It’s nice to constantly see the litter blowing around the entrance way and through the parking lot. Want a nice Walmart? Take the peace bridge to the Hamburg Walmart - it literally has Roman pillars holding the fort.

Went too Walmart too exchange my friskies shredded canned cat food (never opened) too pate…went too the customer service department and advised the person who was there what I wanted too do. They said no problem but we’re going too have too throw the cans away.omg…I cldnt believe they said that too me, with all the shelters and starving animals out there…disgusting per Walmart standards. Ugh…don’t think I will be going there anymore…

Shutting down cashiers and forcing people to self check out is gonna have repercussions. One cashier just now. I'll leave my cart everytime. Service is gone.
I don't work there. I'm not a checkout lady.

Make better choices.walmart is a bad one. A little effort wouldn't hurt. Show the kid's you care. Shop elsewhere.

Not the biggest Walmart but has almost everything you'd expect including groceries, loads of self check-outs and a garden centre in the warmer months.

Smaller but always clean and stocked in my experience, especially considering how difficult it must be for the staff during covid

Not bad if you don't mind when u need help that no one's ever there to actually help.
And if u can learn to understand that the Greeters actually just don't know the meaning of "Greeting" and they are actually Welcoming u to Walmart' (in their own way) without smiling or saying Hello or Goodbye
Then everything is Perfect!

Would be nice if you had a bit more staff for customer service / help in the departments. And why are the shelves quite bare all the time.

We like it but I stayed home and the wife took the bus in. But she enjoyed it besides the terrible time Sha had puking and getting our new ROKU

Recent facelift makes it look a lot better. The store is average but they tend to run out of things which is frustrating.

Made a online grocery order and my pick up time was between 12 and 1pm. I received an email around 11 saying my order was complete and ready for pick up.opened the app 2 let them know I was on my way and when I arrived the lady named Anna was bringing my order out.she was very polite and seemed happy. I will definately be doing my shopping from online more often at wal mart in Fort Erie.

We were shocked to see that this location didn't gave rice crispies, turkey gravey, for thanks giving or cans of whipping cream again for Thanksgiving The No Frills up the plaza ha copies quantities of the real cream whipping cream xans & almost $1.50 cheaper. We have found that Walmart isn't keeping their on shelf inventory up to date & not just at this location

This cannot be called superstore. Way too small. They NEVER have there shelfs stocked. Will start taking pictures to prove how bad this store is. It seems that they only care about the fridge areas. Also watch the pharmacy! Since they changed the original ppl, prices have gone up and will go over what insurances pay. KEEP A ON YOUR PRICES AT CHECKOUT. Also I refuse to use SELF CHECKOUT! They only have 2 cashiers working. They are taking jobs away. Sorry but that's my rant about this place GRRR

Hi everyone, just wanted to give you all a update about wally aka walmart lol. I'm not sure if they seen my review, but all of a sudden they finally painted it the colors of superstore. They still r not superstore. They have 1/2 the bakery. Which is all garbage. Too many sweats out. Where is the fresh breads and buns? Where is the variety? Can't get birthday cakes, fresh baked goods. It's sad. If u drive to the one in Niagara Falls u will notice the difference. Everything is BIGGER. Pharmacy, Pet dept, baby items, food, beer, You can paint your building, but you CANNOT ACCOMMODATE all the ppl that live here. We were much smaller going back, but we now have too many ppl moving here. Get with it, because I feel sorry for the elderly who can't get around and have to rely on these pathetic stores they have to shop at here.

One stop shop everything you need all in one visit very low prices to go along with it highly recommended

Never has stock. Worst part is, many food items state "Out of Stock" when they are not carried. Change it to state this online instead of staying its out of stock!

I wish the produce was fresher, and better meat selection. But it is clean, and the staff is awesome!

The last two times I went to the store they forgot to give me my last bag so I'm paying for stuff for them to just put it back on the shelf horrible store

Nice drive to this Walmart, and well staffed. Excellent staff, great checkout staff, they keep the crowds moving.

