The cashiers need to pay extra attention. We were charged for something we did not buy and now we can’t go back there to return, as it is far.

Rude customer service. I simply wanted to return my product and was told specifically to come back with my receipt and doing all that the store then tells me i have to go to the exact location i purchased the product. Explaining just that wouldve been fine but both the manager and customer service manager spoke very rudely and treated me so poorly. This walmart just lost a customer.

Everytime im at the cosmetic section the stuff there always follow me non stop, Do i look like im gonna steal some item that I CAN AFFORD? Specially im with my mom and my kid, is this unbelievable, other thing there's another people on the different aisle but the workers just decided to just follow me? Just because im filipino? So RACIST! THIS HAPPENED TWICE NOW! If i could give 0 start I WILL!

Disgusting how all the staff that work at the self checkout treat all that come through there like they’re stealing. Chasing people down… because they think someone didn’t scan pop. Even tho they have a device to literally watch you scan. Gross behaviour

Tuesday to shop is the worst day as it is an Employee discount day. They clean up first before the customers get hold of it. I hope employees are not also wholesale suppliers with their discounts.

Wireless section - please for God's sake have an electronic queue, rather than let customers stand there and wait for more than 45 minutes.

Today I visited Walmart 1110 57 Ave Walmart Deerfoot and after purchasing my commodities, I reached at counter no 21 for billing. The cashier is at that counter provided such a poor service and everybody in the line was so fed up. In the parallel counter another girl was billing 4 customers and she anttended only 1 customer. The name of that girl is Harshan (SCO Associate). I visited usually after 2-3 days at this place but I never get this type of bad service. Try to improve it otherwise it will be great impact on your store. Thanks

I came in today to buy road trip snacks and pasta sauce and bread for tonight’s dinner
I was at the packaged nuts in produce area and a lady dressed all in black with blond hair was sort of following me the took my picture and ran off to the back of the store.

If this is your internal loss prevention that is awful! If she had engaged with me she would have known I was not up to anything
No one should be taking pictures of customers on sales floor with their phone.

Scanned prices at self checkout were wrong, but the person at the self checkout wanted me to go do the price check. It's not my job to do it. How disappointing.

In a poor attempt to clean up this store for a CEO visit, they decide to box up inventory from the shelves. When asked where an in-stock item was, the manager said she herself boxed up that item and I should come back in a week. I'll take my business elsewhere as they clearly only care about faking appearances, not about their customers.

I ordered through ubereats for delivery. There was one missing tide laundry detergent for $25, which they didn't deducted from total price. 4 packs chicken thighs wrong order, instead of boneless skinless, they sent with bone and skin. One bread loaf again wrong bread type. One spoiled mini watermelon for 6.69 which I threw in garbage. Never ever going to order again. Stop delivering online if you cannot accurately deliver everything.

Horrible customer service! Rude stuff. Asked a worker on the floor where is the dish soap. Didn’t speak English and just directed me with his hands. Produce is not fresh. Low in stuff. Tags on shelves are mixed when u check out everything has a surprise price, but most of the time it’s over the price than it was on the shelves. Not worth it to shop here. Meat quality is very bad, snacks are in a good price range, diary is very expensive.

This Walmart is a supercentre so it's bigger than some. I always find a lot of stuff that are not available in other stores too. Their prices have gone up quite a bit since they started offering free grocery pickup though hence the 3 star review.

Do not go to this store on weekends. 30 mins wait to check out. Only 3 check out stations are operating where as they have capacity of running 6.
Disappointed.

Very well maintained store, the only drawback is that there are not enough people on cash counter. I had to wait for almost 20 mins to get to the tilt.

Terrible customer service and awful manager (Carry).
This is the terrible walmart that I have ever been.
I want to exchange a gift that I received from a friend, customer service lady said she can't do that, the payment goes back to same payment method.
Then I asked to talked to manager (Carry) and she was terrible and unhelpful, she just simply told she can't do that just like a new cashier. I'm working in a retail store and my manager is super nice to customers and make exceptions all the time to make customer happy. I'll never ever go to this one.
Then I went to Northland Drive Walmart, they were super nice, customer service lady (Arceli) was very nice and kind went to talk to manager as this is a different situation and the manager (Kordy) was very nice and kind enough to do the exchange. Highly recommend Northland Drive Walmart

I bought a product online and didn't like it. Went to return and nor which we have never seen so unable to process your refund. This was after wasting my 45 mins. Told to come next day. Still same error so come back another day. Again wasted my 45 mins. I ordered on line to avoid going to the store. Now i had to go twice and still have to go again. Unbelievable. Will never again shop at walmart online

Been waiting for someone to help me get a baby monitor for about 45 mins and no one has come to help. Even had someone call on the PA system to get a key holder and no one has showed up.

