If you compare Wapiti campground to Whistlers campground. Well, of course, Whistlers is better and more modern. However, what makes this campground special is the beautiful river path along the campground. The shower is clean and has good pressure. The washroom is not as much as Whistlers. And the size of the campsite is not that big, but it's alright. The playground is nice, however, it is a long walk from the campsites. Overall, still a good experience.

We visited at the peak of summer, so it was busy with lots of come and go one night stands. Unfortunately for our first visit here, many trees had been cut down due to pine beetle I believe. But I'm sure in its glory days of more abundant foliage, the campground was more. Appealing. I recommend the RR, FF or W loops.

Great Campground! Love the location, 5 minutes from Jasper. Clean, lighted, full washrooms, and showers, hot running water! I had a campsite close to the river which is the best area IMO. Nice trail beside the river and in some spots, easy access down to the river with small "beaches" to relax an watch the raft rides go by!

Camping top, emplacements tente avec de l'herbe! Chacun a sa table et son coin feu! C'était vraiment bien!

Nice campground, a bit far from the town of jasper if you don't have a car. Showers and washrooms are clean, shelters for cooking and a ton of wapiti on the campground
The showers are either super hot or cold but nothing too dramatic

Grassy sites, softer ground makes tent pitching easy. Toilets and showers on site. Tents non-powered and powered RV sites available. Sites have picnic table and fire pit. Plentiful firewood. Saw elk on the site. Children's playground on site. Busy in summer. Summer nights down to 8-9 C when we visited. Convenient 10 minute drive to Jasper.

5 minutes from town. The campground's road network needs work because of the potholes. Elk wonder through the campground so keep your camera handy. The fire wood was dry and plenty available.

Spot FF27, great on the border of the campground, next to the Athabasca river. You got a decent privacy and some shades. (In the middle almost no trees, but more wapitis). We would book again the same spot more or less. (Showers are a bit far away though.)

Campground is beautiful by the river. My issue was the bathrooms, they ran out of soap the first day and paper towel every other day. My suggestion would be to have more soap and towel dispensers. Other than that the campground is perfect

This is a great spot to camp if you're looking to disconnect, enjoy the beauty of the Rockies, see some majestic wildlife, and sleep in wild darkness.

Beautiful location! Beautiful between the woods and there was also a whole group of deer at our campsite. It's a pity that you indicate that you do not use a fire pit and that you pay an extra 19 euros for this, a beautiful campsite and the price is reasonable. Keep in mind that they only have 1 shower building on a large site, and it only has cold water.

It’s a tough decision on what to say. I’ve been in far better campgrounds and I’ve been in worse. This one would rank near the bottom. Too few bathrooms for the amount of sites. Shower water is way too hot and the showers themselves are poor. The tree issue is not the campgrounds fault, but there also hasn’t been any attempt to plant new trees. The road to the sites are in terrible shape. It appears this site needs some TLC

Beautiful campsite! However, only cold showers.
They asked us if we wanted a fire pit and we said no, we were not going to use it, but we still had to pay £19 for the fire pit even though we had indicated that we did not need one. Beautifully located campsite, very basic and compared to other campsites and facilities, they are a bit expensive.

The location 10 minutes from town center, on the bank of Athabasca River, and barely off the Icefields Parkway-outstanding! Sadly, they have lost trees due to Pine Beatles, but they offer cut wood and open views to the gorgeous Rockies. I noticed we interacted more there with people, everyone being more visible

Amazing location! Elks just walking around your campsite. Great showers. Very generous space. A lot of greenery. Close by the Jasper Town (trail that will take you straight to the town).