The guy at the entrance with that kind of behavior is NOT giving a good image of
the store! After i posted this review i came back to ad that after i read other reviews i am not the only customer complaining about the guy greeting at the entrance this evening, he sprayed my face with the sanitizer and he turned his badge really quick so i don't see his name, i asked kindly the woman at customer service to call for me the manager, she said that there s no management at that moment in the store, wow i 've never seen a walmart without a manager present!
Why is he spraying customers with a dangerous product? Is he okay?

A lot of the staff (not all) are rude, especially one of the door greeters.so unfriendly.please teach your staff proper customer service skills!

Very limited selection in this store and the staff all seem unhappy. I overheard some kind of manager talking to a worker rudely and it seems like a very toxic work environment to be in. Very upsetting. Do better.

I ordered a fan yesterday online from the Fort Erie store, the fan wasn't in stock so I had to wait for a day for it to be delivered to the location I wanted. I ordered the fan for pick up so I wouldn't have to go in the store, when I got home and took the fan out of the box, not all the parts were there and I can't assemble the fan. I called customer service and they want me to go in the store to return the fan. WHAT IS THE POINT OF A PICK UP SERVICE if now I have to gi in to the store because the priduct didn't cime with all the parts.

There are many rude employees that work here. Walmart as a company does not appear to care what the staff is doing or how they make customers feel.

Always a great experience here. I come in to see what’s new when I am bored. And I always leave with something. Lol

I just left this Walmart and very upset that when I cashed out in self service the cashiers there are watching you like a hawk. I understand that at this time we are under limitations of essentials only.it seems I had a few items that fell under this category but my issue at hand is that this young cashiers instead of informing me of such items she just helped herself to the items in my cart. I believe the right thing to do since we are still human beings is to explain her concerns then im gladly happy to give them back to the store and not her putting her hands on my items in my cart without talking to me first. We are still dealing with Covid and her touching my items and not standing more than 6 feet away was incorrect in my book. Someone needs more training in PR. I wish I had looked at her name tag but I didn't. She looked no more than 25 curly brown hair worn tied up. I'm not one to write such reviews but she really upset me the way she just helped herself into my cart. Not appropriate to do these days for hersafety and mine. Helen

Great store with great service. I hope they start offering grocery pickup/delivery at this location at some point in the near future.

Very rude and unhappy staff.most act as miserable as they look. NEVER go there anymore, like so many others have said, its worth the drive to Niagara Falls

Duty manager Tammy needs customer service training. Yelling at customers and laughing at their medical disabilities while mocking them is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I have never felt so offended and belittled in my life. What should have been a fun experience with my son to get him a new bike turned into a horrible nightmare. Trying to explain to my son what just happened and why is hard to do when even you are unsure. If grocery items could be ordered off the website I would never set foot in there again.

This is one of the best superstores in the country, they've got an excellent variety of goods and at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend shopping at WALMART!

Staff is always helpful and pleasant here. I've always had a great experience at this store. Never had issues finding products. Its a smaller store, but has a lot to offer our little town.

This WalMart is the worst I have ever visited. I travel to foreign countries often and am always relieved when I see a WalMart and have never been disappointed by my expectations. That changed with this location, not only with by the lack of inventory but with the lack of customer relation skills by all employees. They are unfriendly, not helpful in the least and are not knowledgeable on any item you may inquire about. Every time I have had to ask an employee about anything, down to where an item may be located in the store every single time the answer has been, “I don’t know”. Unbelievable, this is not the way any other WalMart operates at any other location across the globe. I had an issue that needed to be escalated to a manager on my last visit which just solidified my mind set completely. This assistant manager was not only rude but from the start already had made his mind up about the situation.
Before I finished explaining things he cut me off and simply repeated what the employee had stated. Which in every other WalMart is not the way that would have been resolved but at this location apparently it is. After the manager cut me off I asked him for his name and a card, he told me his first name only as he walked off to his office. I had to ask the employee it again because I couldn’t even hear it clearly from him. I left that day and I will never go back into that location again.
My advice to anyone reading this review is if you feel like you and everyone else should be treated with respect and be appreciated as a valued customer this in NOT the WalMart for you. Trust me when I tell you, you must be reading this review for a reason. Don’t patronize this WalMart.

