Walmart Supercentre

Had the worse service ever. No tellers open only self service and the till kept having errors so had to wait for assistance. Staff is not friendly. If I hadn't been shopping for my daughter who had a 2 day old baby I would have left everything and walked out.

This dump is worse than most others. Only had 2 checkouts open with about 15 people lined up to check out. Person on holidays so couldn’t fix the tills was the excuse. Cashier couldn’t see the markdown so guess I got charged double what it was supposed to be and didn’t realize it until I was far away from there. Nobody can park overnight in the parking lot although all the other Walmarts you can. More people standing around doing nothing instead of helping (what else is new).

The associates were very friendly and I found everything I needed. The 2 stars are for the restroom that was not clean. Toilet was dirty and torn up tissue on the floor.

Shopping carts are not available unless you are willing to pay for one.
Store was not clean.
No fresh produce, should not be labeled “supercenter” nothing super about this store, just super disappointing.

No pkg.lunchmeat, sausage like Bob Evans, brats, link sausage. Poor selection! No deli or bakery? We are from out of town and expected more from Walmart.

A nice store with pretty much everything we need, not just a Walmart.
Even though guy’s like us working in the construction were the one building this place, doctors and nurses are able to do their shopping there too.

The employee Mari loo was very harsh at customer service desk. I requested a mask but the lady refused and when I tried to cover my face with cloth tissue the lady yelled at me made me feel like a criminal. A big company like Walmart doesn't have disposable masks. Will never prefer to come Walmart for grocery.

Today I was in the bathroom stall just finished flushing the toilet and one of their floor walkers who was in the bathroom while I was doing my business walked into the stall and checked the garbage can I would assume that it was to see if I stole something than the same floor walker waited till I had washed my hands and proceeded to wait outside of the bathroom for me and as soon as I walked out he promptly stopped me and proceeded to accuse me of stealing saying that there is no merchandise allowed in the restrooms I showed him where I had left what I had in my hand before entering the bathroom. I not only felt very violated but was very embarrassed by his actions. I decided not to purchase the items I was going to before this incident took place but also made a formal complaint against the store and the employee to Walmart Canada.

Very large selection of very well priced food items and notebooks I cannot stress this enough they where 10 cents per 80 page book don’t miss your chance for cheep items!

Watch out for me! I say, "look for all of the control fr e a ks in government here and south of the border to try and exploit this. The virus is santa claus and they have their wish list ready. Maybe I'll get killed by a virus or maybe a bus will run me over. I guess that's God's will not yours. We are a freedom loving people and we will fight for our freedom. "

Excellent place for shopping & groceries & you can also change your vehicle tires & oil in tire lube.

We have two Walmart stores in Red Deer. This South one I personally like better. To me it is brighter, larger, better organized and has a wider choice of goods.

First time in the store and had no problems getting around or finding the things I needed. Excellent signage throughout the store.

Store offers a wide selection of household goods.
As this is a Supercenter there is also a grocery store attached- I should mention that the grocery store has all the basics, but limited specialty items.
The rest of the store offers everything else you are used to finding in most Walmarts.
Store is clean and staff are helpful.well as helpful as you will get for minimum wage employees.

They told us we had to leave the parking lot. We were there to get groceries and check emails and then move on. They sent someone out to tell all rv's to leave. That doesn't make sense. We had just arrived. Not cool.

For a Walmart this store is above average. It is bright, clean and shelves are not higher or stacked with inventory above a height that an average person can reach. The prices are much better than average grocery store and the selection is excellent

NEVER, EVER, EVER stay or shop here! My family and are traveling back to the states and pulled in, set for the night, shopped here and was told at 1030 PM that we had to move. No over night parking! Went across the street to the Canadian Superstore, which is very welcoming. BTW, this Walmart is absolutely awful, don’t waste your money!

Nice enough Walmart. Getting in and out of the Walmart with an RV and tow was ok. We've seen much worse so we were happy that it was only slightly difficult. It's not a super Walmart so they didn't have produce or fresh items. It was still a good stop for basic items.

It was very well set up organized store.can find what you are looking for.or find someone to help you quickly if you can't.lots of parking and wheelchair entrances two seperate sections grocery section and the clothing and everything else on other side

Exceptional customer service! Had to return a few items and they were fast and efficient. Very understanding and was an overall great experience dealing with their team.

This store has gone downhill since the renovation they made the Isles bigger but dropped probably 1/3 of their products that they used to sell. By doing this they are trying to force people to shop online which not everyone wants to do.

Clerk was more interested in visiting with past employee customer than serving others. Left my purchases on the conveyor and left in digest.

Need more teals open n more information on where to go around here for the elders to know where to go n how to get it n other stuff.

Customer service is always weird here compared to the north end. I go to the self checkout because 1 till is open, its peak Christmas shopping season, that till has 5+ people with cars full of stuff because it's very busy. Walk to a self checkout till with my basket of like 4 small things, set it down and this lady that works there walks up to me and tells me to go to a diffrent till. I just assume the one I'm at has and issue; so I pick my basket and go to the one she directs me to, then someone else comes to the self checkout and she directs him to the one I was just at. I've also had workers almost run me over with their carts full of shelf stocking things when I'm standing still looking at something. Just an overall weird vibe at this wallmart.