Good grief your produce is actually worse than Save on.but at least Save on has a good bakery. This supercenter food wise is pretty iffy. The general products in the standard Walmart are good. There are good deals

Worst customer service ever. I was diverted from a lineup to the self service line and told an someone would ring my purchase through. The person ringing it through handed an item back to me saying that it had no bar code on it. I looked at the package and thought that's odd, and asked him if he would be able to go and find the price while I rang the rest through. He said no I can't find the price in the computer without a bar code. I really needed the item and was frustrated by that answer so I looked up for the woman who had guided me to the self checking lane. She was just walking away from another customer about 2 meters away. I raised my voice to get her attention and said "Excuse me" when she looked at me I held up the package and said "can help me with this? " She walked over and took the package and I told her it was missing the barcode. She handed it back started walking away and said " no, he can help you and next time dont be so rude" I was stunned. I asked her how I was being rude by asking for help and she responded that she was with a customer. I said no you were not you were walking away. Then she said she was just going to find another customer to bring to the checkout. Again I was stunned. I left my purchase there and will never be back to this location. After I sat on the phone for an hour waiting for someone to pick up the customer service line I hung up and decided the only thing I can do is post my review here since I couldn't reach anyone at the store. I hope that the store reviews these so this can be addressed. This woman should not be in customer service.

They only have a few cashiers. And over a dozen self check outs. I don’t volunteer for Walmart. So I waited in line for 15 minutes.

The people that work at this Walmart do not have good customer service you never see the store manager. They need to tell there employees they need to speak English it's very rude when you go down an isle and to see two employees talking to each other in a different language. In the pet area there is high theft of people stealing stuff and leaving the packages under the dogs bed. When this was brought up to an employee the employee said oh Walmart doesn't care of the theft. I know longer go to shawnesy Walmart.

Great place to pay the same as anywhere else, even way more if ya don't pay attention to there tricks.

My favourite Walmart branch. They have everything you need. No need to go somewhere else if your to-buy list includes groceries clothes makeup stationery etc.

Convenient location. Very big parking lot + you Dnt have to insert coin in shopping cart to use it.

Good place for shopping, cheap and good quality products. So many varieties of toys for all age of kids. You can even get toys in 5 dollars, that might not be available at other places.

I love car cleaning products with many brands. Some car parts like battery and wipers are also available.

For New born and kids upto 5 years, you can get everything that you need starting from cloths, oil, soaps, diaper, wipes, toys, baby seat for car and trycycle.

I found it a little full of people with a few maskless but not too bad. I find that it is a good place to shop.

Worst Walmart ever! I tried for two days to get through to a certain department and dealt with rude people on the phone, hours of waiting for someone to pick up, I was cut off twice and sometimes the phone would just ring and ring forever. I will never go back to this Walmart!

Worst Walmart I have ever been to, and the greeter at the front door should not be a greeter; maybe throw her in the back so your customers don't have to deal with such an ignorant woman. I'm talking about the old one that has short grey hair with dye in the front

Best mobile shop service by Abhi and Hemal, they are the best, I asked them so many questions but they were so calm and gave and explain so many options to me that helped me to make right decision.
I am really impressed by the service they both provided. I 100% recommend if you want to take any mobile or connection go to Walmart dearfoot city and asked for Abhi or Hemal.

For my needs, the store always fills them. Now, with the option to do grocery pick up, I truly enjoy my shopping experience. When ordering online, it’s quite easy. Using the app, however, by checking in before you pick up your groceries, they are often on the side watching me park. Far far quicker than Superstore, plus I rarely have substitutions or unavailable items whereas it was very consistent with Superstore. When I do have yo do s trip and go in the store, I find it enjoyable as it’s not something I have to do regularly. I have not had a bad experience in this store ever.

Walmart is almost always great! This is the closest location to my place and my go store. I also instacart from this location and they always have what I ordered! Lots and lots of parking and great prices as per usual, with Walmart. Today wasn't too busy, no line to get in and the aisles weren't crowded and the self checkout moved quick. Good selection

Lots of items to choose from. Great place to buy household equipments and accessories. Also lots of seasonal items on sales.