Worst front-end manager (Manjit). If you think of becoming a cashier or customer service manager, please consider a different store.

The website for Walmart is very poor in terms of finding relevant information. I live in Ridgeway and it was challenging to find out if they have a pick up service in the Fort Erie location if one shops on line. Finally I found a tab for on line shopping.set up an account and spent time doing my shopping. Then I went to checkout only find that they don't have a pick up service in Fort Erie. Alas, I discover I could pick up my order in Niagara Falls. To do that I had to go to another tab to pick a time. There were no times available at all for the entire week (and that was the extent of their calendar). I then seen that I was eligible for free home delivery due to the amount of my purchase so I clicked on that tab. After a wait I received a message that I am outside of the delivery area. Things are very frustrating these days and this only contributes to more frustration. I would suggest that Walmart states at the beginning of the website that pick up service is not available in various locations. Also, at the top of the website they should indicate that pick up times are severely restricted. And right at the beginning they should indicate that delivery service is also restricted despite the amount of the purchase. This was a colossal waste of time and energy for me and I strongly suggest that their website be improved to provide relevant information for their shoppers. Very poor customer service/attention

Very small store even for small town. Usually low inventory on groceries. Frustrating when you live in town and dont want to travel in winter.

Went to Walmart before Christmas priced out a ride on toy it was regular 268.00 went there boxing day save 11.00 price was 268.00 what a bunch of scammers and crooks

Busy tourist Walmart. Lots of tshirt sizes were out of stock but overall a good place to stop to get your cheap touristy things

Great place to nip in for those Halloween bargains, be it costumes, pumpkin cutters, cookies, treats or scary props

Get rid of the automation tills. Let a union come in and give fair rates and benefits.

A very good place to get some groceries at a nicely cheap price I'm sure most people know that but for the people who don't there's alot of them and it's really big! And reliable

Friendly staff and was pleasantly surprised (im usually not the biggest fan of walmart to be honest) but I did receive good service.

Typical Walmart visit, they did have everything I was looking for. Lines were big could have more cashier's.

I love wal mart. They genuinely have the best prices. They even sell stuff for cheaper than costco would sell at supposedly at whole sale price. This particular wal mart has a nice parking spots desginated for online pick up. This specific wal mart is huge and has everything your house may need.

The self check machine was a little ornery but in the end with patient help from staff I was checked out.

Always friendly, knowledgeable staff. Wide variety of products to purchase, and a good selection of grocery items to choose from. There's an In-store bakery now, and self check outs too if you prefer. Please bring your own reusable bags!

Such a beautiful display of empty shelves! Beautiful I love how the products have been opened and damaged as well. Your staff that are always having a mid life crisis are so cute and I love when they say “ I don’t know” And if you don’t question humanity by the time you’re done at Walmart you will when you go to it’s neighbour no frills!

Being a black man, I’m use to my share of racism when making purchases, but to get it on multiple instances from my community Walmart still shocks me. I’m the type of person to shop weekly at this Walmart spending upwards of $400 in a week. Not much, but a fair share to spend at one store. Just trying to get some Christmas shopping done, I purchased a shopping cart full of gifts, and was harassed by security yet again as he let two other white shoppers leave the store un-harassed.

From now on, I’ll just use Amazon to make my purchases. Amazon doesn’t judge you based on your skin Color and doesn’t ridicule you or harass you at the door making you look like you’re a thief.

Embarrassed to see this happen in my community and happy to say that this Walmart has lost a 10+ year customer.

I wish you have a better Christmas tree at East entrance. The one on display look like unfinished. Thanks

First time I have seen bare shelves at this location. Definitely needed to be re-stocked as soon as possible.

Extremely busy, try to come during off peek hours. Also, always use the self serve lanes if you can - they always seem to move much more quickly.
