough, they TRY to make cleanliness a priority.
The staff is rude as hell.and this is not based on any interactions I had with them, as I refused to after hearing interactions other customers were having with them.
This place is dirty, unfriendly, and the McDonald's is disgusting.

Customer Service is really good. A sales associate named "Mr Buseif " helped me finding a fan which was not in the aisle, but showing in the stock. He went to the warehouse and got the item for which am looking for.i would like to appreciate and wish him success in his career.

Customer service is really bad almost as if they don’t care about you at all, called customer service many times for products and they never helped me, switching to superstore from now on.

Big cart of groceries at 10: 20pm + no open tills + 5 people working the self checkout line = a grumpy customer. They all watched me scan all my items and bag them, and then place them again in my cart.

The cashier was rude. Maybe she has had rude customers so she feels be rude first. Shelves were empty as photos shown. I think I will use self checkout next time if I go here instead of Macleod x 94 ave. Excuse for empty shelves? We are changing suppliers. Guess what I'm off to Co-op next door and they had the product same price.

My friend and I were at the store around noon today and she decided she wanted to buy a patio set (table and 4 chairs) The box was too big and too heavy for us, we are older (still young at heart though) a wonderful employee helped us. He went and got a pallet jack, loaded up the box, took us to a till, rang through both of our purchases and then helped us load in the car. We were very impressed and very happy with his help

Really Walmart! This is super disappointing, and with the increase of food prices lately, I would have expected more in quality!

I just bought these TODAY, cut off the bottoms to prepare and noticed mold

Carissa did great job for our family portrait. It was very hard to get perfect family picture with 15 months old baby but she was very patient and calm. I would highly recommend this location for family photos and even for passport size photographs I had best experience with them.

I have shopped at this location many times and when I ask the cashiers to wipe down the checkout belt for the groceries. I get an attitude or told. "the customers are in a hurry so we don't clean" and COVID safety I get grossed out how staff doesn't care or just lazy in doing their part! Unfortunately I will be shopping at Safeway now.more money but the staff aren't lazy and are nicer and stores are cleaner

The csm JASMINE is so rude. She don’t say please or thank you. She just yell at staffs and customers! If you want your customers to shop here, you got to hire better csm for this location!

Bought an instant pot on clearance from this location last week. Was super excited as it was a gift for my mom. Dropped it off to her and when we took it out of the box the entire side was caved in, absolutely destroyed and completely unsafe.

Great Walmart Centre. Staff is amazing. I was clueless on which food processor to choose among choices, DESIREE went out of her way and helped me choose one. Very impressed!

Want to say a big thank you to Teresa - the cake decorator (bakery section).
She makes the best cakes and is so flexible with the designs. I always go to her for my kids birthday, cake smash or any event cakes. She is the best!

The biggest, with the largest variety, toy section I've ever seen in a Walmart! Definitely go there if you're looking for a place to pick up a kids birthday present or something. Its like a mini Toys R Us inside.

This Walmart is mostly good, but make sure you double-check the expiry dates on the dairy products as I've gotten a week-expired cottage cheese before. I love the staff here, I just wish they were easier to find when I need help. They do offer deals on products on their last legs, so I'm glad they're doing their part to reduce waste!

The grocery aisles were too narrow. There were too many people in that part of the store. I left the store.

Can usually find things you're looking for. But don't ask any floor sales people for help, as they either are rude or don't know where anything is.

A Walmart is a Walmart, unless it has a Grocery store in it, then its a Super Walmart. Prices are always great and the location is really Convenient, spent a lot of lunches in high school wandering through the aisles For snacks. Their stock of international foods have grown a lot over the years.

Horrible customer service bought an Xbox subscription only to fond out it wasn't activated after going back being told to phone some random number still not activated

One of the employees attacked my vehicle in the parking lot. Threw a drink at my car and tried to smash out my passenger window. Called to speak to manager. No action was taken. Worst customer service!

The store is got a really clean fresh look to it one thing I've noticed in the grocery section though huge increase in prices bag of avocados was 497 now 697 bananas used to be $0.67 now $0.97 not Walmart's phone but it's crazy but we're faced with you in Canada

Always my favorite chain store. Price match sells it for me. Also variety. I love walking through, I can pick up everything I need from my errands all in one place and it also happens to be at the store that sells it all at the cheapest price. Can't go wrong here.

It's about as stereotypical as you can get for a Walmart. Not overly clean, no staff to talk to if you did need to. Nothing unexpected, but still.walmart

It's one of the biggest Walmart's in town for your groceries, everyday house hold items - beds, lamps, rugs, electronics, baby car seat, clothings, jewelleries etc.
There is a Macdonald's shop, fotofast studio & pharmacy located within premises

As always, great well-priced selection. The only issue was huge lineups until they opened a 3rd checkout.

I really don't like going here much. Long line ups and hard to find help and when I did find help the woman was pretty blunt and rude and to busy to care

Typical WalMart. But employees better than average. All of them I have had interactions with at this location are very friendly and helpful.

Most of the time staff have no idea about merchandise. Pharmacy section is very good and staff is very helpful but other areas are hopeless.

Very courteous staff.and they are never out of stock for things that we need.

Just moved in this area from northwest. The best thing about here is that the cashiers do not try to shove walmart loyalty master card down your throat like they do in Sage Hill Super center.

No one works the departments anymore, you basically have to navigate the store on your own. Most of the time, this isn't an issue but when you need anything specific, good luck. The electronics department staff are not very nice though. The shorter asian lady I've seen there is often pushy and quite frankly rude. Many of the cashiers and pharmacy staff are really nice though.