Shelves are empty all the time, especially in the pharmacy! Saturday afternoons only half the tills are open. This place has gone to s**t

Security made me feel rather uncomfortable, on my way out of the store security stopped me and demanded I show my receipt before leaving. Kinda made me feel like a criminal or something. Definitely not coming back to this location.

I decided to visit Walmart to check out their low prices. What an absolute circus this location is. The floors were filthy, the staff are rude, and don’t even get me started on their disorganization! Please close this store down immediately.

Very kind & helpful staff - in-fact the staff here went over and above to help me get my groceries & a larger purchased item to my vehicle. It was very much appreciated. Click and collect is excellent here too! My groceries are always well chosen & in stock.

I visit this location quite often. A big store with good selection. Conveniently located. Lots of tolls and usually very short to no wait for checkout.

I went to Walmart at Deerfoot mall to get a new cell phone and plan. Sid went above and beyond to help me to select the best plan with a new phone. He is very friendly, helpful, patience and very knowledgeable. Thank you for helping me, Sid.

I was at this Deerfoot city Walmart, let me say this time it was the EXCELLENT service I received in years. I really tried to look for staff in houseware and then saw associate Alpa; she really helped me to find my product, also helped me to make my experience faster. Me and my friend both really liked her service. Next time I will come back to see you Alpa. She was very professional, attentive, courteous and helpful. It was the best service I have ever received. Thank you for all the help.

Impossible to shop here with constant PA announcements shouting from the speakers for something that could be communicated through a personal radio. Please STOP

This Walmart is fine. Service folks are usually quite nice. The two big caveats are the flourescent lights they have; They tend to give me migraines as they are quite bright. And the shelves are often disorganized. Although, I'd like to think that careless customers are a huge part of the problem (I've been in retail. Much of it often is). Overall, a good store. Just don't glance upwards too often.)

The location is beautiful in warm weather and the inside is usually nice and quiet. You can shop here in peace and ease.

This store is so organized & bright. I noticed it as soon as I walked in the door & told a couple of the staff how pleased I was with the stores cleanliness.

As per usual it is hard to find anyone to help you in Walmart so good luck getting help if you need it

No available cashier from aisle14 to 20 in the morning EVERYDAY. STAFF WOULD DIRECT YOU TO SELF CHECK OUT.

I know many people who seem to have the opinion that WalMart is somehow beneath them. I love WalMart and I can spend a lot of time looking around. If you know your prices you can get groceries much cheaper. Anything you might need is usually found here

I find the staff at this location are usually very friendly and informative. I go here regularly because even if it's busy, they accommodate to suit customers needs.

Is always clean, well illuminated, the employees are very nice and help you if you need something, they have good prices too, it's our first choice when we need to go grocery shopping

I have shopped at Walmart for years primarily because they have the best and most affordable prices on pet food. This has allowed me to forgive them for always being completely sold out of several items on my grocery list. Regular things like pickles, eggs etc. However, for several weeks now you have failed to restock most of your pet food and caused me many wasted trips and now I really don't have a reason to continue shopping there. Your superstore used to have an amazing selection of food, beauty, cleaning clothes and housewares so it was always a gun experience. It now feels like Target Canada where you gave such a limited selection of anything it us not worthwhile to even look.

The walmart was clean, shelves were stocked and staff were very polite. I travel from coast to coast and this location is near the top. Very unique look as well.

I initially came here to take a crunch, but the facilities were out of order, so I did some shopping. Be prepared to have the direct energy people harass you as soon as you enter the store!
The cashier will also try to sell you Walmart credit card, don't fall for that shiznat scam.

Not the best experience, the lady on the cashier asked me if one of the items I bought comes as a bundle. Oh yes. YOU SOHULD NOT ASK CUSTOMER THIS KIND OF QUESTIONS, you should know; you need to learn what customer service means.

Asked customer service if they cut the trunk. They said to ask someone? I was asking someone. So, he had no idea what I was talking about. No wonder people steal them?

Staff are very rude and dont want to help.
I spent 20 minutes waiting for someone at customer service to answer the phone so I could see if anyone had found a wallet! Once I finally got someone on the phone I asked and straight away her answer was no. I said I was in Sunday can you check for her to tell me they're busy with customers and would have to call me back when they have time.

Bathrooms are revolting, I was told by an employee that I should go to the one out back as they clean it more because employees use it. Not very organized. McDonald's in there is probably the most disgusting McDonald's I've ever been to but otherwise it's Walmart.

It's Walmart. What can I really say. For. Near holidays on a Friday afternoon it's less busy than I expected. Might be worth to. Go. Out of your way to avoid the normal madness here.

I've used Wal-Mart grocery pickup and online shopping extensively. I've placed 30 orders since January 2018.

Today, I placed my grocery order online at 8: 41am and scheduled a pick up for between 4: 00pm-5: 00pm. After picking my daughter up from school, I waited until 4: 00pm until calling to let them know I arrived in pick-up stall two. I tried calling the number twice and it rang for over a minute each time without anyone picking up. I waited a few minutes prior to calling again and on my third attempt in was picked up. My phone was on bluetooth with my 6 year old, 3 year old and 8 month old in the car listening. There were two people screaming at each other and dropping F words. The man was screaming that he wanted money and the lady was yelling give me my "F-ing" phone back. I listened for a few seconds and then hung up. I wasn't sure if there was a robbery taking place but I could see that people were going in and out of the store. I decided to leave my three kids in the car and talk to a manager in case there was something serious happening.

When I got in the store, I talked to a woman named "Theresa" that totally dismissed when I told her what I and my small children overheard on the other end She just said, I tried calling you back. When I asked her if she had the phone the entire time, she ignored me.

I asked her about my order, she said they had no record of it and I'd have to call Walmart corporate. She made no effort to help me.

I went back to my car and made the phone call. After being on hold with customer service and speaking with two individuals for 50 minutes, they told me that there must be a glitch in the system and I'd have to wait until tonight to see if my order was going to be ready and there was no way to cancel it. He apologized for the inconvenience and offered me $10 off my next order. There is still no resolution and I'm waiting in limbo without my groceries. I ended up ordering out because our dinner plans were in this order.

I've never experienced such terrible customer service! I've recommended Wal-Mart's grocery pick-up to everyone I know but I don't think I'll ever order from them again. Very shocking and disappointing!

I was just there and the cashier lady was extremely rude. No manners at all - she looked at me with a blank stare when she was done ringing my 4 items through and after a few seconds said "Well! Do you want bags? ! " to which I replied "Just one would be great! ". She then replied "well what am I supposed to put in there then? ". I bought 2 large water bottles, laundry detergent, and a can of coffee. The latter two items had handles. Apparently it was too difficult for this employee to make the decision to put the water in the bag. I would have been much happier to be handed the bag to do it myself while the employee talked about the weather.

The zoning at this location was poorly done and/or not done at all however the prices are still too good to shop anywhere else. The staff are also really bad for showing you to a product when you ask. Walmart policy is suppose to be "show the customer to the product they are looking for, dont point"and I have received multiple "pointings" from the staff as if they are too busy to help.

Always good seemed to be enough tellers I don't use self check out do to the fact it takes money out of someone's pocket that could feed a child or cloth them but overall a good experience.

Typical Walmart. I have found better deals/sales on certain toys at this location though. Considering the costs of said toys or grossly overpriced in general it is worth taking a look at this location before you actually buy em somewhere else (even other Walmarts)

I am very disappointed in the customer service I received over the phone. It first took me several tries to reach any type of representative via phone between 10: 30am and 12: 30pm, and I had to phone back several times, trying different extensions until one of the departments picked up.
I was inquiring about a product that the online store said was in stock at the store-I always before had to make sure. The person I was speaking to from the electronics department took the UPC number and said they would phone me back within 5 minutes. 45 minutes later I still did not receive a phone call back-I phoned back hitting the same extension as before and the representative argued with me that I gave her the wrong number, but when she repeated the number back to me, which was correct, she than proceeded to say my phone was out of service- it is not, I work in an office and had been receiving phone calls all day. Regardless, she said someone was checking, and in two seconds answered back "nope we do not have any". I have a hard time believing someone checked the shelf withing those 2 seconds, considering it was not an electronic I was inquiring about.

If I could give 0 stars I would. No customer service what so ever, and extremely rude employees behind the tills. There was no one in the express check out and I was told and forced to use the self check out even though I was using cash to pay for my groceries. Absolutely a joke.
